Chapter 3: Ch 2 pt 2 (complete)

I held back a sigh an just smiled blissfully at the ghost.

Time has already let the sun dip below the horizon.

It's already night and most of the animals have entered the forest again only the slime, ghost girl, a large wolf, a boar, and a bird remaining.

We sat quietly while I wondered if I'd sleep on the ground or make a bed.

A bed..

"Everyone. As guardian I'll sleep here. Thats for sure but first I'd like to optimize the area." I stopped, allowing my words to register with them for a moment. I had everyone's attention even Xie.. "So if you all will stand with me for a moment?"

Aeiss stood first followed by Xie as they came to my side. The ghost girl was already with me the whole way holding onto my pants leg. Really cute.. I'm fortunate to be surrounded by so many cuties in this life.

The animals followed Aeiss moving along with Xie.

Great now let's see what I want to do with this area.

I look at every and then Ai.

The smile she always kept on her face made me smile as I looked to at the forest.

Ive always had a thing for the fantasy life and even the horror known as Eldritch s.. but the bliss this forest has given me has already left an impression on me. I know I planned to wreak havoc but I want.. this entire forest to only know bliss.

Let's first change the atmosphere.

I look to the sky and sort out things from Auroras to shooting stars in the end I chose to make the already fantasy world more intense, the sky which showed the stars would be more vibrant, the surrounding forest, the air it self. Finally my bed.

I made a bed that could easily fit all of us an more.

Done.

After I breathed out I look at Aeiss who had her eyes widened a little and again smiled perhaps more than when the animals greeted her.

Perhaps I found what makes her happy? 

She's endearing to the forest and the monsters and animals that are in it. She's somewhat cold to Xie but never once opposed her really. Even now Xie clings to her with a blissful smile.

I approached the bed an turned to face everyone and spread my arms out to the side in both show off and welcome.

"Come everyone, we have have an entire Venue to destroy tomorrow."

I simply let my self fall just like that and closed my eyes as I saw Aeiss approach the bed first. My eyes were already close.. to my surprise I felt someone snuggle up to me. Reflexively I used my nigh omniscience to find Aeiss smile with her eyes closed already snuggling up on my left.

Maybe she really is just a goddess of bliss?

I wondered more about her before I fell asleep.

It's morning, to see Aeiss already sitting up in bed looking around.

Our eyes met.

We seemed to both agree on something and stood up, Aeiss came down from the bed her long black hair coming down with her. Her eyes instantly recovered the glint from yesterday while the cold aura could be felt around her.

Damn..

Those humans really are..

Just before we blasted into the sky I saw Xie sleepily rubbing her eyes before joining us.

We are really going to destroy an entire Venue in an entire day. By the way it should be said a Venue is an entire 12,858,051,967,633,865 kilometers. Meaning we're speed running this if we're doing this in an entire day right?

I found my self looking down at a human screaming in pain as his lig bone shot through the skin of his thigh, his arm bones shooting through the skin of his arms an skin torn of his head revealing his skull. Some of his internals we're exposed as screamed in terror. Just moments ago he was begging to be killed now he was screaming nonsense.

Aeiss glared down at him with anger and a hint of disgust.

He burst into a golden flame and became nothing soon the flame died and Aeiss looked into the distance.. one would think she was looking no where in particular... But I knew better. She was looking at the next kingdom she would burn down.

100 kingdoms later I had a hard time holding back my smile. The destruction caused by Aeiss as we flew from one kingdom to the next were in line with my plans. She wreaked havoc all over the mortal venue without reserve.

I was filled with such pleasure.. but in the end. What if they can't stand a monster like myself? What if they find out all along I was a monster? Such thoughts plagued me. Aeiss is slaughtering humans as we speak. I told my self. 

To no avail.

While I was immersed in my thoughts a bright multi colored light shot up from the rubble. The light shot toward Aeiss who was busy torturing someone else. She saw it. All three of us and the person who caused it included.

I sighed. Thankful for a release from my thoughts.

I flew over just in time to block the light with my body.

From behind the light I saw a knight with cool armor an a weapon wrapped in a heroic aura.

His expression self righteous as Aeiss ignored him an went on with torturing someone invoking more screams.

The hero frowned.

 

"You! Do you not see all that you've done!? Enough! Are you not human!? Release that man!" The knight shouted. 

We simply sat there allowing his screams to echo through out the ruins looking at him silently. His screams mixed with the screams of the tortured fellow creating a wonderful symphony, I could almost hear his terror from the session Aeiss with have with him.

I closed my eyes as I imagined it over and over before opening my eyes my expression still passive.

"You aren't human.. I've already seen everything you've done and you're still doing!" The knight shouted as the light on his sword became brighter and he leaped forward at me.

I stood there patiently his sword swung hitting nothing as he stood in the air in front of me. The screams becoming louder.

I simply manipulated the planes a little bit so he never gets past a certain point.

He looked at me with slight confusion, recovered quickly, dashed over again only for the same the result to remain the same.

"What did you do!? Remove this trickery!" The knight shouted.

We remained silent yet another scream tore through the air louder than before.

The impatient knight then proceeded to throw all of his attacks in front of me to no avail until finally.

A bright golden light erupted from behind me.

The devastation on the knights face is clear. 

I moved to the side as I looked over at Aeiss whose red eyes flashed Golden.

Suddenly the knight flew backwards landing in the debris behind him, he was buried a few feet down coughing and still tightly holding his sword.

"What!-"

As he tried to speak he finally felt it.. the Red eyes from Aeiss glaring down upon him. he trembled then recovered him self and tried to stand up.

Aeiss didn't let him. Her red eyes glowed and he collapsed once more.

Aeiss flew over slowly and once again.. a most beautiful music filled the air.

1000 kingdoms later we I decided to ask a question.

"What should we do with the relics." I floated closer to a relic a king just dropped as we stood in the air.

Aeiss looked at the artifact with the same glare.

"They're nothing."

I nodded.

  

"Wait!" Xie shouted. "But I couldn't see anything that happened when that human used his artifact to stop time before."

Aeiss seemed puzzled for a moment the shock spread on her face.

"Even with divinity?" She asked.

"..." Xie nodded meekly.

"Thats why I wanted to learn what that golden aura is you're using. It seems really convenient."

Aeiss recovered and glared at the artifact for a moment. "I will become strong enough so that it won't matter anymore." She looked away. "I will also teach you." 

 

Xie nodded elated.

We flew quickly making it to the next kingdom.

Half the day was over and my assumption proved correct. The days here are quite long so by evening we destroyed half the place that covered the human venue I'm willing to bet that by after noon we'll be finishing up.

Aeiss destroyed anything she came across and I protected her and Xie. Although Xie wasn't reduced to just one ∞ she still didn't use her powers in This Venue meaning she was just as strong as Aeiss if Aeiss isn't used her Gold powers.

I watched the fall of humanity with my hands in my pockets and a pair of sun glasses. We trolled the heros when ever we came across them I would block them while Aeiss tortured any of them.

The artifacts we left them for others to acquire, squabble over these scraps their ancestors left pointlessly. In the end these two have my protection. And needless to say? They are already trying to get stronger as we speak.

Aeiss pushes her golden Aura endless trying to find the limits of it while also looking for another power elsewhere in her self.

Xie is following Aeiss trying to imitate the golden aura.

These two.. are prescious.

While we fly from one place to the next I wonder what the other venues think of this. 

I smile as I wonder about their reaction.

We've gone to different places. Far below into the depths of what seemed like hell and into the depths of the sea now we're attacking the floating islands.

Upon destroying a floating island Aeiss didn't worry about farmers she simply let the island fall.

Well.. it's not like they are entirely defenceless.

Most humans are born with magic and learn spells and skills so some of them end up surviving the fall.

Of the places are destroyed in this venue and I'm taking off my sun glasses.

The sunset is awe inspiring. 

I was right in my choosing when I chose to simply enhance this fantasy world's beauty. The afternoon within the forest will look many times better.

Aeiss acquired new power becoming quasi omnipotent once again even with out infinites of divinity stacking to add onto her power. She just is.. thats what it feels like.

Still as we flew forward she destroyed the places we flew to in a similar manner to before except sometimes she would change her black hair to gold, her eyes would become gold and the aura would wipe around her making her seem unapproachable, mystical, she seemed to come from another world or perhaps no world.

Xie made her own progress she when looking at her one would see ∞s when trying to get a read on her power but they seemed to change what they were becoming one has yet to know.

Me and Ai simply followed along almost passively.

"Humans." Aeiss began. We stood high in the air above the clouds. "Today I fulfilled my promise. Majority of you have been killed but fear not.. I left you with the tools your ancestors left you." After that we turned as she led us home.

"Wait.. you're not going to warn them against summoning heros?" I asked curiously.

Aeiss answered as the glint and glare in her eyes still had yet to fade.

"That would be against my first promise." She stated giving me curiosity on what it was. "Also if I warn them against they will only research it. I've already destroyed any knowledge on any sort magic or war craft. It's unlikely for them to summon anything for a while."

I nodded. She forsaw this I'm glad to have such a smart goddess with me and like what we did today. Sadly.. after this I don't believe we'll have anything to do after this. Humans may have been troublesome but from what I see Goddess, Dragons, Abyss know each other. 

Maybe.. the Eldritch s I mentioned before will come?

I turned my gaze to the sky in wonder.

"What if they're Artifacts can summon heros?" Xie asked bring both me and Aeiss to a stop. I could feel it.. the desire to destroy the rest of the humans came but she quickly calmed down.

"That shouldn't be the case." She said.

"Even so what will Arovolti say after the destruction of this.. and the Abyss. I know Aerith won't care but still.." Xie said worriedly.

"Well neither of you have anything to worry about." I said.

They looked at me and Aeiss smiled for the third time I saw her. She turned and began to fly again.

"We'll deal with it as it comes." She concluded the conversation.

Xie could only look at me speechlessly as we flew towards the forest.

We landed on the bed and after laying around for a moment Aeiss got up and wandered into the forest. Xie glanced at me before following her.

I had a guess but I still used nigh omniscience to answer me. 

Aeiss and Xie went to go shower.

I who was sitting on the bed crosslegged collapsed onto the bed and stretched. Today was fun.
