31 Saovine 1195
It has been two years since Brokilon Forest formed a pact with the League of Assassins. The forest became more peaceful, becoming even more of a sanctuary and a perfect place to live for magical creatures. The conflicts that the forest had diminished enormously. Those who coveted the forest's resources have looked away from the forest for fear of the League.
The forest has developed a lot thanks to the trade made with the assassins. The alliance has greatly benefited Brokilon Forest, but the League is no slouch. She also helped enormously with the deal with Brokilon. The League has gained a lot of magical components that further advance their alchemists, enchanters, and magical research. Its resources have allowed advances such as the Truth Potion, the Amnesia and Memory Restoration Potion, and the Levitation Enchantment, which unfortunately consumes too much magic to be used in combat. In addition, Brokilon's relationship with the League has improved with his advancements and collaboration during specific missions between Assassins and Dryads.
Saibus, meanwhile, is now an assassin recognized and respected by other members of the Order. He accomplished several dangerous missions and was valuable to the League. After only two years, some think he will become the youngest assassin to become a master. Others believe he is too young and inexperienced to become a master. But everyone agrees that Saibus will be a member of the Council of the Order in the future.

Far from all these questions, Saibus is currently in the bookstore of his laboratory. He had just finished organizing the books his father had. His father had less than his mother, but this organization took him two years. After sorting and arranging his father's books in the library, Saibus finally finished sorting all the books his parents had in their possession. Finally, Saibus takes the diary of his ancestor, the first Auditore to set foot on the earth of this world, Nésis Auditore, the Auditore who made the pact with Seaia.
With the book in hand, Saibus sits in his study room and begins to read calmly.

Day 1: 'I have just set foot on this new land which will become my home. With the help of de Néma, my faithful wolf, I found a cave where I could take shelter. I spent the day looking for food. I hope to save my rations in case of an emergency. '
Day 2: 'I rode Nema, covering a lot more distance. We finally arrived in a forest. After walking through the woods, I found a small clearing where I could build my future home. '
Day 5: 'I just finished building my house. It is simple but comfortable. I will enlarge it maybe later if I find the need. I also created a small field to support myself and a small pen to store livestock if I could find any. '
Day 10: 'I haven't done much for five days. I collected some wood, took care of the field, and found two sheep and goats in the forest. '
Day 15: 'Nema and I explored the forest around our house. We found a waterfall with a vast cracked rock blocking the entrance to a cave behind it. We tried several ways to clear a little space to enter and explore the cave. We succeeded after several hours. '
Day 16: 'I entered the cave we found through the small space I dug yesterday. I walked through the cave corridors and came to a room with water. On the surface of the water is a creature that I had never seen resting. The creature looked at me with its yellow eyes. I thought she would attack me, but she spoke with me instead. '
Day 35: 'I learned a lot from the creature I met. The creature named Seaia imparted knowledge to me in exchange for his protection. At first, I wasn't for it, but I have to admit Seaia knows how to convince others. One thing he taught me is magic. I like to practice it, and according to him, I have a specific talent for manipulating this energy. '
Day 36: 'Today, while fishing for fish in the river, I noticed the lifeless body of a woman. The woman is beautiful. She is the most beautiful that I have ever met. I took her in my arms and brought her home, putting her on a makeshift bed. I have been treating her since this morning. '
Day 38: 'The woman has just woken up after two days of fainting. She was on her guard at first, but after showing my attention, she relaxed a bit. We then start a conversation where she reveals her name to me, Hecate. She teaches me that she comes to like me from a world different from this one. She fled to avoid disaster and found herself unconscious in the river. I think she's hiding that thing from me, but I'll wait for now.
Day 50: 'Since Hecate woke up, she wanted to help me reimburse me for saving her life. She takes care of the animals while I bring back fish or deer. I also noticed that Néma likes his presence which is contrary to his habit. He doesn't love anyone but me. Seeing him in Hecate's presence and not growl at her shocked me. Hecate is getting closer and closer to me, which I appreciate. I'll lie if I don't find her beautiful, plus I feel like I have a slight affection for her. '
Day 80: 'I have been living in the forest for 78 days, which I now consider home. Seaia told me that he had nothing more to teach me and that I had to experience it myself. After passing on some knowledge to me, he asked me not to come back except in an emergency, which I accepted. My relationship has taken a turn with Hecate lately. We got very close, we don't go out together, but we flirt daily. '
Day 100: 'I proposed to Hecate if she wanted to be my wife Today. She didn't accept right away but ended up doing it. Her hesitation is due to her story, my instinct tells me. I try to ask her and see if she agrees to reveal her past to me. '

Day 110: 'After several discussions, Hecate finally revealed her past to me, and I must say that it is incredible. She comes from another world just like me, but her world would suffer an inevitable catastrophe. To prevent this, she and her fellow Precursors hatched several plans to save themselves, but none succeeded. Faced with the disastrous situation, Hecate decided to talk to Juno, Minerva, and Jupiter, the three wisest and most potent precursors. Together, they decided to cast a powerful spell to teleport all the forerunners to a new world when his world and that passed by each other. They threw the attack in exchange for all of their powers, it was an excellent price to them, but they thought their lives were worth at least as much. The spell performed allows a passage to this world, but the coalition between my old world and this one disturbs the portal. The magic killed all the now mortal precursors except Hecate. '
She also explained to me the life she lived with the other precursors. His life before was filled with luxury, power, and domination. Now his life is more straightforward, which doesn't seem to displease him.
Day 150: Hecate told me that she felt part of her magic of yesteryear. Her magic pushes her to an island where surviving precursors can be found. She is pleased and has tried to persuade me to accompany her for several days, but my instinct tells me this is not a good idea.
Day 160: Hecate finally got the better of me. We are currently on an island. We cannot see the island's interior because massive cliffs block the view. We will try to dock and explore the island.
Day 161: We went around the island and found an entrance in the rock large enough to be able to return with our little sloop. We sailed in the passage for several minutes before reaching a small cove with a rise to the surface. Hecate to lower the anchor, and we disembarked after ensuring that the anchor was correctly set. During the ascent, Hecate told me of his growing feeling as we advanced. Finally, we have come to the surface and are greeted by sunlight. After our eyes got used to the light, we discovered a beautiful and lush forest. Walking through the vegetation was an absolute pleasure for Hécate and me. Unfortunately, this moment of happiness was stopped by a small pond in front of the exit of the flora.
We crossed the pond and came out of the forest to be dazzled by the structure in front of us—a black pyramid with gilding. Minarets can be found at the four corners of the pyramid made of the same black material and gilding. Cracks are visible on the minarets, and a significant gap is on the pyramid.
We ventured into the pyramid. The pyramid's interior is very bright, with lights on the ceiling and floor. Hecate recognized the path and took me to a large room with several people with light. She explained that these lights were representations of her family, the precursors. The screenings began to speak in a language I did not know. But I understand that this is sad because Hecate has started to sob. I walked over to her and hugged her. She snuggled up against me. We stayed like that for about ten minutes. She dries her tears a little and kisses me. She gently said thank you before explaining the situation to me.
According to the other precursors, their worlds have been destroyed but haven't. They ended up on this island with no way to leave. Pieces of the different temples of their world have followed them with the magic that has been connected to them. They disconnected the parts between them to create this new temple, their new home, Eden. They lived here for a few months before deciding to kill themselves. They no longer had any reason to live in this world without a way out of the island. Without their old powers, it was difficult for them to live. She explained other things about the pyramid, but I didn't understand everything.
Day 166: After spending a few days here, Hecate declared to come home, expressing his desire to live with me. Of course, I accepted, overjoyed. She drew a portal using the knowledge Seaia had given me, and we went home. '

Saibus, absorbed in reading the newspaper, was surprised to feel a soft hand resting on his shoulder. He turns his head and sees Yennefer wearing a worried expression.
"Are you ok, Saibus? You didn't come to eat, and despite the minutes that passed, I had no news. I was worried." Yennefer says with a bit of concern in his voice.
"Yes, I'm fine. Sorry to have worried you. I was just immersed in reading my ancestor's diary, the first Auditore or Blood who trod this earth after the Conjunction of the Spheres."
"What, do you have your ancestor's diary, a book over a thousand years old?" asks Yennefer in surprise.
"Yes, this diary is fascinating. I can tell you while we have dinner."
"With pleasure."
