Chapter 186: I Love Your Craziness

When Xia Sha waited for Xiao Ni in the lobby, it's two at noon already. So it's not surprising if the sun almost set after spending some time on the deserted island. 

Xia Sha sat outside her little cottage like a lost child. She hugged her legs and lay her cheek on her knee. 

She still could not believe that Guan Xian left her alone on a deserted island like this. She knew he could be petty sometimes, but she did not realize his pettiness could be this extreme. 

Hah, she should listen to her guts before. Guan Xian is dangerous. She shouldn't mess with him in the first place. 

Look at her states right now?

She looks like an abandoned puppy with nothing but an empty cottage. That petty man did not even prepare food or a single toothbrush for her. 

The only thing that makes her heart calm and stops cursing Guan Xian is the pretty view of mother nature. The sight is breathtaking that Xia Sha hasn't got bored after sitting in front of her cottage for two hours now. 

She had taken a load of pictures on the low battery phone. 

After spending time alone on this deserted island for quite some time, she actually could enjoy herself.

If only she bought her necessities with her. Xia Sha would forget Guan Xian completely and leave alone on this deserted island as he suggested!

Hmph! She wanted to curse every time she remembers him now!

Alas, on time like this, Xia Sha does enjoy herself while rethinking a lot of decisions she made before. Before she realized it, the sun has set behind the great ocean. 

"Hah, I miss my dad," she blurted out without thinking. 

It surprised her after she heard herself. 

Did she miss Xia Qi Feng? Guess she does. 

His face always the first one to appears on her mind when she faces difficulties. 

Wait- No. 

After high school, Xia Qi Feng's face never appears on her mind when she had a problem anymore. Instead, she would remember Xiao Zhan or her best friend. It just recently Guan Xian took that place. But that damned jerk had-

"Stop thinking about Guan Xian!" Xia Sha mumbles to herself with a frown. 

She took a deep sigh and stared at the sand on her foot. 

Xia Sha played with them mindlessly. She stayed in the position for a few minutes and back to her sense when she felt ticklish tears running down her leg.

Xia Sha did not realize she had been crying when she did not even bother to think about anything. Her a pang of sadness suddenly suffocating her heart. She could not see things clearly as tears blurred her sight. 

"Xia Sha, it's alright. You are strong. These too shall pass," she murmured to herself. 

"Xia Sha, it's alright. You are strong. These too shall pass."

"Xia Sha, it's alright. You are strong. These too shall pass," she keeps mumbling to herself as she rocks her body back and forth. She felt a negative aura started to surround her the more she tried to calm herself. 

She pressed her lips and forced herself to keep chanting the magic mantra until she could not. She sobbed loudly, hugging herself as she buried her head between her leg. 

Xia Sha sobbed loudly and carelessly for the first time. She did not bother to surpass and hide the frustration that topped inside of her. Things that scared her, things that make her sad, things that caused her to build a tall fort to protect her mind. 

For the first time in years, she finally true to herself. 

"I don't want to be alone," she sobbed loudly. Clear enough to make someone who had been watching her this whole time finally approached her. Without wasting time, that man pulled Xia Sha into a hug as he covers her head with his right hand. 

"I don't want to be alone," Xia Sha broke down when she recognized the man who embraced her. The familiar scent and body are enough to make half of her tense nerve relaxed.

"You are not alone. You will never be alone again. I am here," that man whispered gently, caressing Xia Sha's silky hair as she cries on her chest. 

"I don't want to be alone. I don't want my dad and mom to leave me," Xia Sha sniffled, biting her lips as her tears meltdown like a waterfall. 

"They won't. Your mom and dad love you so much. Why would they leave you alone?" Guan Xian said with a calm tone as if he wanted to said 'you are silly.'

"But my mom, she- she almost left me without saying goodbye. How could I live if she- hiks, hiks, hiks, boohoo!" 

"But she did not leave you. She survived for you. Your mom and dad had done so much to show you that they will never leave you. Don't you think?" Guan Xian said gently, patting Xia Sha's back to calm her.

"Yes, they did. And instead of trying to understand the situation clearly, I hate on my dad. I choose to be selfish and care for myself. Guan Xian, what to do? I'm scared," Xia Sha broke down into tears. She tightened her arm around Guan Xian's stomach and cry, pouring all of her heart. 

"Even after knowing the truth, I could not stop feeling suffocated around them. It's so confusing. I love my parents so much that I began to hate them. What should I do?" 

"I'm so unworthy to be loved. I hurt everyone that cares for me," Xia Sha paused without moving her head.

"From grandfather to you. I hurt and bring trouble for every one of you. I don't think I am worthy of your love and trust. I don't think anyone should love and trust me because I am incapable to returned that back. I am a wrench! I deserved to die-" 

Xia Sha never finished her sentence because Guan Xian has stopped her from talking with his soft lips. He kissed her for a long time until she calms down and stops crying. 

"You could wail and lament as much as you wanted but never say things like that," Guan Xian stares deep into that teary eyes with serious eyes. He is not playing around with his words. 

Xia Sha choked and did not answer. She observed Guan Xian's handsome face slowly distance its way as her thumb wipes away her tears. 

"Xia Sha, you might not strong as you appear to be. But I'm proud of you for living bravely day by day."

"Xia Sha, you might not appear loveable with your words and thorny attitude. But I appreciate the truth coming out from your mouth."

"Xia Sha, you are beyond gorgeous, and I don't need more comment on that. Both of us know very well about it."

"Xia Sha, you might think you are incapable for to trust someone ever again. But I am thankful that I could trust you," Guan Xian lay his forehead on Xia Sha's at the end of the sentence. 

Xia Sha felt their nose tips touched as when she moves her fluttering eyelashes. She suddenly stops breathing as she absorbs every word that coming out from Guan Xian's mouth. 

Somehow it helps her muddled mind think clearly for the first time. 

"I- I- I don't know why I act like this. It just, everything is so overwhelming lately. That night of the charity, I found out that my mom and dad had lied to me. My mother suffers from lupus, and her kidney is falling. Hence my father agreed with Pang Ze Tian to save my mom," Xia Sha sighed deep and fell into Guan Xian's shoulder. She stopped crying, but the pain in her heart hasn't gone. 

"I don't even know who or what to trust anymore. I- I couldn't even trust myself no more," Xia Sha mumbles weakly. 

"You shouldn't felt disappointed when someone lies to you. Instead, you should be proud that you are not the same kind as that person," Guan Xian smiles gently, brushing Xia Sha's cheek. 

Guan Xian's words suddenly lifted some of her burdens. Under the dimmed light from the moon and the small bulb of the cottage, Xia Sha rested her head on Guan Xian's shoulder, smiling gently. 

"You could trust yourself. You are great. And if you want, you can also count on me, sometimes. Only if you want," Guan Xian grin, looking slightly at Xia Sha that lay on his shoulder. 

"And let you leave me alone in this deserted island again? No, thank you," Xia Sha roll her eyes and answer with a flat tone. 

"Well, as you see. I never leave you alone. But I will apologize for that. I promise I will never do that again! Watching your seat without moving for two hours is more torturing than breaking up with you!" Guan Xian chuckled, and Xia Sha giggles followed him. 

It's funny how she always ends up with Guan Xian every time she turned into a madwoman. But she kind of likes it. And she hopes she could always stay like this with him. Forever. 

"I don't know what did you see from me. Why did you remain here after witnessing all my craziness," Xia Sha looked at the ocean, smiling to herself when Guan Xian stretched his arm around her shoulder. 

"Maybe it's because I love your craziness?" Guan Xian grinned. "Or maybe because I see this crazily beautiful future that I will lead with you," Guan Xian finished his sentence with a soft tone. 

Xia Sha closed her eyelids. Somehow she could see the future Guan Xian said as she heard the sound of the waves. Her lips stretched into a wide smile. Xia Sha suddenly reached for Guan Xian's jaw and locked their eyes. 

Guan Xian raised his eyebrow and opened his mouth. He is going to ask what she wanted to do when she crushed her lips into his. 

The moment felt like a dream to Guan Xian.. Without wasting any time, he deepened their kiss as smiles appear in the middle of their entangled tongue.
