unknown date: satellites detected strange anomalies and reports through the Regions of the Indian Ocean and Madagascar, there are also reports of Huge man made structures of unknown origins. which caught the attention of other countries including the the U.N. to investigate

It was clear that this was a massive gateway, which was a huge undertaking and saw teams from other countries working together to study the superstructure. researchers crossed the other side but what they only see was the vast ocean and it was fairly similar to earth, studies also claimed that this world was bigger than earth.

the U.N. decided to redeploy its two retired battleships and modifying and refitting them with their new and advanced AI,Navigation,hologram-shielding & Advanced radar tech which allowed them to fulfill certain tasks even without the need for fuel or repairs which they called The Flying Dutchman and Queen Anne's Revenge 

both Ships has a length of about 180 metres. its top speed still classified:

with The Flying Dutchman act as the flagship and a reconnaissance vessel to gather intelligence

it was late night when they aboard the ship, they were tasked to enter the doorway and gather information and head back after seven moths.

they were given enough supplies for a year, just encase things might go wrong.

the government  already sent  two drones and one cruiser named Queen Anne's Revenge which was sent early to investigate what's inside the door two days ago. but they only saw the open ocean.

as the flying Dutchman entered the door, they were met by the Queen Anne's Revenge waiting  accompany them.
