The sky and the earth rotated while the stars changed position. There is a strong force of formation in the passage connected to the entrance of Shenkun Small World.
Su Mo did not resist for he knew this was the rule. This formation would divide their numbers into nine camps.
After what felt like a long time, though it was just a moment, Su Mo opened his eyes to find that he had arrived at Shenkun Small World.
And at that time, he could feel his training had been heavily suppressed all the way to First Grade.
He looked back and realized he was now in one of the city pools. This one was not particularly big, about a million square feet. There were no buildings in the city. In fact, it was merely a miniature, empty city with four walls.
His divine thought drifted everywhere and covered the entire Small World pretty quickly. The size of Shenkun Small World was quite small, about a thousand miles.
And at the Central Area was a Formation Hood that covered a few hundred miles. This city and nine others were shrouded in formation.
Among the ten city clusters, the smallest one was situated at the centre, while the other nine surrounded it.
His divine thoughts might have been able to view the entire Shenkun Small World, but he could not enter the other cities.
In other words, he could not confirm who was sent to which city cluster.
And that moment, shadows appeared around him one by one. These were all in the same camp as him.
Carefully, he monitored these people very closely, in case anyone had any bright ideas to attack him.
Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!
More shadows kept coming. In the blink of an eye, there were a total of one hundred and four people within the city, including Su Mo.
Su Mo looked around, checking who these people were.
Among them, there was only one from the Dragon Tribe. Not Long Teng, but Long Shuangshuang.
There were none from the Heavenly Palace, only one from the Earth Palace, and two from the Human Palace.
Su Mo paid much attention to the participants from various Palaces, so he remembered them well despite not knowing their names.
Among the hundred or so people were two disciples of the Ultimate Supreme Being Palace, while the others belonged to other major forces of the Sky Pool.
Of course, there were one or two from the Ancient Demon State, the Starlight Court, the Sky Tyrant Court, the Immortal Holy Court, and the Chaotic Holy Court, but none from the Nether God Court.
There was not a single unbelievably strong character in this city. The only reputable one would be Gongsun Changjue, the disciple of the Eternal Shrine and one of the Nine Young Masters of the Deity Plane.

After everyone had arrived, countless rays of light rose through the city, and condensed a huge pattern on all those present.
It was the number three. The illusion looked as though it was made up by Void Power, floating above their heads.
Su Mo surmised that the pattern should be a code for the city cluster, telling them they belonged to the Third City, even if they marched out of this place.
The people looked around and checked out one another. When they saw Su Mo, many of them flinched as they did not expect to be in the same camp.
“Everyone!” a loud voice roared. Gongsun Changjue, tall and handome, donned in splendid clothes, slowly rose above them. He looked at them all and said, “To win the first session, we must unite. I am not talented, but I volunteer to lead the Third City. Do you agree?”
The people exchanged looks. Everyone wanted to lead because they did not want to be subordinate to others.

Of course, most of them were aware of their limits. They knew the shortcomings in their talent and skills, and therefore did not argue with Gongsun Changjue.
However, a few of them with higher training intended to fight for their right to command as their eyes glittered.
“Gongsun Changjue, what makes you think you have what it takes to command us?”
“That’s right. You might be highly talented, but you’re only at Sixth Grade. That’s not enough!”
“We don’t need a leader. We’ll discuss what’s best together!”
Many spoke in disagreement. They were all Favored Ones, with higher training than Gongsun Changjue. How would they willingly yield to him?
No one supported Gongsun Changjue because, in the Third City, there was no one else from the Eternal Shrine.
Calmly, the man turned to face Su Mo. He wanted to see his reaction. Among the people there, he was wary of Su Mo the most.
Following Gongsun Changjue’s line of sight, the others turned their attention to Su Mo too.
“Su Mo, you must take over the power of the Third City!” Long Shuangshuang, wearing a sea-blue dress, sent her thoughts to him.
Only by holding commanding power could they take the lead, otherwise they would only become cannon fodder.
“Brother Su, what do you think of my commanding the Third City?” Gongsun Changjue asked as he stared at Su Mo. He knew very clearly that, in order to command the Third City, he had to settle Su Mo first.
“I’m much more suitable!” Su Mo stared back at him and spoke solemnly. He had not spoken before because he had been observing the people.
Within the Third City, there were those who could be trusted, at least temporarily, such as the two from the Human Palace, the two from the Ultimate Supreme Being Palace, and that one from the Chaotic Holy Court.
“I agree to have Su Mo as our commander!” Long Shuangshuang spoke first. Since the Grand Elder had instructed the Dragon Tribe to back Su Mo up, she would support Su Mo to lead the Third City.
“I agree!”
“Me too!”
“Same here!”
“I agree as well!”
Four others voiced their support, coming from the four disciples of the Human Palace and the Ultimate Supreme Being Palace. Their Palace Masters had given them instructions to assist Su Mo when needed.
The one from the Chaotic Holy Court had nothing to show. He did not stand up for Su Mo.
Gongsun Changjue squinted at the sight. He did not expect Su Mo to have garnered so many supporters.
Whoosh!
In a swift movement, Su Mo flew to the air. He looked down at the crowd from above and said, “A snake cannot glide without its head, an army cannot be without a captain. Only with the concerted efforts of all of us can we win the first round. Let me lead the whole process. Fight me if you’re dissatisfied!
Su Mo’s voice was so loud that it shook the entire Third City. To resist foreign aggression one first had to settle the forces within. He had to unite those in the Third City as soon as possible.
For now, the conditions in the other eight city clusters were unknowable. The Holy Senses could not work. He had no time to waste. He had to make haste.
“I agree, whoever can defeat Su Mo can lead the Third City!” Long Shuangshuang’s voice might sound sweet, but it contained ferocity. She had confidence in Sumo.
Gongsun Changjue squinted as he examined Su Mo over and over again while calculating his own odds.
The others did the same. They did not underestimate Su Mo, but they did not think him invincible either.
