When Lu Yang came back to the studio, he brought takeout as usual. Zhou Lu welcomed him warmly as if she was meeting a relative.

"Su Yan!" He has always called Su Yan's name directly in front of Zhou Lu and the others. Lu Yang would always call her name when Jiang Jinchuan wasn't present.

Zhou Lu opened the takeout box and inhaled the smell, "She took a day off. Her husband is leaving for a business trip, so she sent him away."

"...Oh." Lu Yang made his mind up last night that he wouldn't come in the future. Continuing to get along with Su Yan wasn't good. Since it would only make him feel more powerless against Jiang Jingchuan. He wouldn't fight for something he knows he can't easily win. But he felt bothered by projects today, so he went to the studio to relax.

Zhou Lu let out a muffled voice, "Jiang Jingchuan overturned my perception of the rich second generation. I used to think that he would be like those stereotypical presidents. I envy XiaoYan, but those two are well-matched. Even just looking at them comforts me."

Lu Yang tugged the corners of his mouth. He didn't have to pretend since Su Yan wasn't here. "I'll be going now." He said indifferently.

He couldn't bear to hear such words, even if his love for that person was hidden in his heart.

He hated hearing her name with Jiang Jingchuan's.

Even if he was a coward when he came to his feeling, he still had some pride.

Perhaps he shouldn't have come, Lu Yang thought.

He has only done the right things in people's eyes ever since he was a child. He didn't want to fail to get what he wanted.

Lu Yang nodded and left.

If he was interested, he would have shown her some emotion. There were three people in the studio, so who else could it be?

She could see how good her relationship with Jiang Jingchuan was. Lu Yang lost from the start.

She could only watch, at best, warn Lu Yang.
