Chapter 901: Leaving the Divine Martial Country

Translator: Transn  Editor: Transn

Master Yang sincerely expressed his wish to follow Su MMo.

As long as Su Mo could bring him out of the Mist Mountains, he was even willing to be Su Mo’s slave.

Master Yang had already reached Lv 9 Martial King Realm. In terms of craftsmanship skills, he was already a King-level craftsman. He had long lost the hope of increasing his skills in a country as small as the Divine Martial Country.

His biggest wish was to leave the Mist Mountains to experience the outside world.

Now, the chance for him to escape had finally come. If he followed Su Mo, he could leave the Mist Mountains.

He knew that Su Mo was an extraordinary man which meant that he would definitely have extraordinary abilities. Since he was certain that could leave this place, the possibility of him actually doing it was high.

“Bring you along with me?” Su Mo was stunned. He had not expected that this person would want to leave.

He did not reply immediately, but looked at him contemplatively.

The others in the group immediately piped up.

“I’m willing to follow you too. Please bring us with you!” everyone said in unison as they looked hopefully at him.

No one was willing to pass up the chance to leave the Mist Mountains to go to the outside world!

Su Mo was speechless at the amount of people who wanted to leave.

“Alright! I’ll bring you out with me!” Su Mo nodded after he thought for a moment.

It wouldn’t be a bad idea to bring all these people out. Firmament Sect was still too weak and did not have many experts. If these people were willing to join Firmament Sect, the overall strength of Firmament Sect would greatly increase.

“Many thanks!” the group of experts was thrilled to hear that and quickly bowed in gratitude.

Commander Yue suddenly asked uneasily, “Great Emperor, we…we have families, so I was wondering if we could bring them along too?”

Every one of them turned to look hopefully at Su Mo.

That’s right! They still had family, so they could not leave just like that!

After all, they would probably never return after leaving this place.

Su Mo suddenly felt like he had bitten off more than he could chew. It was going to be troublesome bringing so many people with him.

Fortunately, he had the DIvine Map, so it didn’t matter if he brought more people with him.

“I’ll give all of you an hour to gather your family. We’ll meet here in an hour!” Su Mo said loudly.

“Many thanks!” everyone was elated and quickly expressed their gratitude. Then, they quickly left to gather their families.

Su Mo looked at them leave in resignation. Then, as he waited for them to return, he tended to his wounds.

One hour flew by quickly, and people started to return, this time with their families.

They brought along their spouses, their children, their disciples or servants, and altogether the group was made up of approximately 1,000 people.

“Is everyone here?” Su Mo asked loudly.

“Commander Yue hasn’t returned yet!” someone said.

Su Mo looked around and saw that Commander Yue was indeed not amongst the group.

“We’ll wait another 15 minutes!” Su Mo said with a shake of his head. If Commander Yue still did not return in the next 15 minutes, he would leave without him.

A group of people suddenly walked into the hall with Commander Yue at its helm.

Su Mo was surprised to see Governor Bai amongst them.

“Great Emperor, Bai Tong wants to see you!” Commander Yue said respectfully as he walked up to Su Mo.

Governor Bai had come to find him while Commander Yue was still gathering his family and had requested for him to help Governor Bai’s daughter.

However, now that he was about to leave, he did not have the time to do so.

Commander Yue informed Governor Bai that he was going to follow Su Mo out of the Mist Mountains.

Governor Bai then immediately requested to meet Su Mo.

“Su Mo, please bring Yin’er and me along with you!” Governor Bai said gravely.

He wanted to leave Divine Martial Country not because he wanted to experience the outside world, but to save his daughter.

Bai Yin’er’s injuries were extremely serious and he was told that the chances of her surviving were slim. He came to find Commander Yue because he had heard that Commander Yue had a unique healing method and might just be able to heal her.

Now that Commander Yue was going to leave Divine Martial Country, Governor Bai could only tag along.

Furthermore, he had heard that countless experts lived in the outside world, so the chances of Bai Yin’er surviving would be greater if he left this place.

“Where is your daughter?” Su Mo asked.

“She is still at Great Martial City!” Governor Bai said.

Su Mo nodded and said, “Alright, I’ll bring you along with me. Go back and make the necessary preparations. I’ll meet you at the entrance of the Mist Mountains!”

Su Mo knew that the chances of Bai Yin’er surviving in this place were slim and that she might be able to survive if he brought her out with her, so he agreed to Governor Bai’s request.

He did not wish to see that rebellious and lively girl have her life cut short in a such a manner.

“Very well. I’ll head back now!” Governor Bai nodded and strode out of the door.

“Bring Elder Yu along with you too!” Su Mo added. Elder Yu was that craftsman who lived in the Mansion of the City Governor.

“Very well!” Governor Bai agreed and then he rushed off.

Su Mo looked around at the gathered crowd and said, “I’ll be sending all of you into my spacial device. Please do not resist!”

Then, Su Mo released his mind, which enveloped everyone within.

Although the crowd did not know what a spacial device was, they did not resist and were all sent into his Divine Map in an instant.

Su Mo then walked out of the hall and shot into the sky as he headed for the Mist Mountains.

He flew rapidly and had arrived at the entrance to Mist Mountains in just an hour.

This was where he had come from back then and there was a medium-sized valley located between two mountain peaks.

However, there was no Divine Guards guarding the place this time, for Divine Martial Country had descended to anarchy.

He then sat cross-legged in the valley and waited for Governor Bai to arrive.

He did not wait long before Governor Bai arrived.

Governor Bai had brought dozens of people along with him, including Elder Yu.

He had also brought Bai Yin’er along who was carried in a Divine Guard’s arms.

Su Mo did not stop to talk to them and quickly sent them into his Divine Map. Then, he moved like lightning and charged into the boundless mist ahead.

Su Mo wasn’t absolutely certain if he would be able to walk out of the Mist Mountains either, but he was determined and did not hesitate to send himself back there for he had no other choice.

Su Mo’s vision and his other senses were severely inhibited after he charged into the boundless mist.

All he could see in front of him was thick, rolling mist, and he also lost his sense of direction.

He used his Ghostly Magic Sight Martial Soul to examine the tracks left by Space as it warped and soon managed to figure out its pattern.

Thereafter, he walked along the tracks left by the Space as it warped.

Su Mo’s steps looked extremely random and it even looked like he was retreating at times.

Only he knew that he was walking in a straight line. Although he might deviate from his line sometimes, he would not stray too far away from it.
