Chapter 23: Completing the mission 

Noticing that these goblins were not coming forward and his skills were not quite in the range of them, he decided to do the obvious and darted towards the goblins on his own initiative.

He could do this because it did not make a difference for him if he stayed inside his Poisonous Black Mist domain, that actually moved with him because it was bound to his mana so he could obviously transport it with him, contrary on how the goblins thought that the Poisonous Black Mist domain was bound to the place where it had first been casted.

Once again catching the goblins off-guard he directly killed a few with his Dark Thorns piercing them and others that had no chance to escape from his Shadow binding and were also dragged into the Thorns or the black mist while dying brutally. This surprise attack of him had actually directly costed the goblins around 50 losses.

"Haha alright, how do you like my play style, goblins?" he mockingly exclaimed in the goblin's direction while incessantly harvesting live after live, which made his [System points] skyrocket at an incredible fast pace and also made the killing intent he radiated becoming stronger by the second.

"Arhh!" Was the last word or rather cry uttered by the goblin before he was silenced forever to remain silent. Thiago also straightaway used his <Black hole > skill on his corpse, and this time he was not sure if he should exchange for [System Points] or [essence], because this was already the corpse of a Tier 3 of the Student realm goblin, which could give him considerable amounts of Essence, but after carefully thinking about it, he thought that it would make more sense to first get as many [System Points] as possible.

The reason behind that being that there were still a few more goblins with a higher realm, who in fact would help him more to improve his strength than devouring this corpse now. Now that he had decided he did not hesitate any longer and quickly devoured the Goblin's corpse with his < Black Hole > skill.

Promptly he received the notification of him receiving the system points after the successful devouring of the corpse.

"Haha! What damn martial arts, says the one who besieged me with hundreds of goblins." Thiago mocked the already dead goblin elder.

But inwardly he was glad that it had worked out according to how he had planned it, because if the elder hadn't been so mislead by his words before, where he had said that he would show them a great surprise, then he wouldn't have been able to take him down that easily.

He had betted on the possibility that the elder would think that he would just prepare some kind of great and ultimate technique similar to the ones he had used just now, while also slightly underestimating him, in order for his plan to work.

And see here, the plan had worked and he had easily taken down the strongest of them all and the rest would be no problem for Thiago, so now had basically already cleared the mission with only a few opponents remaining.

Then a few moments later he stood next to the already by him piled up corpses that he would be devour next. But before he could begin, he saw a notification appear on his system panel.
