"Have a nice day, Mr President!" A delegation of employees saluted to him before taking their leave from his office.

Keith sat back in his seat, sinking in it, and took a deep breath.

"Finally." He heaved a sigh of relief and smiled when he heard Sebastian chuckle at his words.

This was probably the most hectic day of Keith's life. He had to wake up early in the morning and then together with Sebastian, oversaw the takeover of the business and properties he acquired from Gouzo.

The private properties did not need to be attended to, and The Auditorium, the Opera House, and the Helga's Kitchen Restaurant-Chain were smoothly incorporated into the Black Forest Group. However, the Management of Pacific Orientatal, which was a renowned Five-Star Hotel in Sameran City, and the Meladona Nightclub Chain needed some changes.

Keith did not have the right people to fill in the vacancies, and it was proving to be quite a headache until he decided to contact his mother.

Venessa listened to his problem and immediately sent him a list of the trusted employees working at the Demiliore Consortium that could help him. And she gave him a go to take them away if he need them without any worries.

After consulting with May and Sebastian, he chose the right people for the managerial roles in his new business, which they happily agreed to since it was a promotion for them and a chance to prove their worth.

The official work was done by noon, and then he and Sebastian visited the Business Venues to meet with the existing staff and make sure that everything was running according to the plans.

Since it was Christmas Day tomorrow, the Pacific Oriental and the Meladona Nightclubs, especially the Meladona Prime were having their busiest days of the year, and there was a lot of work to be done.

Gouzo's previous management cooperated with everything, which helped with the smooth transition, and now, finally at 4:30 pm in the afternoon, everything was settled.

"How is the response of the city?" Keith asked after Sebastian received a call from one of his men.

"Hot." The young man informed him. "The news has taken everyone off-guard and there are a lot of questions and rumours being thrown around. The Media is getting impatient, and the Falken and the Grayson Family are on alert. Clarks are silent, but their prime media channel has asked to hold an interview with you concerning the takeover and The Black Forest Group..."

Everything was as expected, and Keith lightly smiled as he listened to Sebs' report.

The properties that all the big shots of the city and even the outsiders had been eyeing for so long fell into his hands without a whisper. How could it not make people restless?

The Major Familes saw it as a boon to the Demiliore Family, and they were probably thinking that the Black Forest Group was just a front and Venessa was controlling it from behind the scenes.

"Give them the permission for an interview and invite them to the Inauguration Party. Tell them that they need to be at the venue in an hour." Keith thought for a while and gave the order. "You can go ahead and oversee the ongoing Party, I will come over at 6 pm."

"Very well, Young Master." Sebastian got up on his feet and nodded to him before taking his leave.

It was a quite day, and in half n hour, the rest of the employees in the office left too to attend the party.

"All done?" He smiled and asked after picking up the call.

"Mhm.." Amelia nodded. "Let's go."

"I will pick you up in 15 minutes." He informed her and ended the call.

Amelia, together with Nana and May was at the Robin's Nest, the very house Celine had gifted to him as a reward for treating her.

The place was quite close to their Office, and Amelia needed some peaceful environment to wholeheartedly work on her designs. Nana and May were there to assist her. And since they had to leave for the party in the evening, they also needed a place to get ready.

When Keith arrived at the Villa, he was quite surpised to find two ladies he was not expecting to see here.

"Hi, Keith!" Celine happily waved her hand at him when he stepped out of the car.

"Good Evening, Aunt Celine." He greeted her and took her hand to plant a kiss on her knuckles. "You look ravishing!"

"Really?" She blushed a little and teasingly asked. "Do I look even better than Qingyue?"

"Yes." He unhesitatingly said after he took a glance at her daughter.

"Ahan... And what about your lovely bride?" She asked again.

Keith helplessly chuckled as he found himself in a dire situation.

"Of course, my bride is the most beautiful!" He didn't take much time to think and grinned at Celine.

"Smart!" She huffed and then started giggling.

Keith then approched Qingyue and greeted her by planting a kiss on her knuckles, however, he did not pass her a compliment, much to her dismay and irritation.

"You are beautiful!" He said to Amelia before taking her in his arms and planting a kiss on her head.

"Thank you!" She smiled at him, feeling warm in her heart.

Nana was waiting anxiously on the side, but he left her hanging when he hugged May and spun her around in the air.

"I am sure Uncle Caesar would be a little mad at me for not inviting him to the party. You look absolutely stunning, Aunt May."

Even though they usually acted quite professionally towards each other, the truth was that May had helped raising him and they were quite close to each other, and it was one of the reasons why he respected her so much.

"Thank you, Young Master!" The aged woman smiled, accepting his comment graciously.

Keith finally stepped in front of Nana and leaned near her ear.

"Still tired?" He whispered.

The ladies frowned when all of a sudden the timid girl bloomed in a furious blush, her body trembling a little.

"I am fine..." She managed to say, but then her heart skipped a beat when he kissed her on the cheek.

"You look beautiful, Nana." He said and left her fighting against her own heart, trying to calm it down.

"And howcome you two are here and not at the venue?" He asked Qingyue.

"Why? Are we not welcome here?" She narrowed her eyes and asked back.

"Do you think I am displeased at your presence, Miss Lin?" He could play the game too and shot back at her.

Celine giggled at their intercation and decided to not let them waste time. They were already running late.

"Qingyue contacted Amelia and asked where you guys were. When we learned that she was here, we decided to come over so that we can all go together." She said and then pouted. "And it was so not because I missed my favourite place in the city."

"You can come here anytime you want, Aunt Celine. It is still your home." Keith politely smiled at her, not could see that the lady was quite pleased to hear his words. "There will be some Press at the Party, be prepared for that." He informed them.

"We will be fine." Celine did not worry about it and nodded her head. "Let's go!"

Somehow, she was the one who seemed the most excited about this party. It was quite strange since she did not like such social events.

"She's been behaving this way since she learned the news of your takeover of Jun Gouzo's Business." Qingyue seemed to have read his mind and told him, making her mother smile more brightly.

"And why wouldn't I be happy? Little Keith managed to upset so many people in the city! Those old folks must be lamenting about how a young boy managed to better them as soon as he started his own business!"

"Congratulations! You have another Fangirl!" Qingyue huffed and said to Keith.

"Are you not impressed?" He smirked and asked, looking right into her gorgeous grey-eyes.

"We are running late!" Instead of answering him, she grabbed her mother's hand and led her to the car.

Her action prompted all the ladies to smile at her, and Celine was not polite at all. She giggled heartily and whispered some teasing questions in her ear, which Qingyue simply refrained from answering.

The two of them did not behave like they were mother and daughter, rather they gave an impression of really good sisters. And given the good genes of Celine, she could easily pass as Qingyue's older sister.

"We are indeed running late. Let's go!" Keith grabbed Amelia's hand and led her to the car, followed by Nana and May who sat in the backseat.
