Chapter 4: C4. My Little Happiness

Two weeks later

"Director, this is the report you needed. And you need to sign these order forms." Xiao Le smiles as his places the files on the New Director's desk. 

"Ah… thank you. I will look through them later and return them to you on Monday " New Director nods politely at Xiao Le. Now he knows that Xiao Le is his "boss" too, he has been extremely nice to Xiao Le. 

"If there is nothing else, I am leaving for the weekend." Xiao Le says cheerfully. 

"Go… go.." 

Xiao Le thanks the New Director and heads back to his desk to pack his bag. As he passes his colleagues, they smile at him respectfully. For the past two weeks, things have changed. His colleagues stop giving him their work or make him run errands. He was also promoted one level to a purchasing officer.

Xiao Le packs his bag and asks Xiao Gui who is also packing up, "Are you heading home?" 

Xiao Gui grins. "Nope, I am spending the weekend at Xie Min's. You?" 

Xiao Le blushes slightly. "I will be staying at Gao Tian's for the first time…"

They leave their office to head down to the first floor together. 

Xiao Gui shakes his head. "I can't believe the two of you have not spent the night together yet… Each time he looks at you, it is like he wants to eat you up."

Xiao Le's blush deepens. It is true that Gao Tian and him has not done anything since they started dating officially. It has only been kisses, very deep and passionate kisses, but nothing more. Xiao Le has never been to Gao Tian's home before too so he agreed happily. And maybe tonight… Xiao Le is shy, nervous and hopeful thinking about it. 

The two best friends reach the first floor. Gao Tian and Xie Min are already waiting. Everyone in the lobby avoids eye contact with the handsome and cold looking Gao Tian, since they now know he is the CEO. 

Xiao Gui immediately runs up to Xie Min while Xiao Le walks towards Gao Tian. 

"CEO…" Xie Min starts but Gao Tian waves a hand dismissively. 

"Take the entire weekend off." 

Xiao Gui grins. "Thank you, brother-in-law!" Xiao Gui has been calling Gao Tian that lately and Gao Tian likes it. Xiao Gui drags Xie Min away first. 

Gao Tian smiles at Xiao Le. "Hungry? Shall we go for dinner?" 

Xiao Le has an idea, "How about I cook for you at your place? It is cheaper."

Gao Tian agrees, but not because of the cost but it is because he likes Xiao Le's cooking. 

"Okay, then lets go to the supermarket!"

After shopping at the supermarket, with Gao Tian paying for all the ingredients now, they went back to Gao Tian's place. Gao Tian stays in an expensive penthouse apartment! Xiao Le is completely amazed when he steps in the place with high security. Everything looks so expensive too! 

"Help yourself, the pots, pans and cooking utensils are all in that cupboard." Gao Tian tells Xiao Le as he sets down the grocery bags on the shiny, marble kitchen counter. 

Xiao Le moves to the cupboard to open it. "All these… look brand new!" 

"I rarely cook." Gao Tian shrugs. Actually, Gao Tian does not cook at all. And his house did not have such stuff. When they were still shopping for groceries, he had messaged a staff earlier to buy the necessary household items, remove the price tags and have them ready at his place. The efficient staff even told Gao Tian where he stored them.

"Okay, let me get to work! Dinner will be ready in 1 hour. " Xiao Le tells Gao Tian. 

"Okay, I will be working in my study." He points to a door before kissing Xiao Le on the lips. Xiao Le blushes as Gao Tian walks away. He forces himself to focus on cooking.

1 hour later, Xiao Le finishes his cooking. He had cooked stewed chicken, fried eggs, steamed crabs and vegetable soup. Simple dishes but they are all dishes Gao Tian had praised before. 

He goes to the study room to call Gao Tian. The door is open and the moment he walks in, he sees Gao Tian sitting on a large leather couch, leaning back and his eyes are closed. He has removed his suit jacket and tie. The top few buttons of his white shirt have been undone, revealing a hint of muscular, toned chest. 

Xiao Le walks over quietly and stands before Gao Tian. He observes his sleeping boyfriend for a few seconds.

Xiao Le thinks to himself: He…. is really very handsome… 

Xiao Le has never really examined another this guy so carefully before. But this is now his boyfriend. So there is nothing wrong in doing so, right?

Gao Tian's eyes narrows. Xiao Le's innocent and straightforward answer has made him even more excited. He really wants to bully this loveable idiot of his. For the past two weeks, he deliberately teased Xiao Le. He wanted Xiao Le to be the one who initiate their first time (although there were many times he had to control himself not to press Xiao Le down and fuck him senseless).

Xiao Le is stunned. "Isn't it… too soon?" 

"I don't feel so. Anyway, I never plan on leaving you. So eventually, you will need to move in here anyway. Why delay it?" Gao Tian tells Xiao Le confidently. 

Xiao Le thinks about it. Gao Tian sounds right. "That is true." He agrees naively. Eventually, he would move in here. "Okay then! I will move in!" He says cheerfully.

Gao Tian smirks. The loveable fool got tricked easily again. "Okay, we go grab your necessities later. I will have Xie Min arrange for the rest to be moved by a moving company."

"Oh wait!" Xiao Le remembers something. "But what about Xiao Gui? We grew up together...I can't just abandon him."

Gao Tian is a little irritated that Xiao Le is still putting others before him. But he knows this is his wife's nature. Furthermore, since it is Xiao Gui who calls him brother-in-law, he lets it slide.

"Don't worry about Xiao Gui. Xie Min will take care of him. The two of them are doing well after all." Gao Tian says. 

Xiao Le nods slowly. That is also true. "Then, alright! I will move in here with you without worries." Xiao Le turns his head and grins naively at Gao Tian. 

Gao Tian feels his heart skip a beat. He remembers the first time he met Xiao Le. It is the same feeling. Gao Tian grips his chin and leans forward to kiss Xiao Le sweetly. 

Gao Tian: This guy… is an idiot. But he is my idiot. My little idiot who brings me happiness.
