Two days have passed, when Gabriel, the Wanderer, descended in the world. Although some have already accepted him for who he is, thanks to the king, he managed to find a place in the Palace. Gabriel acted as the Royal’s instructor given in Sophie’s proposal. Some of the nobles, who havent accepted him, continued talking behind his back. The worst of them kept piling his work, causing him to be late in certain events. This made the Princess become concerned, knowing that he passed every trial they had given him confused Sophie of the nobles’ actions.
After having finished her duties, she decided to go to the Library where Gabriel was. When she reached it, she saw him as he continued to doing his work. She remembered the promise he gave to the wandering soul of the now lost Lucas. Sophie then went closer as she sat down on the study table behind him, waiting as she watched what he was doing. Without looking, Gabriel noticed her and spoke whilst returning the books he borrowed to their respective places in the shelves.
Gabriel (Wanderer): Princess… Is there something I can help you with?
Sophie: Nope, I just had some free time myself;
But seeing as you are busy, I’ll just wait for you to finish
Gabriel (Wanderer): I’ve been given more tasks, so I’d have to work overtime
Sophie: I se-
Gabriel: But…. I guess I can accompany you, knowing the ones I left are apparently effortless to do and finish
Sophie was surprised, for she was starting to know him more. Gabriel was the type of man to finish his work, no matter how many or difficult it is and does so with upmost efficiency. She felt embarrassed that he was willing to stop just to accompany her in an evening stroll, so she asked for him to atleast finish half of what he currently had. Gabriel bows, thanking her before apologizing for making her wait.
Sooner than expected, Gabriel comes out of his study. He looks at the Princess as she was taking a nap, he went closer and gently taps her until she woke up. After that, the two began taking their evening stroll. While walking, they talked about random topics like how Gabriel felt like in the Palace, and what things was he currently interested in. Later on, Sophie’s stomach began to rumble, which Gabriel noticed when she stopped. After insisting, the two went to the best restaurant that was the nearest to them. After having finished taking their order, the Wanderer decides to start a conversation whilst the Princess was drinking.
Gabriel: This feels like a date doesn’t it? I’ve studied and learned more about Human nature.
Sophie: Pfft-sorry?
Gabriel: I was just kidding…
Who is this man you call Dain?
Sophie: Dain? How did you-
W-well…. He’s a Prince who is also a friend of mine
Gabriel (smirks): A friend you say….
Sophie was surprised to see this new side of him. She felt flustered, thinking of how he knew of the man and what exactly did he know about him. Gabriel then giggles, as he explained that he heard them talking the other day when he was about to submit a file to her. He then explained that he stopped himself, seeing as she was enjoying their time together. Hearing him say this made Sophie embarrassed, knowing that the time he was talking about was still supposed to be her worktime. The dinner ended sooner when they return back to the Palace. But before they could part ways, Gabriel called to her. When the Princess turns, she saw him as he gazed at the sight outside the window of the castle’s corridor.
Gabriel: You asked me what I liked earlier…
This is it
Sophie: Wh-what? The view of the city?
Gabriel: Is it weird?
Sophie: N-no it isn’t, its just so sudden…
But, this isn’t a place to sight-see.. I know a better place where you can see in a better view
Gabriel then hesitated at first, before giving in when she grabbed his arm. They headed towards the highest floor where Sophie pulled down the stairs leading to an attic. When they reached it, she opened a window as she began climbing outside, reaching for his hand, asking for him to join. Gabriel then followed as they climbed the roof. They went to the opposite side, as Gabriel sees a perfect view of the Kingdom. He was surprised to see how bold she was, but decided not to think about it. The two then spent some time before heading back inside.

On the other side, in the Kingdom of Chisaiki. The people prepared as the twins’ carriage entered the Palace’s vicinity. Drums banged as horns were blown, and with the red carpet came out the two Princes. To everyone’s surprise, another man exited the carriage, a man who carried a royal sigil in his suit. After leading them inside, the royals began spreading the word of the sudden appearance of the was once Ruler of Orion, Zetien. When they reached the Royal Throne, the people were surprised to see as their king, King Roderick, wasn’t surprised by Zetiens appearance. Instead, he greeted him as Zetien bowed his head in respect. After excusing the nobles, only the Orions and Chisaikis were left, when Zetien crossed his hands and asked for them to continue.
Not knowing what was currently happening, the three greeted each other and started a conversation in a concerned way, as they head towards the Royalty’s quarter. In their surprise, they end up outside the Kings quarters, where Queen Elizabeth was, resting due to her sickness.
Zetien: Have you done as I said?
King Roderick: Yes… But nothing progressed as we hoped
Zetien: I see…
I wish to come close to the Queen, with my children
King Roderick: Certainly, but let me explain the situation to her first.
To avoid any confusion
Zetien: I understand, we will wait
Prepare yourselves, you two, I need you in peak condition before we enter
The twins were surprised by his words, but knowing time was ticking, they began meditating as they sat down and faced each other. Montana, who was also surprised, wanted to ask what they were planning to do. But seeing Zetien, and feeling his presence made her feel afraid. Not only because of his aura, but also because of the thought of what could he possibly be there for. Sooner than later, King Roderick comes back outside and explained the situation. After listening, Zetien agrees and calls for the boys as they entered. Montana on the other hand was still held frozen, until Dain came and grabbed her shoulder.
Dain: Elder Zetien huh?

Montana: He still hasn’t changed
Dain: Surely… You’ve thought about it too haven’t you?
Montana: I-I…
Dain: I feel weaker as days pass
Montana: Dain…
Montana’s tears then began running down, as they finally accept the current situation thanks to each others company. Zetien was one of the Book’s best holder, and had incredible control over it. Knowing he was there with the twins, they felt concerned of their Mothers wellbeing. Montana knew her father was hiding something from them, thinking that he must’ve done so to avoid them from panic. With Dains help, Montana managed to regain herself as they decide to enter.
When they entered the room, King Roderick felt this and asked for them to come to him. As they began to watch as the three surrounded the bed where their Mother laid. After casting a barrier, Zetien gave a signal which meant for the twins to begin chanting. Zetien then laid his hand on the Queens head as he guided her down while explaining that having her fall asleep was a must for them to continue. After making her fall asleep, the two casted a spell which would show Zetien everything he needed to know.
On the other side, the Chisaiki family felt concerned, seeing as the barrier blocked most of the vision. They held each others hands as they hope for the best and waited for them to finish. After a couple of hours, the barrier was canceled showing Queen Elizabeth as she slept seemingly well. Zetien then told the twins to continue on as he headed towards the Chisaikis and looked carefully at Montana before explaining the situation.
Zetien: She’s… Okay for now
King Roderick: Hahh- thank the gods…
Well uhhm… What of her condition?
Zetien: A curse is laid upon her
A curse I managed to stop but could not eliminate
King Roderick: A curse? What kind of-
Zetien: These times will be difficult, it will take some time
I will return from time to time to check if it continues to progress
Dain: A-and if it does?
Zetien: It’d be best for that to not happen
Montana: But she’s good now right?
You said you’ve frozen the curse
Zetien was surprised to see her speaking up knowing she never did so before. He then shows her a gentle smile, seeing as how much she’s grown, and kneeled down in front of her. Dain on the other hand, couldn’t handle the situation, and left after their conversation.
Zetien: Little girl, this curse is unlike any other
It’s unbreakable, only the one who casted it can stop it
Montana (Teary): Then what did you mean by freezing it?
Zetien: I meant that literally as it means
But when she receives another energy, similar to that of the curse… It will start again
Montana: Cant you protect her? What are Kai and Kaiden doing to her?
Zetien: They’re casting a spell I used before, it is the best protection I know against the darkside
Montana: Darkside? As in the darkside in general?
Then she’ll be fine right?
Zetien: Yes, she will be for now….But…
You have another soul within you. A soul I suggest you learn more about
Montana: Wh-what?
Zetien: I know of the Supreme Beings
I believe you’ve met yours, they can help you with this. They are capable of doing anything afterall
Montana was confused of what he said, even more so of his sudden change of topic. But before she could ask, Zetien already answered saying that he never met their God, but had a close affinity to them thanks to their Emblem which helped him in his journey. Knowing that The Second is hers, she realizes what he meant. But her case is different, for she wasn’t sure how to ask him for help, knowing The Second had shut himself out, although she did see a change in him, she doubted herself thinking she couldn’t possibly convince him. Zetien then encouraged her before he headed back to the bed and helped the twins reinforce the spell. Montana then thinks of a way to help her Mother, believing that she had to.
This scene then ends as they left the room. Knowing that she had time thanks to Zetien. Montana proceeded to do her daily work, and since she couldn’t do anything about it, she always kept what Zetien said in mind. That she should just focus on what only she could do. “For those who believe that they can change the world are usually those who do"
