Chapter 1: Chapter – 1

Where am I? I was playing Azureroad I fell asleep and then I woke up here. It looks to be some sort of beach there is sand in both directions and the sea in front of me. Turning around I find a forest behind me. Either I have been kidnapped or isekaied those are the only reasons I can think of right now. Wait. If I have been isekaied has my appearance changed? I look down at myself and see my new body. I now seem to have the body of a young-looking short girl. I have long silver hair that reaches to my knees. My nails are like small claws, and I can feel fangs with my tongue. I am wearing a black, white and red goth dress. I have black high-heel boots that are combined with my stocking that are held up with a garter belt.

Now the most important thing to do in an isekai.

I’m a ship girl? Not what I was expecting but then again, I was playing Azureroad. Let’s try summoning my ship. I hold out my hand.

“Summon ship.”(Vampire)

In front of me, glowing particles start appearing and moving together to form a ship. A few minutes later is my ship. A Daring class destroyer. At the front is two turrets one super firing over the over. Behind the forward turrets in the main superstructure and bridge. Moving back is the rest of the superstructure and then at the end is another turret.

Now how do I get on? Walking over I stop at the sea. If I am a ship girl, can I walk on water? Taking a step forward I find solid water taking another step I am now walking on water. I walk over to the ship and by instinct which I must have gained from my transformation jump up onto the deck. Now how do I control this thing? Do I just think about it? Move, move, move, move. Ah, something moved it wasn’t the ship so what was it? Let’s try this again, it moved again. I walk down the ship towards the front and find the turret to be facing towards the beach unlike before. It must have been the turret that moved. What else can I do? Concentrate, concentrate, concentr-

BOOM

I freeze at the explosion. I slowly turn to my right to see a large smoking crater in the sand. That was an accident but a fun one. What if I did that again totally by accident?

BOOM BOOM BOOM

“HAhahahahahahha. Explosions are fun.”(Vampire)

For another hour I keep firing the guns at the once sandy beach it is now full of shell craters with not much of the sand remaining. Maybe I should stop. Let's get back to the original goal of moving. Moving, moving, boilers, boilers, fire, fire. Is this working?

“Move”(Vampire)

As I say that I can feel the propellers start to turn. Well, that was simple. Fifteen minutes later I am steaming ahead at fifteen knots in the vast expanse of the sea. Now let's go and find civilisation.

This is so boring I have been sailing for hours and haven’t found anything except water. Is anything ever going to happen? Something happen soon I’m bored of seeing nothing but the sky and sea. Maybe I will explore the ship.

Another few hours later I explored the entirety of the ship and I am bored again. I think I will sleep for a bit. I go to the bow of the ship and lay down. I slowly drift off to sleep.

While I am sleeping, I am awoken by a loud sound. As I wake up, I realise that it is a ship's horn. I focus on my own horn and sound it in return. Looking into the distance I can see a larger ship with a girl standing on the bow. As she gets closer, I can start to make out her appearance.

She looks like she is in her twenties and wearing a maid uniform. It starts of as a multi-layered voluminous dress at the bottom and gets thinner going up. At the waist, there is an apron. After that the fabric splits in two and covers her large chest, it then goes up around the neck leaving the shoulders and arms exposed except for a thin piece of laced fabric on the shoulders. On her arms are gloves that cover the hands and the top half of her arms. On her grey hair? Is a headdress. Is that hair? It looks like it might be tentacles.

Who is she?
