Chapter 6: ZI: An End, And A Beginning

"Agh!"

Screams echoed in the white room stained with blood in every section visible to our eyes.

One by one, each student met their downfall by the hand of an unknown entity glowing in a pure white color. His whole existence was divine taking the life of each and every one of us without a drop of care seemingly for the sake of his own world.

I could only smile, as the ones I detested for so long slowly lost their lives by his hand by his hand. I did not support his actions, but the brutality of their deaths thrilled me as I endured so much torment from their decisions in life much like my fellow classmate. Such immense and enjoyable deaths as my entire body gets drenched with their blood after their deaths.

I was the next to meet the demise that awaited us. As a fiendish light glorified my sight losing it all and perishing into the nothings.

Our class lost their lives one by one losing their life goals and what they'd awaited out of their days for eternity.

This outcome was unforeseen to everyone of us, and soon after I would join the fray. I didn't want to die, soon my sister would give birth to her first child and the father was none other than my classmate who would've wed right after graduation. Similar to my age and already in a way my brother-in-law. 

It was only me and him left and I rushed to him trying to push him away from even reaching death as my sister would fall greatly into depression if he were to disappear.

"....."

I was to late.

Before even releasing my last words, I was stabbed profoundly as my blood and organs gushed out immensely without any restraint. 

A black void, at least that is how it came to appear in my sight. Nothing in proximity whatsoever, neither a life form to calm my prepared depraved mind.

Without much of a notice, a sensation of warmth filled me as a heavy pull forced on me as I was being stretched out from the inside of an unknown substance. Covered in filth, liquid as sticky water that needed to be cleansed off but my hands seemed to short to even remove the substance. 

Voices scattered as a cloth traveled my body cleansing away the filth as they traveled through my eyes liberating them to sight. The scene that unfolded seemed out of a fiction novel as I was just now given birth to without much context of information laying around to inform me. Their language adjusted to my ears, as it was at first unknown as to what they were speaking and slowly but surely I understood every word.

"Zurine, Zurine Vrion Asura. That is the name of the third princess of our country!"

A masculine voice let out my given name as I have now comprehended my new identity as I was placed on my supposed mothers arms as she gave me a smooch in the forehead.

"My little princess."

My life had commenced away from the ones I originally loved and hoped to live with longer. However, fate had a different course of life for me.
