I ran as fast as my legs could handle. Running into the underground territory I began to pant before seeing her there. She was wearing that iconic white jacket. She waved at me and approached me with a laid back expression displayed onto her face. 

"Hey there. Didn't I tell you that kidnapping your sister was a bad plan?"

As irked as I was, I could not let her sarcasm take the better of me.

"I knew that you did. But in my heart, I knew that was the only way to keep her safe!"

"Yeah. Whatever. Just follow me back to my lab."

I sighed as I followed her down the sewer. She came to an abrupt stop and stared at a stone panel for a few moments and pressed a number of indents on it. Prompting that secret entrance of hers to come into view. I followed after her. Following her through the quiet stone hallway before she had made her way back to the lab.

"Lay your sister on that white bed."

I nodded and laid Alaska onto the bed. The doctor took a mega pint of soda and drank it down. At that very moment a light blue interface had appeared right above the white bed. I squinted my eyes as I attempted to read the text, but it just appeared as unreadable and foreign. It was Greek to me.

"Do you want the good news or the bad news?"

"Bad news."

"You won't like what I'll say. But your sister is currently in a coma."

I bite my tongue.

"And the good news is that I can preserve her here."

She smiled sinisterly as her white nails led down my arm.

"Just give me a small loan of a million dollars and I'll save your beloved Alaska."

"I really thought you would ask for more."

She chuckled.

"I'm just being generous. After all, a recent convict like you will have his cards shut down by the go-"

"I converted my cards into crypto."

She chuckled.

"You're a lot more clever than last time. Also how's that little girl doing?"

"She's doing just fine. Why are you asking?"

"I'm just curious. Just curious after all she seemed to take a liking to me. In fact it was as if she had liked me better than her own f-"

I covered her mouth with my palm and glared at her.

"I think you've said enough for the day."

She nodded before giving me a wink.

She sarcastically fell to her knees and cried. 

"I thought you would have matured ever since."

"Never could I ever."

She smiled as if she had gotten a genius idea.

"Don't worry boss man. I'm not going to fuck your sister. I'm going to fack her!"

I glanced sharply into her eyes. Those playful purple eyes spiraling with absolute insanity was the only thing that could protect my sister. But she's way too annoying. Just like how Alaska plays hard to get and knows how to poke my buttons, she just does it in a colder and more cynical style.

"I know those eyes! You are just monologuing to yourself! Please touch some grass before touching the titties of your sister! Wait! She chuckled and I made my way out of the room.

I shoved my hands into my pocket as I made my way out of the sewers. My steps echoed against the hollow canal. It wasn't just me who had echoed. There were others. A man had been trailing me some moments back and now a woman.

"Looks like I'm going to be in a bit of trouble…"

I recoiled back into my chair and adjusted the air conditioning.

"Today's really gonna be a hot day."
