Chapter 140: Announcement

Hello everyone

As the title says, I have a couple of announcements to make.

The first one, the one that matters the most to you, is to be calm. I am not going to cancel this novel. This novel is very important to me and I plan to see it through to the end no matter what. The journey has been hard but I intend to complete it at any cost.

Secondly, I have noticed that my novel is being published in several pages that are not known to me. I have seen my novel uploaded on many sites that I am totally unfamiliar with.  Right now I am uploading my novel at only four pages.

This novel takes me a long time to make. English is not my first language so I have to make a big effort to write it in English, it's not very good, I know, but it's free time I have to spare to do it. Besides that, I try to do a lot of research on the topics I talk about, places, technology, strategies, etc. It's free time that I take to research in-depth and try to write as realistically as possible about most of the things that come up. It may not be the best work or very realistic, but I try my best. For example, the maps I make are hand-drawn to try to make things as understandable as possible.

I find it very ugly to have to dedicate so much time to do all this work that I do for my passion only to have someone copy and paste it somewhere else without my consent. I am very glad that more people enjoy it. But I would also like to see you in some of the above places because this way I can see my progress in a remarkable way.

Finally, within the next few days, a hurricane will pass close to where I live. I have no idea what is going to happen, but if it took me a long time to get the next chapter out, well, that's why.

Well, those would be the announcements. I know I'm not much of a talker but I wanted to make clear this issue that I think is important to me.

I want to thank all of you who are supporting me in the official places. You have no idea how grateful I am to see that my novel has more than just one reader. It fills me with happiness to know that there are people out there who enjoy my story and look forward to more.
