Larth has been looking at these 10 or so people and guiding weak monsters with different classes so as to create diversity of classes among them. He also gave minor hints which players might take as quests but they were not. When starting the game he thought they didn’t need quests and only small hints. He could not interfere too much in Hades world as he did not have the power and permission so he could only let the players to establish their economy and villages. He planned to help them when there were a little more players. He planned to advertise the game in billboards and such which was an easy task for him as he was the god of this world and could do anything without anyone’s permission. So he made his game appear in several billboards around the world. As for the people working who found it odd for a new game to appear on their billboards Larth had his ways to cope with the situation.

After a single day there were a influx of players just because of the billboards as they say “curiosity got the cat”. After having about a 10,000 players he created a forum for discussion among players where he would occasionally post guides and information about the world. After he was finished with this the players found a chat feature in the bottom of their screen. As they could not connect with technology while on Arcana he built a forum in game so the players had it easy and spent more time on the game.

As the pioneers of the game Hero , Sam and others started praising the in-game forum which could greatly help them. And as they entered the chat a message from game master was posted there.

Game master: Welcome vestiges to this game. As the creators of this game we plan to leave many things to the gamers. As this will be a game influenced by you and others around you, your every steps count here. Here NPCs and other creatures may react to subtle behaviours you exhibit around them or anywhere in public. The economy and many other things can be manipulated and hierarchy can be established. Just for the knowledge we as the developers hope to give players complete freedom and let their actions influence themselves. As the game has just begun we will provide the map of your immediate surrounding and later quests will be given after your first village is established and a NPC arrives there.

We will accept questions about anything which we can answer up to tomorrow so ask away. And these guides and map will be our first gift to the players.

This caused quite the commotion as this was the first game they played which required you to make your own starting village and a game without helping NPCs. From the looks of it the NPCs might also judge you for anything whereas other game NPCs only had a familiarity system associated with dialogues and quests. Some people liked the hierarchy part while some loved the freedom and market manipulating part. So they eagerly started looking at the map and the guides which may give them idea of what this world had for them.
