It's been a month since the assassins arrived at the Wolf School. At first, the coexistence between witchers and assassins was quite tricky due to their differences in all areas. But over time, Desmond and Saibus became part of the apprentice witcher groups. Their mentors didn't have to make any effort because the former witchers and the latter already had a good relationship.
Saibus and Desmond made some witcher apprentice friends, including the famous Geralt of Rivia, the only Geralt. Saibus has learned that Geralt is the same age as he and Desmond. Saibus didn't know in his old world how old Geralt was because The Witcher timeline is a mess without a name. Now he knows that Geralt is over a hundred years old during the games' events, so he has time to build up strength to counter the Deep Cold.
But this is not the immediate goal of Saibus. Instead, his goal is to gain strength to protect himself and his loved ones and destroy the Wild Hunt to avenge his parents.
In one of Kaer Morhen's training courses, several young people can be seen being trained by the school's instructors, including Vesemir.
The young people are in a guard position with their steel swords and follow the instructor's movements. These young people have just arrived at school and then learned the sword katas of the school of the Wolf. On a wall that delimits the training ground, one can see three people making a course that extends towards another part of the fortress. One of the young people has white hair and wears the clothes of the school of the Wolf apprentices. He jumps off the wall onto one of the logs and jumps onto other logs before climbing back up the wall further. Finally, he turned to where he was on the wall and looked at his two friends. "You who are assassins, do better." he declares with a provocative voice.
The two assassins look at each other before smiling.
"To you, the honor Desmond," Saibus says.
Desmond nods and immediately jumps off the wall. Unfortunately, he is not above the log, so he cannot land on it. Instead, he dives to the same height as the log and grabs it with his arms. He uses the fall force to turn off the record, let's go, and clings to another diary. He continues the course and makes a turn on the last roster to get above to reach above the wall. He lands next to Geralt and looks smugly at him.
"How is this better than my background?" Geralt asks Desmond.
"You said to do better, not faster. So I did more spectacular than you." Desmond answers Geralt's question, still smug.
Geralt turns away from Desmond, and the two turn their gazes to Saibus, which is still at the start of the route.
Saibus sees them looking at him and smiles. He jumps off the wall and begins his fall towards the first log. During his fall, he approaches the border. He puts his feet on the wall, slows his fall, and makes him land smoothly on the log without having suffered the fall's backlash on his arms or knees, giving superior opposing force to stop their falls. Saibus takes advantage of the second, which has more on his teammates to continue the course. He jumps on the logs.
In the middle of the course, the logs start to recede. This fact wasted time for Geralt and Desmond, who had to put more strength in their legs or arms and put more pressure on their muscles.
Saibus decides to do something other than what Geralt did. Instead of jumping from log to log, he chooses to practice a technique used by a video game hero from his old world. Saibus jumps off the record for the next, and the moment he lands on the next log, he leans to the side and runs over the wall with enough speed not to fall off the wall and have a fall that would cause him significant injuries. He continues the course by alternating jumping and running on the walls with enough speed. Finally, on the last log, he jumps over the fence and stands in front of Desmon and Geralt.
The latter look at Saibus as if he were a monster. No one in between would have thought of alternating between jumping and running on the wall to go faster and finish the course. They even believe that no one before has ever thought of using this method to complete this journey.
Saibus seeing that his friends were not speaking, decides to taunt them a little. "So what do you think? Am I not the best of the three of us?"
The two rolled their eyes at Saibus's provocation, and the three continued their training.

While Saibus, Desmond, and Geralt train and bond, in the Rennes office, several people participate in a meeting crucial for the school's future.
Different people are the people Rennes trusts the most. So obviously, there is Trinity, Leonidas, and Bjorn, the old witcher. Rennes and Bjorn are not the only witchers in the play. There is also Renne's second, Ronan.

The only magicians in the play are two old magicians who have worked with Rennes and the school for several decades. The magicians are two brothers, Zavald and Zorold.
"BOOM"
"Rennes, we have to kill the traitors now. We don't need to waste time getting together. Let's attack while they don't expect it." Ronan declares, banging his fist on the table.
"We can't do this, Ronan; we don't know who is a traitor or not. We first need to know who they are to eliminate them effectively and, if possible, in a stealthy way." Zavald replied before Rennes.
"Yes, there are magicians among the traitors, but we don't know if there aren't other people who want to destroy us. We have to move slowly so as not to arouse suspicion. I do not know what level of magicians we face. We have to be careful. " Zorold continues.
"Zavald and Zorold are right Ronan. I know you want to eliminate this threat ASAP, but in our case, we can't do that." said Rennes.
"We have to take it in stages. First, let's see what information we have." Trinity intervenes.
Rennes nods at the assassins, giving them the floor.
"We know that wizards have been plotting to destroy the Wolf School for years with other people. We know they will attack in a year and a half. We have several wizards from the school as suspects, including Nero, Rone, and Raif, who are an alchemist, a mage, and an arch-mage. We do not know if the three are traitors, if they are traitors and if they have accomplices. "
"So we have to confirm the identity of the traitors and find out how they want to destroy the school before they do. Do you have any ideas?" poses Rennes.
Members reflect as Trinity speaks.
"I think I have an idea. My apprentice told me how much easier life would be if we had a truth potion. At first, I thought it would not be enjoyable, but now I think such a potion would be helpful. But does it exist? " Trinity declares, turning to the wizards and alchemists in the room.
Zavald and Zorold look at each other and cast a spell that causes a considerable grimoire to appear over eight inches thick.
"Here is our grimoire, which contains all our knowledge since becoming wizards. If we have found traces of such a potion, we can find it in this book." Zorold replied.
"Alright, continue to watch out for anyone you think is suspicious while Zavald and Zorold investigate the existence of this potion."
Rennes turns to the magician brothers.
"Ronan will accompany you to help you with your search."
Everyone in the room nods at the directives from Rennes.
