Chapter 31: Checking out the new mansion  

Having reached the cave entrance, Thiago pulled out the individual formation parts out of his storage and then laid them according to the instructions which he had received additionally after having purchased the formation which guaranteed that he would be able to accurately set up and activate the formation.

Normally one would need to be have at least studied arrays and formation for a period of time to set up a Formation or illusion. Those that were proficient in the ways of formations and arrays were also called Formation and array masters.

This profession was highly sought after by many people and those big forces all held array and formation masters in high regard, which clearly showed how high of a status cultivators had who had mastered those two fields.

Luckily Thiago did a mastery of arrays and formations to set up this formation and could straight away set up the formation with the instructions he had received before.

A few minutes later he had arrived at the last step of setting up the formation, which was to infuse his mana into the core of the Formation.

Normally one would use mana crystals, which were mostly naturally formed but could also be created by strong cultivators condensing their mana into a crystal, to supply the formation with energy, but Thiago currently had no mana crystals, so he just supplied his mana into the core instead of this crystal.

The information he had received had mentioned that this method was also feasible but would not be able to keep the formation running as long as if it were supplied with the energy from the mana crystals.

The reason for that was that the formation core would first have to filter out the dark properties out of Thiago's mana in order to be able to work, owing to the fact that the formation could not run on dark mana at all.

The cause for that was that the dark mana would corrode the whole structure of this exact Hidden shadow illusion Formation and every of its formation nodes, thus making it impossible to work with it.

As he slowly poured his mana into the core, he saw that some obscure to him patterns lit up one after another on the core and the same happened to the surrounding formation plates.

After all patterns had been lit up, the whole formation shook for a moment but in a split-second calmed down again.

This had indicated the successful activation of the formation. To test if it really worked Thiago let down all his soul power's defence and marched out of the formation's enclosed area and when he turned to look to where the cave entrance used to be, he actually couldn't find it anymore and saw nothing except the plain forest in its place. "Very good, this should work for some time. We won't stay that long here anyway." Thiago muttered after witnessing the Illusions power first-hand.

Subsequently to activating his soul power's defence again, he could easily see through the illusion, but nevertheless the illusion was effective enough to confuse weaker beasts, who could potentially threat Faye while he was not present in the cave.

Being quite satisfied with the formation he fully recharged the core with mana and then sauntered back into the cave, where he saw Faye still being sleeping. "Tsk, tsk" Thiago sounded, but did not bother anymore with her and then walked back to his previous place in the deeper part of this cave.

Lying down on his spot, he decided to at last enter his inner world with his whole body instead of just using his soul sense to survey his inner world.

Consequently, he thought of entering his inner world which in a miraculous to him unknown way made him disappear on the spot and reappear in the same environment which he had previously already explored with his soul sense.

Seeing the surrounding environment with his own eyes, was naturally totally amazingly and all, but Thiago was a little flabbergasted on how the hell he could possibly be able to enter his inner world if his inner world was actually situated inside his body.'

This situation is simply a paradoxon, is it not?' Thiago thought while his head swelled a little from thinking too much about this situation, simply because it really interested him how this was able to work.

Not being able to find a solution at the moment Thiago decided to think at a later point in time about that, maybe he would have more knowledge at that time and would be able to answer his own question.

Cutting of this thought at this point, he focused his attention back to his inner world.

Although he hadn't seen it with his own eyes before, the soul sense was actually just like eyes depending on how one deployed it, so Thiago had basically already seen all of the inner world and was not that surprised anymore.

Having adapted to the emptiness around him he looked towards the central area of this place where he could already see his grandiose, majestic and luxurious Mansion standing. "Haha, back on earth I could have never imagined that one day I would own my own house let alone this ginormous mansion.

And now I am standing in front of this mansion fully belonging to myself in another world, Haha. So, in retrospect I was not wrong when I said that I would never own such a villa on Earth, because I did in fact not, only now in a different world have I achieved this, Haha." Thiago suddenly got a little melancholy and thought of his old self, while staring at the mansion standing just a few meters ahead of him.

Clearing his mind of these thoughts, Thiago marched froward and came to a halt in front of the mechanical gate that surrounded the whole property of his mansion, not that tit would be of any use here in his inner world. Just as he was wondering whether he should jump over the gate, on the metallic and heavily secured gate a camera actually appeared which scanned him from head to toe and then subsequently opened the gate for him.

"Oh, it seems that the System had already imparted my picture into the security system of this mansion, that's quite facilitating everything." Thiago uttered in realization after noticing the process of the gate being opened to him.

Thereafter he marched through the opened passage, and stepped into his new property for the first time, his eyes scanning the lush greenery that surrounded him. The entrance to the Palazzo di Amore was grand and impressive, with tall, ornate gates that opened into a sprawling courtyard.

As Thiago approached the centre of the property, he was greeted by a magnificent pool that sparkled in the illumination of light produced by the many lanterns.

The water was crystal clear, and surrounded by exotic plants and trees that added to the beauty of the place. The pool was the centrepiece of the property, and Thiago could already tell that it was going to be one of his favourite spots for when he had his human form in the future and would lay in a sunchair.

As Thiago continued to explore, he was awestruck by the opulence of his new home. Everywhere he looked, there were fine details and luxurious amenities that showcased the wealth and taste of the one who had designed this mansion.

From the marble floors to the hand-painted frescoes on the walls, everything was of the highest quality.

As Thiago roamed the grounds, he couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and awe at the property that he now called his own.

The Palazzo di Amore was truly a magnificent place, and Thiago knew that he was going to be very happy living there.
