Chapter 2600: Ancient Cloud Star Alliance

Translator: Larbre Studio Editor: Larbre Studio

Su Mo left the Sea of the Universe, escaped the endless void, and entered a huge plane space.

It was a similar patch of space, vast and boundless with no end in sight.

But this space was completely different from the Wasteland universe. It did not have countless stars like the sand of the Ganges River, but it had lots of meteorites floating in the sky.

These meteorites differed in size. The small ones were like dust, while the big ones were like huge mountains, maybe even bigger.

Countless meteorites emitted a misty light that was intertwining in the starry sky, illuminating the world.

Occasionally, Su Mo could hear the impressive, beastly roars coming out from the depths of the space.

He took in a deep breath and, in a flash, flew towards the far end.

The space was huge. Other than countless meteorites, Su Mo had not found anything else for the time being, but since there were meteorites, there had to be stars somewhere.

“Young Master Liu Yun and the three Xeons must have come here!” Su Mo presumed, but first he needed to find out where this place was.

Fortunately, this space was bustling with energy source. Although extremely thin, even negligible, there was aura here, which meant this place was habitable.

Furthermore, the intensity of the space here was over ten times stronger than that of the Deity Plane in the Wasteland, which meant it should be a high-level plane space.

Moreover, the Wasteland contained spiritual energy, which had to be refined in order to obtain its energy source, while this space was already drifting with energy source.

Half an hour later, Su Mo found a huge meteorite ahead. It was unparalleled in size and was almost comparable to a small star.

It should have been a meteorite because there was no life on t and no trace of energy source gas. It was quite bare.

Su Mo flew towards it.

At the next moment, Su Mo realized that the meteorite had begun to move like a small star, heading straight towards him.

“This is… the great beast?”

Su Mo took a closer look, and was shocked by what he saw. The meteorite stretched out and eventually turned into an enormous, lizard-like monster.

It was a rare sight. Su Mo would not have been surprised if a creature that size could swallow a small star whole.

The large eyes snapped open, like two green moons suspended in the sky. A vast expanse of breath slowly released from the beast.

“Oh my gosh!” Su Mo, terrified, turned to flee without hesitation. He was sure that this beast which was the size of a star had powers that surpassed even the three Xeons, perhaps not classified in any level in existence.

He could hardly imagine there could be such a colossal creature in space. How incredible!

Su Mo fled really quickly. The beast did not chase after him. Instead it opened its mouth wide and and sucked in countless meteorites. The huge suction formed a terrible hurricane raging in the starry sky.

“How scary!” Su Mo took a deep breath. If he encountered another huge meteorite again, he would not want to approach one easily.

He proceeded with his journey in the cast space, searching for any stars with life.

Along the way, there was not much danger. About a month later, he finally found stars with life. In fact, there were many of them.

In the distance, a huge star floated in the sky, surrounded by thousands of others.

This star was extremely huge, about ten thousand times the size of Guzhou Star. Each of the thousands of stars around it were larger than Guzhou Star as well, some larger by leaps and bounds.

More than ten thousand stars gathered together, like a vast star pattern, forming an amazing view.

“What a huge star!” Su Mo exclaimed, speeding past many stars towards it.

Very soon, he approached one of the stars on the outermost layers and steadily made his descent.

He took in a deep breath and got himself energized. The richness and purity of the energy source on this star had never been seen nor heard of. It was totally the best place for training.

Su Mo strode on the ground, one large step at a time.

First, he had to find out where this place was. Had he found the so-called Cloud Ridge World?

This was a vast plain, with lush grass over a foot in height. Su Mo stepped forward on the grass.

Half an hour later, a city cluster appeared just ahead. Its walls were made of jade white rocks, over a hundred feet high. Although majestic, it looked extremely quaint.

There were no guards in front of the gates, which were wide open, the masses going in and out.

Su Mo entered the city. Its architectural style here was similar to the Wasteland. There were many martial artists, most of whom were human, as well as a variety of other Tribes.

Su Mo strolled around for an hour, getting to know the city, until he finally got wind of the situation.

This was indeed the Cloud Ridge World, one of the Upper Worlds. And he was currently at the ‘Ancient Cloud Star Alliance’.

There were few stars in the Cloud Ridge World, which were mostly divided into two camps, which were the Ancient Cloud Star Alliance and the Sky Ridge Star Alliance.

The star which Su Mo had landed on, as well as the thousands surrounding it, were within the Ancient Cloud Star Alliance. The largest star in the centre was the Ancient Cloud Star.

As for the Sky Ridge Star Alliance, it was located far away from the Ancient Cloud Star Alliance.

Thus, the vast Cloud Ridge World was dominated by two powers. Besides these two major star alliances, there were other forces not worth mentioning.

Su Mo found himself in a large inn with antique, wooden rooms.

He sat on the bed, scattering his divine thoughts, and listened to the conversations within and around the inn.

The tenants of the inn were basically low-level fighters, because those of higher levels would likely not stay there.

Countless voices converged and flowed into his ears.

“I hear Young Master Liu Yun has been agitated recently. He can’t seem to find those three men that came from the Lower World!”

“Indeed, they’ve managed to escape after injuring Young Master Liu Yun quite badly. The alliance has sent many of its members to investigate!”

“I presume those three are at the Sky Ridge Star Alliance, otherwise there’s no way they couldn’t be found.”

“That’s possible!”

The quiet discussion came from a room close by, and Su Mo picked up every word of it.

Although each room was divided by barriers, they were of lower grades and were unable to prevent Su Mo’s Holy Senses from penetrating.

“The Ultimate Sword Honorable isn’t dead!” Su Mo realized. The Xeon’s body had not been thoroughly destroyed, so that was a good thing.

It was evident that Young Master Liu Yun belonged to the Ancient Cloud Star Alliance, and one with a high position too. Presumably, he was someone of extraordinary status.

If Young Master Liu Yun was in the Ancient Cloud Star Alliance, then that meant Di Yihun was there as well.

Su Mo got lost in thought as he considered his options
