Chapter 2: Magic

ASSU03 had tried it now, it had vocalized the word system in every known language, written it on the ground, and thought about it. 

 

Certain that there was no function, except the AI labeled SC (subconsciousness) that was responsible for the maintenance and other routines that ASSU03 should not need to focus on, that responded to the words system, it tried something else next.

 

It opened its receptors and every kind of opening it had and tried to feel for foreign energy. 

 

The moment it did this, SC informed it:

 

<Foreign particles noted>

<Scanning for properties>

<Particles confirmed to link displace and current reality>

<Particles join electrical currents through main circuit>

As soon as the Particles made a full run through the circuit, something strange happened, displace and reality sparked for a moment, before 003 witnessed the particles gathering in its body.

The next thing it tried was scribing runes of dead languages in the ground, as well as something designated a pentagram, and at first, nothing happened. 

Until the pentagram was touched by a stray MP, immediately going to the center and making the whole Pentagram pulsated in white, green, blue, purple, and red. Fluctating in the same pattern every round. Then another MP enters the Pentagram, resulting in the colors shining a little brighter.

So, to test it, ASSU03 made another Pentagram in a different direction, and once the first MP entered, it began Vibrating with the exact same frequency. 

The tip was white/grey, constantly fluctuating in its brightness, the left spike was Green, the grass around it going through its live stages way too fast, the bottom left was blue, sparking electricity, sometimes pushing the surrounding dirt around, the one on the bottom right spike had a purple coloring that showed weird symbols and pictures. The last one was on the top right and is colored red, constantly changing the temperature in its immediate vicinity.

All from the perspective in which it was written, independent from any other Visible forces.

Noting this discovery down, 03 decided that it was a sign of magic existing, and marked the quest as completed.

This was a really good start, next would be finding civilization.
