Chapter 20: [Arc – Little Explorer] Chapter 19 – The journey of the nine tailed fox and the origin of Roseliet weapon!

Lestari tore the package of documents carelessly, the torn was not very neat and seemed rushed, Ouroboros also commented on such a trivial thing.
 
“When you open it, you look so scary Leistiari.  You really are a rude woman. Could it be, you also played rough when making love on the first night?" The half-dragon glanced at Lestari with a mocking glance, besides that she showed a smile that looked annoying.
 
Lestari responded to Ouroboros' taunts casually, she glanced at the half-dragon and smiled broadly, then said in a seductive voice, “No, it was my husband who played rough when we had the first night at the hotel. My husband pushed me onto the bed, took off my uniform, and shoved his gun into me. He held my hands tightly and licked my body, then did a wild shake that made me sigh loudly.”
 
“O-Oi, stop it! If my Queen hears it could be a problem, you know!” Ouroboros's face turned red after hearing Lestari's adult experience.
 
“Ouro, why are your nostrils wide? Could it be that you are aroused and are imagining a bed scene, huh?” Lestari asked, smiling slyly.
 
“N-NO!!! I AM NOT AROUSED!!! W-WATCH YOUR MOUTH , LEISTIARII!!!” Ouroboros crouched down and she sobbed in embarrassment.
 
Lestari sighed, she ignored the half-dragon who was holding back her embarrassment and focused on arranging the unordered pages of the document. The document is in the Vulpes language. Since childhood, Lestari has been taught the language by her mother, so she is able to interpret all the contents of Faberi’s documents.
 
Now, I know why my mother taught the language of a nation that doesn’t exist on this planet. Lestari thought.
 
After finishing arranging the pages of the document in order of numbers, Lestari sat down next to Ouroboros who was still shedding tears of theatrics, then she began to read the contents of the document.
 
----The Milky Way Galaxy and Earth---
 

O my people, O my soldiers, O my kingdom. I, Faberi, made a long journey to the Milky Way galaxy on a flying horse capable of piercing through the seventh heaven. There is a red dwarf star called the Sun, the star is surrounded by 8 planets, namely Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune.
 
My destination is planet Earth.
 
Earth has a myriad of knowledge that we must learn as much as possible, the civilization there is very advanced, as a queen of the half-fox kingdom, I must acquire that knowledge and advance our kingdom civilization.
 
The atmosphere of the planet Earth is protected by a sacred substance formed by a King named Solomon, that substance does not contain strong magic, but is capable of burning away creatures that have no purity in their hearts. At the beginning of the universe war, millions of Lucifer soldiers tried to invade Earth, unfortunately they were all burned to the ground as they penetrated Earth’s atmosphere.
 
In the past, I always obeyed God’s commands and liked to do good, so that I was able to penetrate the holy substance without being hurt in the slightest. However, while penetrating Earth’s atmosphere, I was shot down by a glowing arrow and landed on an island called Japan. Luckily, my beloved horse didn’t die despite being hit by an arrow, it’s just that he couldn’t fly for a while.
 
I know it was King Solomon who shot the arrow, he has misjudged me, but I don’t care, my goal is to study science on planet Earth.
 
If we look at it from our planet, Earth has entered the 21st century AD, where science has developed rapidly. However, due to the enormous distance between the Abell galaxy and the Milky Way, I was stranded on Earth in the 10th century BC, when King Solomon was still in power and science was not very developed.

So, I made an artificial body using magic to replace myself, then I went to the Korean peninsula with my horse. Unfortunately, that clone of mine didn’t behave well during her time as a concubine, she conspired with a bad person who intended to take over the throne and make Emperor Konoe fall ill.
 
An astrologer named Abe-no-Yasuchika revealed that the cause of the Emperor’s illness came from my clone and explained that my clone was a nine-tailed fox demon.  Emperor Konoe also felt betrayed and he ordered his strongest warlords, namely Kazusa-no-Suke and Miura-no-Suke to kill my clone.
 
In the end, my clone was successfully killed by Miura-no-Suke in the lowlands of Nasu. My artificial body then becomes a killing stone that can take the life of anyone who touches it.
 
I feel guilty about the incident, I should have had a dialogue with the Emperor if I didn’t want to be his concubine. Besides that I was impressed by Abe-no-Yasuchika who was able to reveal my identity.
 
---Korean Peninsula---
 
Year 1150.
 
In Korea, I did a ridiculous act, I accidentally showed my nine tails and my ears in front of Korean people. Gumiho, is the name that Korean people give to me. Gu meaning nine and miho meaning fox.
 
Many men in Korea want to marry me because I have a beautiful face and smell good, they have absolutely no problem marrying a half-fox like me, as long as it’s beautiful. Of course I flatly refused and the man i rejected spread bad rumors about me. Gumiho who eat human hearts, even though the rumors are not true.
 
“I think this bad rumor is true. A eater of human hearts, it means that Mrs.Faberi likes to make men heartache and heartbroken because she always rejects their love,” Ouroboros said.
 
“Shut up, don’t comment, I’m focused on reading,” Lestari replied, furious.
 
“Sigh, you’re being serious.”  Ouroboros became sullen.
 
 
---Land of China---
 
Year 1220
 
I am in a Song Dynasty territory. Social life during the Song Dynasty was quite passionate.  Social elites congregate to exhibit and trade precious works of art, people gather together in public festivals and private clubs, and cities have crossroads with lively entertainment.  The spread of knowledge and literature was encouraged by the updating of existing woodblock printing techniques and the invention of freelance type printing in the 11th century. Pre-modern technology, science, philosophy, mathematics, and engineering developed rapidly during the Song Dynasty.
 
The economy of the Song dynasty was one of the most prosperous and advanced in the Middle Ages. The Song dynasty invested in limited liability companies and sailboats while profiting from foreign and domestic trade along the Great Canal of China.
 
 
The Song Dynasty used gunpowder to make a variety of powerful weapons, such as flamethrowers, explosive grenades, cannons, and land mines.
 
I lived long enough in the Song Dynasty, the people there recognized me as a good spirit and they called me Huli jing. Huli means fox and jing means demon, when combined into fox demon. I purposely showed my beautiful true form, because disguises required a lot of magical energy. Fortunately the people there accepted me well, but the higher-ups of the Song Dynasty came after me because they were considered an evil spirit.
 
 
---Kalimantan Island and the Dayak tribe---
 
In 1227, the Mongols made a massive invasion of the Song Dynasty, at that time the Song Dynasty was very overwhelmed by the onslaught of the Mongol troops who relied on horseback archery attacks.
 
As a being from outside the Earth planet, I don’t want to interfere with the conflicts that are going on Earth, I have no reason to stop the Mongol invasion, besides that the higher-ups of the Song Dynasty are not friendly with me, so I don’t want to defend them.
 
I decided to take refuge with the people of the Song Dynasty who accepted my existence well, we made a long journey through the Malay peninsula, then sailed by large ship to the island of Borneo.
 
The Dayak people, a tribe I met on the island of Kalimantan, have a unique tradition, they live in the wilderness. The Dayaks are really friendly, they welcomed me with a smile and gave me a comfortable resting place. The Dayaks are not afraid of my true form, they think of me as a holy spirit from the outside world.
 
The Dayak tribe has a special weapon called Mandau. Mandau is a weapon that can fly and hunt human heads. I am very interested in Mandau weapons in terms of shape and sharpness. So I ordered a Mandau and in return I gave a pile of fresh beef to the Dayak leader.
 
1 week has passed, my Mandau order has finally been made, I immediately fell in love when I saw the beautiful carving on the Mandau’s body. An expert in making Mandau added carvings of nine foxes, carvings of roses, and carvings of eight planets orbiting the sun’s star.
 
I love roses, so I named my Mandau: Roseliet.
 
Roseliet It means pink rose.
 
Roseliet has not been filled with magical powers, the leader of the Dayak tribe advised me to do a traditional ritual, namely hunting human heads to be used as sacrifices so that Mandau can be filled with magical powers.
 
I immediately rejected the suggestion, because doing sacrifices is a big mistake, I don’t want God’s punishment to fall on my head, but the Dayak tribal leader explained that the head being hunted was the head of an evil person, so it couldn’t be said as a heresy, even so I still refused the suggestion from the leader of the Dayak tribe.
 
“I didn’t think that Roseliet came from Earth planet, it’s only natural that the design is very different from the general design used on this planet. Then, I was confused, where did Roseliet’s power come from? In this document it is explained that Faberi did not make sacrifices on Earth.” Lestari touched her chin as she spoke.
 
“Mrs.Faberi used the FoS as sacrificial objects to fill the magic energy into Roseliet. The bodies of FoS people, ranging from infants to the elderly, were mostly found headless. Mrs. Faberi performed the ritual of sacrifice and turned millions of heads of the FoS into the power you are using today,” Ouroboros explained.
 
“FoS should be punished, but I feel guilty for using the power that comes from the heads of FoS babies and children.” Lestari narrowed her eyes.
 
“So you don’t want to take advantage of Roseliet’s power anymore?” Ouroboros asked.
 
“Yeah, I’ll throw away Roseliet after Ristia grows up to be a grown woman who doesn’t need protection.”
 
“A wise decision. If I was lent Roseliet’s weapon to protect my Queen, I would also have made the same decision as you...” Ouroboros touched her left chest with her right hand, “Actually, I condemn Faberi’s actions that killed FoS babies and children, my heart aches when I know  innocent babies and children were slaughtered in a cruel way.”
 
“FoS also does the same thing to the seven half-animal kingdom, they kill the babies and children of the half-animal race. Faberi only avenged the actions of the FoS. However, no matter what, slaughtering babies and small children is a very heinous act,” Lestari replied.
 
Ouroboros sighed, “Disputes do cause blindness to common sense, huh.”
 
“Aways has been. It looks like this document contains about Faberi’s adventures on Earth, not information about Ristia, but I’ll keep reading it, in case there are some hidden messages.”
 
“Just read it, I don’t really understand the Vulpes language. By the way, Roseliet is worth beef, huh. Cheap weapons. My Mosint-Nagan must be much more expensive!” Ouroboros sneered.
 
“If you can’t keep quiet, I will leak your disgrace to Ristia,” Lestari threatened.
 
“U-Understood. Please don’t tell me, I could die of embarrassment.” Ouroboros’s face turned red, she remembered the embarrassing moment she had in the past.
 
Lestari took a short breath, then she went back to reading the contents of Faberi’s document.

In a state of total war, the great powers maximize their entire economic, industrial, and scientific capabilities for the purposes of war, thus erasing the distinction between civilian and military resources. Marked by a number of significant events involving mass civilian deaths, including the Holocaust and the use of nuclear weapons in warfare, this war claimed the lives of 50 million to 70 million people. This number of deaths makes World War II the deadliest conflict in the history of mankind on Earth.
 
Unlike in the first world war, this time I went straight to the battlefield, not to interfere in human affairs, but to snatch weapons from fallen soldiers, plunder ammunition depots, and steal advanced technology blueprints for our kingdom.
 
The Mosint-Nagan is a red army rifle from the USSR country that I took and gave to our colleague Ouroboros, she loved the weapon and took care of it like her own child.
 
“Oi, your favorite weapon, what Mosint is that, it turns out to be the loot. Hahahaha!”  Lestari laughed out loud.
 
Ouroboros was immediately shocked upon learning the fact that the Mosint-Nagan rifle Faberi had given her was a loot.
 
“H-Hold on Lestari, I’m sure you mistranslated, there’s no way this Mosint-Nagan weapon that I love with all my heart is a worthless loot weapon. It’s impossible!”
 
“Should this document be read directly by my mother who is a native of the Vulpes? Never mind Ouroboros, just accept this sad fact.”  Lestari embraced the half-dragon, while holding back laughter.
 
“D-Dammit….” Ouroboros let out theatrical tears.
 
“Oh my, you are such a cute creature. Even though I have a hard time digesting humor and rarely laugh, but you managed to make me laugh out loud. Ouroboros, you are the best clown in the universe.”
 
“Y-You impolite, I’m not a comedic clown, I’m Mrs.Faberi’s trusted killing machine!” Cried the half-dragon, her face red with embarrassment.
 
Lestari breathed a sigh of relief, “Thank you for easing my mind, Ouro. Now it’s time to finish reading this document, I’ve read to the last page, but can’t find any information about Ristia, it might be in another document.”
 
“Oh. Oh. Where are we going then?”  Ouroboros asked.
 
“We will head to the nearest explorer camp and rest there. You were able to change your form into a dragon right?”
 
“I can, but I have to be completely naked first.”
 
“So that your clothes don’t get torn?” asked Lestari.
 
“Correctly.”
 
“I see, do it right now!”
 
"Hopefully no men will see me bare-chested. Taking off clothes means asking for breeding, uh, I don't want to incubate eggs yet because I want to protect my Queen first."
 
“Usually you immediately take off your clothes when you see a handsome and muscular man.”
 
“W-Watch your mouth, Leistiari!”  Ouroboros’s face turned red with embarrassment.
 
After she finished taking off all her clothes, Ouroboros pushed hard, the veins all over her sexy body sticking out, slowly her body expanded and her skin gave off red scales, until finally she turned into a very big and scary dragon.
 
“What do you think? My dragon form is cool, right?” asked Ouroboros, her voice sounding very deep and not reflecting a woman’s voice.
 
“It’s so scary, I’m scared, besides that your voice sounds like a muscular uncle,” Lestari replied.
 
“WHAT!? Just so you know, all the dragon’s voice is deep, regardless of male or female.”
 
“I see, now I will carry Ristia on your back, then I will bring your clothes.”
 
Lestari carried her daughter on the back of Ouroboros who transformed into a jumbo-sized dragon, then she folded and put the half-dragon’s clothes into a large bag.
 
“Why are you daydreaming Lestari? Are you thinking about your outstanding debts?”  asked Ouroboros, jokingly.
 
 “I’m not daydreaming and I don’t have any debt. Wait a minute, I want to bring an injured explorer around here,” Lestari replied.
 
“Yeah, fine, I don’t mind for waiting.”
 
Lestari came to the injured male explorer behind the bushes, he was unconscious.  Lestari carried the explorer carefully, then she asked Ouroboros to lift herself onto her back, the dragon heeded the request of the Commander of the Skyscrapers.
 
Ouroboros flapped its two wings and flew high into the blue sky, at the same time the airship carrying paramedics passed near Ouroboros.
 
“Hello all of you,” Ouroboros greeted, waving her hand.
 
The entire airship crew was astonished to see a large dragon greeting them all in a friendly manner.
 
“Wow, that’s Mrs.Ouroboros!” One of the young crew members noticed that the red dragon flying near the airship was Ouroboros.
 
 Eh? Is that true?” asked the female airman crew A.
 
“Really?” asked the airman B man.
 
“What? You didn't just guess, did you?” asked the crew of the airman C man.
 
“Ah, you haven’t seen my dragon form yet.  Here I am, Ouroboros!” cried Ouroboros.
 
“Wohoo!!! Hello Ouroboros!!!” The entire crew of the airship cheered happily to greet the half-dragon.
 
“Hello all of you too! We’ll have another big meal later, okay?”
 
“Yes!!! We are looking forward to it, Ouroboros!!!” exclaimed the airship crew.
 
“You’re very famous, aren’t you? Ouroboros, what exactly are you doing?” asked Lestari.
 
“I often eat with them. Your explorer  are very friendly, at first they were afraid to see me, but over time they accepted me.”
 
“I see, huh....” Lestari watched the airship crew with a sharp gaze.
 
“Leistiari, they won’t be punished for knowing me right?” Ouroboros asked.
 
“Don’t worry, I will put them in a concentration camp,” Lestari replied.
 
“No, they won’t be able to eat with me anymore.”
 
“I’m not serious about it. I think it would be great if my explorer got to know you.”
 
“W-Whoa, have a look, on the back of Ouroboros is the Commander-in-Chief!”  A male air crew member pointed at Lestari.
 
“That’s right, there is Mrs.Lestari!”  exclaimed the crew of the female airship B.
 
Instantly the entire crew of the airship saluted the Commander. Lestari stood up, then she raised her right hand and swung it to the right, she gave an order to the entire crew of the airship to return to base.
 
The airship crew gave a salute and they directed the airship towards the city of Samise.
 
“Your explorer are obedient, huh,” Ouroboros said.
 
“Of course, if they don’t follow my instructions, they will be tortured to death,” Lestari replied.
 
“You are indeed a cruel woman, Leistiari.”
 
“Mirror yourself!"
 
“Wahahaha. Being a killing machine must be cruel so that the enemy is afraid. If I retire from being a killing machine, I will become a meek woman. I’m basically a loving woman.”
 
“A meek and muscular dragon, right?” sneered Lestari.
 
“What did you say!? You want to fall from a height, don’t you, Leistiari!?” Ouroboros was annoyed, she shook her body, trying to knock Lestari off her back.
 
“Don’t be silly, your queen could fall too,” said Lestari.
 
“Y-You're right!".”
 
“You stump tail lizard,” Lestari mocked.
 
“WHAT!? You really want me to drop you from a height, huh!”
