Chapter 39: Notice

Releases will be paused for now since I'm still working on the background stuff and I would like to rewrite some of the chapters in the vault section since I'm not happy with what I've written and I think some of them aren't really needed. I also think at this point more of the mc's day-to-day should had been written about since I've been getting an influx of people commenting that the mc didn't work/struggled for anything he achieved/has so I'll add some chapters with him working on different things I guess. Though I may just end up dropping it since the fic's been dying and I've been losing motivation to write it.
