Chapter 10 – Uncle Beats Me!

In the early morning, Shen Muan was asleep but woke up feeling that there was something on his bed. He felt a little stuffy in his chest as if something was pressing against him.

Drowsiness and the thought of wanting to see what it was, fought in his mind. He finally decided to open his eyes to see what was going on. When he opened it, Shen Muan was taken aback.

Chu Siyuan leaned against Shen Muan’s chest, his legs stretching out to Chu Yi’s face.

“…” Shen Muan was dumbfounded. He gave his room to Chu Siyuan and Chu Yi yesterday and went to sleep with his brother.

He didn’t expect to return to his bed in a daze at night. Fortunately, they didn’t wake up… otherwise, it would be very embarrassing.

While the older and younger ones next to him were still sleeping, Shen Muan quietly put Chu Siyuan’s head on the pillow and slipped out of the room by himself. Pretending that nothing happened, he felt that two words were written all over his body- utter embarrassment.

As Shen Muan left, Chu Yi opened his eyes, the corners of his lips curled up slightly, and his eyes were full of humor. Chu Yi woke up when Shen Muan opened the door last night. He watched him lay on the bed next to Chu Siyuan with his eyes closed like sleepwalking.

The movements were very proficient as if they have happened thousands of times.

As soon as Shen Muan laid down, Chu Siyuan rolled into his arms. Shen Muan thought it was a pillow, so he put one leg on it, not even waking up the child.

Chu Yi reached out to rescue Chu Siyuan so that he was not crushed to death by Shen Muan. Shen Muan slept soundly and didn’t notice that there were two people in his bed. Chu Siyuan slept more soundly than Shen Muan, he was even drooling a little when he slept.

Chu Yi didn’t plan to wake Shen Muan. After all, this was originally his bed and his room. Thinking the scene of waking up the other person must be very embarrassing, he will just treat it as if he didn’t notice.

It seems that it was because the person next to him was sleeping so well, it spread to himself, Chu Yi also slept well that night.

He slept until half-past five.

Under normal circumstances, Chu Yi would immediately go wash and exercise as soon as he woke up. Today he didn’t want to move even a tiny bit. He hasn’t felt this kind of laziness for a long time. What’s more, the two people next to him were still sleeping very deeply.

Just when Chu Yi was about to get up, he heard Shen Muan’s movement, and it seemed that the other party was about to wake up. He closed his eyes, wondering what the other person will look like when they find out. Hoping it won’t make the other party too embarrassed.

Shen Muan sneaked away like a thief, Chu Yi opened his eyes, his eyes were full of delight. This teacher Shen was really interesting.

Sneaking back to his brother’s room, as he opened the door, he met the eyes of Shen Fangqi who was sitting on the bed. Shen Fangqi had already changed his pajamas. Shen Muan glanced at the time, and it was about the time his brother went out for his morning exercises.

“…Oh, good morning, it’s time to get up.” Shen Muan smirked, trying to get away with it.

Although he wanted to look like he deliberately came to wake Shen Fangqi, he knew that he had overturned the car by looking at his brother’s state.

“How do you feel?” Shen Fangqi raised his eyebrows. He fell asleep last night but found that a certain someone was gone, so he went outside to look for him.

It turned out that Shen Muan ran back to his room and hugged Chu Siyuan tightly. He laughed almost running out of breath. But seeing that he was asleep and holding the child, he didn’t bother to call Shen Muan back.

“You didn’t even call me when you find out.” Shen Muan walked in a little upset and sat cross-legged on the bed, very childish.

“You hold people so tightly, how could I call you?” Shen Fangqi stretched out his hand and rubbed Shen Muan’s head, it didn’t feel as good as when he was a child.

Shen Muan yawned and fell directly beside Shen Fangqi: “That’s your problem, I don’t care.” After speaking, he closed his eyes and prepared to go back to sleep.

“Wake up, accompany me to do morning exercise.” Shen Fangqi grabbed Shen Muan’s arm and tried to pull the person off the bed. Shen Muan seemed to be stuck on the bed, he refused to get up dead or alive. He didn’t dare to use too much force for fear that he would dislocate Shen Muan’s arm again.

Shen Muan didn’t want to pay any attention to his brother. He needed a sense of comfort to recover from his injured heart. It was too embarrassing today. Fortunately, they didn’t wake up, otherwise, it would be even more uncomfortable.

“…What do you want to eat for breakfast?” Shen Fangqi had no choice but to give up the idea of letting Shen Muan go to exercise with him. He put on his sportswear and did not forget to ask Shen Muan what he wanted to eat so he could get it as he went out.

“Um… rice noodles, there’s a newly opened one just outside the community.” Shen Muan drilled into the quilt again and said in a muffled voice.

“…You are asking a lot.” Shen Fangqi patted the quilt. Although he was irritated, he still wrote it down.

“I’m leaving,” yelled Shen Fangqi as he checked his equipment, he went out for morning exercise.

He isn’t like Shen Muan. His brother sleeps until 7:30 every morning and doesn’t go to morning exercises, yet he doesn’t know where Shen Muan gets his abdominal muscles. Shen Fangqi wondered if Shen Muan has been secretly running out to exercise behind his back.

“Bye-bye.” Shen Muan stretched out a hand from the quilt and waved it casually a few times, regardless of whether the person was there or not, and soon fell asleep again.

Chu Yi didn’t go back to sleep after Shen Muan got up. He was in a daze watching the little guy next to him on the bed, thinking back to what Shen Muan said yesterday.

Chu Yi rarely comes into contact with children. He doesn’t know how to treat a three-year-old child correctly. Although his brother and sister-in-law asked him to help take care of Chu Siyuan, most of the time, the nanny and the servants hired by the family are the ones taking care of Chu Siyuan.

He thought about it carefully. During this period, he and Chu Siyuan had more conflicts than before. Part of it is because of the instigation by malicious people, but the other part is because of themselves.

He thought that maybe he should learn about Chu Siyuan’s thoughts.

Chu Siyuan, who was sleeping peacefully, was much more well-behaved than usual. His white and tender face was like a steamed bun, it looked and felt very good in the hand. Chu Yi couldn’t help poking him, Chu Siyuan felt itchy on his face and slapped himself.

Exceptionally loud.

Chu Siyuan was stunned for a moment, in the next second he let out a scream and cried. A small slap mark was left on his white face, which showed how hard he was hit.

Chu Yi was also bewildered by Chu Siyuan’s series of actions. He didn’t know what to say, after all, Chu Siyuan did it to himself. This was the first time Chu Yi saw someone so ferocious.

Chu Siyuan felt his face hurt, he cried and shouted, “Uncle hit me!”

Chu Yi: ???
