Chapter 7: Beginning to live the life of a tortured captive for a year because I’m too dumb to think of a better plan .

( 3rd pov )

In a forest near the cave where a 3 year old black dragon is being imprisoned and tortured since its birth , A naked young boy seemingly around 7 years old can be seen floating out of a tear in reality . The boy seems to be unconscious and yet his very existence seems to be emitting an aura of intimidation , making the animals around him run away as if their lives depended on it . As the boy slowly slowly floated down towards the ground he started waking up , which ended up making his aura flair up even more , resulting in weaker animals losing their consciousness and stronger ones to cower in fear unable to even run away to save their own life . 

( 1st pov - Romen ) 

[ Please wake up master , we have arrived in the reality you wanted to visit . ]

As I started waking up I felt the air softly brushing past me , the suns warmth on my body , and a nasty smell in front of me ? As I looked at the cause of my discomfort I was dumbfounded , a huge ass bear was pissing and shitting a few meters away from me . What in the actual fuck is going on ?

' Sara why is a bear answering the call of nature in front of me ? '

[ Master please retract your aura . This situation is caused by the animal being extremely scared of you . ]

So that's the reason huh ? I didn't notice before in the void because there was nothing there and it felt so natural to me that I didn't even notice until Sara pointed it out . It seems as though I instinctively know everything I can do and how to do it , very convenient honestly . I contracted my natural aura and made it so others would fell more comfortable around me . It would be easier to do things this way . 

' Sara can you show me the way to where Venion Stan is right now by creating a transparent minimap with indicators that becomes more visible the more I focus on it in a corner of my vision ? And also buy a big enough bag that can fit me in it and a few Shorts my size , though buy the ones that are generally used in this world . '

[ Done . The items are placed in your inventory master . ]

After wearing the shorts I took out from my inventory , I slowly stared making my way towards the location marker indicating where Venion Stan is currently , ignoring the scene caused by me as if it never happened . He seems to be in a cave behind the mountain in the distance I can see from where I entered this reality . Guess he is in one of his torturing sessions on the baby dragon later known as ' Raon Miru ' . Sick bastard , though I guess I'm even more of a sick bastard then he can ever be so cant really judge him .

' Sara was anyone alerted to my presence because of the earlier incident ? '

[ No master . Only someone in the immediate vicinity of you can feel your presence . I always conceal your existence on a larger scale so that higher level entities can't find you but that is the most I can do master . ]

' Thank you for doing that Sara . Before I forget , place a reality anchor so I can peacefully spend my time here and kill any rapist male species that might exist in this reality . '

[ Your welcome master . I have bought the reality anchor and installing it now . As for the last task master you might feel discomfort for some time because of the energy consumption as a lot of dimensions and timelines exist in this reality . Are you sure you want me to complete the last task master ? ]

' Yeah do it Sara . '

[ As you wish master . ]

Only I can be a rapist if I ever wanted to rape a women in any reality I visit to . It doesn't matter to me even if I have to suffer a little because of it . I would have killed more then just the rapists if I didn't want the story of the novel to deviate too much from what I know . I guess it would be inevitable for the future to change a little with me doing what I am about to do and other things that I might do , but I'm just too dumb even with the increased intelligence to think of a better way for me to get involved in the story...

I slowly came to a complete stop . I feel like every bit of energy inside of me is being taken away , even though the energy keeps replenishing extremely fast it keeps being drained till almost nothing is left and the cycle continues repeatedly , making me feel exhausted even though I have the immortality perk . I somehow made my way to a big tree and just sat there resting in its shade and spending my time remembering the novel of the world I'm in right now .

The novel ' Trash of the count family ' I had read was mainly about Kim Rok Soo , a Korean man from a world where monsters and dungeons popped out of thin air , transmigrating into the body of a minor villain one day after he read a novel named ' The birth of a hero ' before going to sleep . Kim Rok Soo didn't like pain and just wanted to live the peaceful life of a slacker , so after transmigrating into the body of Cale Henituse he decided to change his fate of being beaten to a pulp by the main character of the novel and live the life of a slacker he always dreamed of living now that he had the possibility of doing so . But one thing lead to another and like a snowball turning into an avalanche , his dream of being a slacker seemed to be getting further away from him as time goes on . 

In the original novel Kim Rok Soo had read ' The birth of a hero ' , Choi Han the main character of that novel , was originally from another world , he was teleported into the forest of darkness one day when he was 17 years old with nothing but his school uniform on him . After somehow surviving in the forest of darkness , which was inhabited by strong monsters for many years , he found his way to Harris village outside the border of the forest of darkness , where the villagers took care of him like their own family . One day he went deep into the forest of darkness to gather some medicinal herbs for the person who treated him like her own son , but when he came back he was met with a burning village and everyone he considered family in this new world dead . The ones who were the cause of him of losing his second home were still there and were about to leave . He went berserk after seeing this and begun a murderous rampage killing all the assassins from the ' secret organization ' responsible for the villagers death . As he returned to a more normal state of thinking after killing the assassins , he buried the dead bodies of the villagers and swore to take revenge on the ones responsible for their deaths .

After being devastated by the massacre of the people in Harris village , Choi Han started traveling towards rain city to talk to the lord of Henituse territory about the incident and to hopefully arrange a small funeral for the villagers  , but when he reached at the northern gate of rain city he couldn't enter because he didn't have the identification paper needed to enter the city . As he was exhausted because of running basically the distance a carriage would take 7 days to travel in 1 day on foot , he didn't argue and waited until night time to climb over the wall to enter the city . After entering the city at night Choi Han met a drunk Cale Henituse 4 days later , who basically said the lives of the villagers wasn't even worth the cup of alcohol in his hands , which resulted in Cale of the story being beaten to a pulp by Choi Han .

After Kim Rok Soo basically took over the body of Cale Henituse , he wanted to avoid this situation and the actions he took to avoid it , made his dream of becoming a slacker go further away from him as time went on . 

It was funny seeing how most things Cale did sent him further away from his dream while he thought he was getting closer to achieving his dream of being a slacker . I only read the first few hundred chapters of the novel before I stopped reading it , I wanted it to be complete before I read the whole thing , but I basically killed myself before that so...

Anyway it seems the energy draining from me stopped after what felt like a few hours , and its replenishing quickly making me feel more comfortable already . Its evening now and from the looks of it I arrived in this world mid day . I started slowly making my way again towards Venion Stan's location which seems to be a villa built beside the the mountains .

' Sara buy me a pain resistance skill and level it up to level 8 , and buy a perk that will allow me to understand and speak in any language I hear or see . You don't need to show me the price ,  just remind me when I have around 1,000,000,000,000 points left . '

I tried a few of my powers while I was heading to my destination , it seems Even though I know instinctively how to use the powers I have , I need to use them a few times to get used to it and make it feel more natural . As I reached the villa I used the shadows to stealthily approach it because of the numerous magic items the Marquis installed for safety measures . I then teleported into a second story window I saw in the right side of the villa where Venion Stan is currently resting after confirming it in the minimap . Seems like he is alone , as I can see a blond man waring fancy cloths sitting on a couch in the corner of the room that looked like a study in the medieval era . As he saw me suddenly pop out of thin air he tried to shout for help while reaching for the sword hanging on the wall behind him , but before he could even say anything I used mind manipulation on him making him stop in his tracks . I then ordered him to deactivate any magic items in the villa and the surrounding area first , then to bring a spare mana restraining collar he keeps for emergency while calling all of the people his father stationed in the villa and the cave behind it to assemble in the big opening in front of the fountain of the villa .

As Venion went outside the room to do my bidding I began manipulating my body to look like it is extremely malnourished while creating deep old scars in various places and new ones that have blood cluttered around it which look like they were done by torture devices . I made sure only the Hanma blood came out of my body without any effect of the perk immortality in it permanently to avoid complicated situations in the future if I ever get injured . As I heard the noise of about 30 people gathering towards the fountain with my enhanced senses , I made my way downstairs after getting out of the room . This world's technology seems pretty advance considering the setting of the novel being in the medieval era with the added things like magic , beast people , elves , dragons , among other things .

As I came outside of the villa , the people gathered in front of the fountain looked confused but before they can say anything I put them under mind control and altered their memories , while taking the mana restraining collar from Venion and putting it on , though the collar doesn't seem to be affecting me in any way . Starting from Venion Stine , I made him believe he found me 3 years ago when I was only a few days old , he discovered me via one of his lackeys reporting to him about a newborn child in their territory able to regenerate from a broken arm after being born , and as the mother had died after giving birth to the child and the father dead a few months before the child's birth , he basically kidnaped me without any trouble and tortured me until now in a secret safehouse in the Stan territory . Venion will believe he brought me here this time to make it more entertaining for him to torture me and the baby dragon together while keeping me here permanently from now on . I made it so when he goes in the cave to throw me in the same prison as the baby dragon he will retell the story like a 3rd rate villain .

With the people that came with Venion this time from Stan territory I made it so that , one of people would believe he is lackey that gave the report about me to him , while the others witnessed me begin taken out of the safehouse of the Stan territory in a bag and brought here . The other people who were here originally would believe they saw me being dragged in a bag into the house . With all the memory alteration done I sent all of them away to do what they were doing before coming here like nothing happened except Venion and the torturer . I ordered them to take me to the cave and act accordingly form then on according to their personality . I got into the bag I brought out of my inventory and acted unconscious .

" Take the boy inside the cave , I want to see them tortured together and eat my dinner tonight . "

Venion told the torturer after I stopped my control over their minds . 

" Yes sir "

The torturer then started dragging me towards the cave where I can sense a strong presence . Guess the novel wasn't exaggerating when it said that dragons are the strongest species in this world even going as far as protecting the world from outside influence of the demonic race , divine race , and even the gods . Even while being deprived of mana the baby dragon I sense inside the cave is giving off a aura only a existence at the top of the food chain in a world could give . I don't even know how my senses can give me this kind of information , I can only describe it as weird honestly , its as if I have a few completely new senses and I don't even have problems in using them . Weird is the only word I can use to describe the things happening to me and I'm experiencing after my death . Well I honestly don't care , I'll enjoy these few moments before everything goes to shit , if it goes to shit which is more than likely to happen .

" I brought you a friend to join you in your suffering ."

Venion said after we reached a big prison deep inside the cave . I was thrown in the prison after the torturer took me outside of the bag . I can see a black baby dragon the size of a little less then 1 meter in length on some hay in a corner of the prison . His dark blue color eyes were open as he was observing me , I slowly crawled my way towards the other corner of the prison curling myself up in a fetal position waiting for Venion to finish his 3rd rate villain monologuing .

" I made my men capture him when he was a few days old , he is a little younger then you of about a few months , his parents dead , his mother probably died because of trying to give birth to a monstrosity like him while his father died before he was even born , its as if he was born just to suffer . He had shown the power of regenaration after he was born with a broken arm which fixed itself within a few minutes , that's how I got the information on him and sent my men to bring him to me . After checking him with the help of a mage , he seems to be absorbing the mana around him to heal and strengthen himself . I killed the mage when he tried to take the boy saying something about researching for the betterment of humanity , I can't have my enjoyment taken away from me now can I ? Though I put a mana restraining collar on him as soon as I could after hearing about the whole mana strengthening him thing . From then on I tortured him whenever I had free time , even though he couldn't absorb the mana around him he still had a monstrous regeneration . Though it seems the torture has caught up to him by now , at most he has about a year to live without absorbing any mana , and I'm not taking my chances on letting him absorb it which might lead to my death . So I brought him here to you so I can enjoy seeing both of you being tortured while I eat my food . Isn't it nice , you have someone to suffer together with you ? you can also kill him if you want , I had enough fun torturing him these 3 years . "

I looked at the black dragon to see his reaction but he is acting as though he couldn't understand what Venion is saying and turned away closing his eyes , but I can clearly sense the anger he is emitting  .

" I'll come again when it is time for dinner , for now you can kill him if you want or get to know him though I guess you can't really understand me , idiot dragon do you know how much money I spent on you ? obey my orders if you want your suffering to end or else you know what will happen right ? "

Getting no response from the dragon Venion just stormed of without saying anything else . The torturer after readying the torture devices for the later session of torture , went off somewhere after some time as well . The baby dragon seems to be ignoring my presence completely . It kind of makes sense I guess , even though from all the monologuing Venion did the dragon can tell my situation is similar to his because unlike what Venion thinks the dragon can actually understand what Venion said , dragons are the strongest and smartest species from birth in this world and they grow only better as time goes on , learning a language after hearing it from birth is very easy for a dragon compared to the other things they can do . Even though he heard I have a similar situation to him of being tortured from birth , the dragon won't just forget the suffering he went through because of humans and as I seem like a human by looks and smell its natural for him to be wary of me .

As night time arrived , Venion came in with a few servants bringing his food and the torturer by his side . This seems to be his usual routine , as I just added new memories in his mind and let him act according to his personality . Venion came in the prison and sat on a luxurious couch located near the entrance of the prison . The torturer went towards the baby dragon first and dragged him by the chains that were restraining his movements to the center of the prison . The torturer then came towards me and dragged me by my heir to the center of the prison as well right beside the dragon . It took me my all to not go berserk and killing all of them , I wonder if it will be worth it to suffer a year of torture just because of my silly desire to experience the novel I had read naturally beside the real characters and experience the world they lived in genuinely ? Probably not , I have done so many stupid things in my life that I don't even give a shit about anything even myself included to a certain extent , this can also be included in them in the future as well .

As the torturer went to grab what looked like a whip with metal sticking out of of it to make wounds deeper from a table near the entrance , I went closer to the dragon and hugged him while trying to cover as much of his body as I can like a shield while turning his body to face the opposite side of where Venion is sitting . The baby dragon was surprised at first and tried to resist but a few seconds later oddly calmed down , seems like the calming aura of mine is working quite well . 

" What are you even trying to do monstrosity ? Do you want to take the torture all by yourself ? Amusing , torturer make sure not even an once of blood is left to be spilled from his body and also don't give him any food from now on , I want to see how long he can survive . "

Venion seems to be amused by the situation and ordered the torturer to basically give me hell . After that the torture began , the torturer started whipping me though the whip was too weak to even scratch my body , so I had to manipulate my body to look like the whip had effect at the exact time the torturer whipped , seems like the skill pain resistance did its job well as it didn't hurt that much even with having large open wound gushing out some blood from time to time . Even though I covered most of the baby dragon's body it seems like he still received some stray whips on some parts of his body . The torture continued for an hour when finally Venion got bored of me having no response to the torture and left after saying he would like to see how far I can keep on going like this . 

After everyone but me and the baby dragon were left in the cave , I took him out of my embrace and slowly started petting his head . My body was a total mess , blood coming out from my body was everywhere , and due to malnutrition all the muscles of my body were still somewhat visible but looked like the blood in them were dried out and the wounds all over them made it look like a fairly disgusting scene . The baby dragon was wounded hare and there as well , with how skinny I am now I couldn't completely block all of the whips coming at us so he was slightly hurt a few times . Though the situation is good enough I guess , now I just have to make a good impression and just go with the flow and see what happens . The baby dragon has been looking into my eyes ever since I took him out of my embrace , now how to start this conversation...

" I don't know if you can understand me , but if you can know this , I most likely have about a year left to live . In this one year I will try my best to keep you safe from as much pain as I can . I don't have a reason for doing this if I'm being honest , I just wanted to do it so I'm going to do it . If you ever manage to escape from this prison , live the life you want to live , and remember me sometimes if you can , though I guess it wouldn't really matter since I would be dead by that time but its at least nice to know now that someone will remember me at least once even after my death . "

As I finished spouting bullshit I saw the baby dragon slowly nodding his head making me have a small smile on my face . After all that happened I wanted to sleep a little even though I didn't fell physically exhausted , I mentally felt exhausted as a lot has happened to me in the span of what felt like only a day , from killing myself , to waking up in the void with Sara , then finally coming to this world and being tortured because I'm too stupid to think of a better idea . I just wanted some sleep for now , so without further delay I hold the baby dragon like a body pillow after I laid down on the floor and went to sleep without giving a fuck about anything else .
