Chapter 1: Transmigration and System Activation

Well, it seems like a Cultivation game, I've played those before but not many. Still, let's see which should I choose.

The 1st one is a generic protagonist start. I'll leave it alone. 2nd one is a no-no because I don't want to be hunted early game, who knows my enemies will be weak or strong. 3rd one seems good, and 4th one is a good bloodline but it'll probably not be good, who knows how they'll portray Heavens Wrath, I'll leave it. 5th one? Why is it even there? Maybe you can find some in-game items to get yourself some roots? Who knows I'll leave it. 6th one, I think is good. 7th is also good, maybe with a good background they'll give me starting equipment and some money at the start. 

8 again is a no because of early game hunting. 9 has no benefits at all. 

Now obviously as a gamer, I'll try to choose the best one, but since it's the first screen in the game. You all know what I'll be doing.

I picked 10th, after if I get something bad I can just restart the game.

Now I could choose 3 of these. But which one?

I haven't played the game so I don't know which is good. Like the first one, is it good or bad? I don't know what Fate does here so I'll leave this one. The next one seems great, authority is usually something really good in light novels so who knows? I think it's great. 

The 3rd one is also good because it'll let me hide my status, since I'm hiding my status, I'll always have an advantage. A must-have for PvP I'll say. 4th one is probably some protagonist-type shit. I'll leave that one. And 5th is confusing. Why would I want to be restricted in the first place?

6th and 7th don't give a good enough explanation either. But since it's a XianXia-type game, Primordial should be the best thing. After all, all of these novels should have proven that all things Primordial are super OP.

Thus I chose 2,3 and 6.

Everything went Black, it didn't take much time or maybe it did and I just didn't realize but I had transmigrated.

I opened my eyes, in panic. I was sitting in a lotus position. I had memories in my mind that were not mine, but most importantly I didn't remember my name or my family. 

What was my age? Did I have anyone in my family? I seem to remember being on earth, I also remember playing games, watching movies, and reading novels. I remember going on the Paris tour, I remember mathematics and history. But I don't remember if I had any siblings or not. 

It was quite unsettling.

I started to move toward this body's memory. 

My predecessor was called Li Xuan, an Elder of the Roaring Dragon Sect. Or he had just become an Elder not too long ago. Li Xuan is the son of the Sect Master Li Zhen and also will be the next Sect Master. 

The Roaring Dragon Sect is an extremely Powerful Sect and even the Royal Family has to give them face. As it's a very large Sect, Li Xuan also has his own Peak. Actually, there wasn't any peak here so his father had created one for me. Li Xuan named it Cloudy Dragon Peak. While you might think that since it's just a mountain peak it must be small. But no, there is a large Palace built on the peak and many other facilities, it also has its own rivers and lacks. This mountain peak is about 100km² large. 

Just the scale made me numb. So far, everything was good, now for the problems.

First of all, my memories aren't complete.

Second of all, I'm a different person, these Cultivators can easily find out I'm not the same person. After all not only is my personality different but my way of walking and talking, my way of eating, and even my way of sitting are different.

These were the things I'll need to solve. There was one good thing, Li Xuan was a Cultivation Maniac, he hardly ever talked to anyone other than his family or servants. 

He was extremely arrogant as well, crippling people was like his hobby. 

He once crippled a guy because he was a commoner and challenged him for the Sect Master position. Then that cripple challenged him that will fight him again in 5 years.

Wait, doesn't that sound familiar? That's a start of a fucking Xianxia story. I'm the Arrogant Young Master and he's the Protagonist.

Well, my life is fucked up. Okay, calm down, deep breaths.

I can make it work, I've to make it work. After all, I'm in a fantasy world, I'm not gonna let some shity protagonist ruin my life.

Well, it seemed like a lot of information. But once I read it, it didn't seem much.

The Basic is just Basic information, in advance it's just about which element root I've. I already knew it was a Void-Lightning root. 

Cultivation, I already know, the Cultivation Techniques mastered by my predecessor.

Skills and Arts are easy to understand. The problem is my Fate.

According to this, I have a very high chance to become a common Fodder Villain and mid-boss for some protagonists. At least I've some fate in becoming Lightning Sword God, but I don't even know what's that, at least it would be way better than anything else I can tell that much.

As for potential, according to the system, my will is weaker than my predecessor and so is my talent. At least my comprehension is better than his but again my luck is trash. I don't even know where the Cheat comes from. Is the system a Cheat? 

Then at least give me some cheat power. I mean my abilities are 'cheat'? Well, I don't know about the Authority but Anonymous one is definitely a decent cheat. As for my soul age being more than the age of the Multiverse, I don't know how that's gonna affect me.

Well, I should just try the other Functions then.

I don't remember my predecessor giving anyone any tips. What if I just drop it?

Okay, with the process of elimination, I've concluded that I should take scion as a mine disciple. 

See, killing a protagonist is never easy, I'll rather end up dead with my family, sect, and 108 generations of relatives. 

Looting from a protagonist is also the same result.

And as we previously discussed, I'm not gonna love just anyone. Of course, if it's a female protagonist that's a good one. Like not the reverse harem one etc. But it is a good one, I'll maybe consider it but let's forget this one for now.

Thus, the best idea? Become a Master.

On top of that, the Discipline Recruitment Ceremony is in a week, who knows maybe I'll find one there.
