Chapter 6: [Arc – Golden Rage] Chapter 5 – The threat has arrived in sight

There is beauty and joy in the outside world, but I didn't realize that there are thousands of evils in this world, thugs are a small sample of a thousand evils, there must be other, much bigger evils. I had almost forgotten my mother's words, "There is kind, there must be evil."
 
I am really stupid, always praising the outside world without knowing the other side of this beautiful world.
 
Satrio came over to me, I was sitting on a park bench, he stood in front of me, then asked with a straight face, "Ristia, do you want to go home?"
 
I scratched my right arm, then responded to Satrio with a smile, "Sure, I want to go home now, I don't want my mother to worry."
 
"Let me take you home," said Satrio with a flat face.
 
"No need. I already know the way home." As a sign of refusal, I waved my hands in front of my chest.
 
"You are...." Satrio pressed my forehead with his index finger, then said, "I brought you here, if anything happens to you, I will definitely be the one to blame."
 
"Y-You're right. Alright then. Satrio please take me home. Hehehe." I don't want Satrio to worry about me and feel guilty if something happens to me.
 
Satrio turned around, then teased me, "You labile."
 
"I'm not labile!" Satrio annoyed me, but it doesn't matter, I feel he is starting to open up to me.

We started to walk. Not long after, nine caretakers of the orphanage came to pick up the children at the playground. The caretakers of the orphanage consisted of 4 men and 5 women, they wore white robes with the symbol of an eagle, then the white uniform covered all their limbs, except for the head.
 
All the orphanages on this island belonged to the Skyscrapers. The orphanage only accommodates the children of the fallen members of the Skyscrapers. As a form of respect, the descendants of the explorers will be well cared for and facilitated. An orphanage man, 30 years old, brown skinned, and black hair, found Satrio walking with me in the highlands. He stepped towards us, then shouted, “Oi, where are you going Satrio!? Who’s that girl with you!? Come back!”
 
Satrio looked back, then glanced at the caretaker with a cold gaze, “I refuse. I want to take this girl home! Besides, this girl is none of your business, so you don’t need to know!”
 
“How dare you speak like that!” The caretaker of the orphanage looked annoyed when Satrio shouted that, he ran towards us with the intention of catching the rebellious Satrio.
 
The running speed of the orphanage man is really fast, it hasn’t been 3 minutes, he is already quite close to us, he also has amazing agility, he is able to tame very steep incline.
 
Even though the distance between the playground and the highlands is quite far, he must have taken on the task of catching orphans trying to escape or maybe he was in charge of chasing people who tried to kidnap orphans, I don’t know, there are a lot of possibilities, this is not the time to guess.  Hell, it could be terrible if Satrio is caught.
 
“Ristia, get on my back.” Satrio bent down and positioned his hands behind his back.
 
“Okay.” I climbed on Satrio’s back, after that he stood up.
 
Satrio seemed to mind bearing my weight, maybe he was weakened from exhaustion.
 
“You are really heavy Ristia, you are like an object that weighs 100kg,” joked Satrio, he tried hard to position my body into the right back, both legs were shaking while doing that.
 
“Y-You impolite boy! Don’t think of me as an object! Just so you know, I only weigh 40kg!”  I squeezed Satrio’s right shoulder with both hands, because he really made me nervous.
 
“Tia, stop it. It hurts so much. I was just kidding. Forgive me.”
 
After playing catch up with the caretaker of the orphanage, we finally managed to escape.
 
Satrio can still run at high speed even while carrying me, but he seems to be panting and sweating profusely, he’s been trying hard, I spontaneously massaged his shoulders gently.

I was immediately fascinated when I heard Satrio’s answer, he cared about me, he knew that I loved cleanliness. Even though Satrio is indifferent and always shows a flat expression, he is very understanding. Men who are understanding to women’s feelings are very desirable.
 
For the lord of the universe, my face became hot and my heart was pounding, I hugged Satrio with all my might because I couldn’t stand this strange situation.
 
“Ristia, don’t hug me tightly, you are getting heavier, this time it has increased to 150kg!”
 
Satrio mocking me again, he irritates me.
 
“What an insolent boy!” I gently pinched his right ear.
 
Satrio took a short breath, then removed my right hand that was pinching his ear, then said, “Soon the mother star will set, night will come, hold on tight, I will run again.”
 
“Hmmp! You have to take me home safe and don’t let my feet get stained again.” I purposely raised my voice to sound firm and authoritative.
 
“Understood, My Queen. I promise to take you home in good condition.” Satrio replied in a low voice.
 
“Queen your forehead, you’re mocking me again?” I steeled my fist and prepared to hit Satrio’s head.
 
“Hahaha,” Satrio chuckled, “really, I’m not mocking you this time,” he added.
 
First time I heard Satrio laugh, maybe Satrio has accepted me completely, then I managed to melt his heart in no time.
 
If Satrio sees me as a woman, then I will see him as a man.
 
However, I will not give all my trust and feelings to a man, because my mother once said, “If a woman is drunk on love and loses logic, then her life is over.”
 
I don’t really understand what my mother said, but for sure, something bad will happen if I’m too obsessed with an invisible object, called love.

Suddenly we were confronted by a thin man. He had black hair, dark brown skin, distended stomach, and blood red eyes. That mysterious person was wearing a black robe bearing the upside-down star, he was very dirty, his hair had a lot of dandruff and his skin was crusty, he was really disgusting.
 
The mysterious man gave off a very evil aura, I could see it clearly, the aura was truly terrifying, my whole body made goosebumps because of it.
 
“Finally, I found you....” The strange man’s gaze fell on me, he glared, then grinned widely, all his teeth were sharp and smeared with fresh blood. He intimidated me and managed to make my body tremble.
 
“Could it be.... H-He’s one of the threats my mother meant!?”
