Chapter 11: The Lone Tree.

Rose woke up, silently opening her door and walking out into the living room going to get a drink. 

Quartz and Ashley were talking to someone she didn't recognize. 

”Who's this?“ She said as she walked over. 

”Hello, Madame. My name is taranos!“

[Madame... Really?]

”don't call me Madame... Just call me Rose. But that still hardly tells me who your are and why you're here.“

Quartz looked to them. ”He's a... Friend? of John's!“

Rose looked to Quartz ”Mhmm. Why are you here though?“

Taranos slightly smiled. ”Master John sent me here to keep you all safe.“

Rose looked confused. ”And... Where is he?“

Taranos looked to her. ”He didn't tell me, all I know is he sent me here to keep y'all safe.“

”Alright, I guess. Welllll off to get the whiskey.“ Rose walked to the kitchen opening the fridge getting some whiskey. 

Quartz looked at her. ”Damn you're obsessed with vodka, Rose.“

Ashley laughed ”Seriously.“

”Well...“ Rose opened the bottle, in which taranos snatched it from her hands. ”Hey! What the hell man!?“

Taranos shook his head. ”Alcoholic beverages aren't good for the human body.“

”I don't care! Give me my damn drink, man!“

”Nope, I was sent to protect, that includes from yourselves.“

Rose was annoyed. ”Come on, man! John let's me drink whiskey!“

Ashley and Quartz were laughing a ton as these events unfolded. 

”Nope, how do I know you're not lying?“

Rose sighed and walked away ”Man you a hoe for that.“

Quartz followed Rose. They walked outside, to a tree on a hill, the trees oak was white and the leaves were a mix of black and white, the tree had blueish black vines wrapping around it. 

”Hey Rose can I ask something?“ Quartz asked silently. 

”Yeah?“ Rose replied hesitantly. 

”What happened that made you disappear for two days?“ 

”oh, is it okay I don't tell?“

”Yes it is.“ Quartz Hugged Rose under the tree.
