Chapter 32: Sleeping in a bed again and Faye’s upheaval

When Thiago was sauntering through his villa, he came across many televisions and Computers, which was nothing surprising since this was an absolute luxury mansion, but it made him yearn his human form more and more in order to properly use those devices.

And just as he was about to walk away towards other parts of the room, he commanded towards the voice sensor of the TV: " Turn on" just for fun, but who could have known that the TV would actually be turned on with the Manufacturer's logo appearing on screen, which in this case was LG.

"What?! Where is the electricity even coming from to power the TV?" Thiago muttered in disbelief, but then he suddenly remembered that the gate had previously also opened on its own, moved by electricity or some other kind of energy system.

The only other feasible explanation would be that there is diesel generator in the basement of the mansion supplying everything with energy, but that is obviously unrealistic, because the System would not give him such a crappy mansion, in which there would be no energy supply, after the diesel was all used up. Not that it would matter much to him, because he could buy new one any time in the [System shop], but it would definitely be rather annoying.

Now, here comes the question on what energy this mansion is actually currently running.

Just as he was thinking about this, The System actually gave him an answer, which was something he would have never expected because the, System had never answered him previously. Well, although the System answered him, it was only in the form of a text appearing on his panel and not in a spoken from, but that was fine too.

[To answer the hosts question, the Palazzo di Amore's electric system has been completely swapped and it now runs on the basis of lightning mana crystals instead of electricity. One lightning mana crystal is enough to fully power the entire mansion for decades.]

"Oh, so that's how it works." Thiago mumbled after reading the Systems explanation on this matter.

Moving his gaze back to the TV he saw that it only showed a black screen now with a text saying no signal. "Well, that was to be expected, I guess." He said while already moving his gaze somewhere else into the room he weas currently in.

There he saw a king-sized bed, that was extremely large and would be able to fit at least 5 persons lying next to each other. Looking closer he noticed that the bed was adorned with an extremely beautiful blanket with black and blue stripes crossing each other.

Visually lured by this scene, Thiago somehow unconsciously jumped onto the bed, causing the bed frame to buckle under his weight. He did not even notice that anymore owing to the fact that he fell asleep as soon as he laid his body onto this comfortable bed.

Unbeknownst to Thiago, his body had been constantly under stress since he had suddenly found himself in this world. Now that he saw a familiar thing from his life on earth, the bed, it made his body and mind relax all of a sudden and he promptly fell asleep due to the exhaustion coming forth that has been piled up since a few days.

"Huh, what happened? Why am I lying in this bed?" Thiago yawningly spoke after just having awoken from his sleep a few hours later.

'Oh, that's how it was,' Thiago thought inwardly after the memory of him jumping into the bed and subsequently laying down suddenly appeared inside his head. 'It seems that I had been rather stressed unbeknownst to me all this time, well then it is good that I have taken this nap just now, Haha.' Thiago mused inwardly while slowly sitting up and jumping down from the bed again.

"Then let's do the thing I wanted to do from the very beginning of my inspection of the mansion, Hehe. To Jump into the amazingly large swimming pool." Thiago declared while already anticipating the touch and feel of the cool water on him. On one hand it was hiss human side that would like to jump into the water, but as tigers were known to like water extremely much, his tiger's body's instinct also urged him to jump into the pool.

Marching back to the centre of the mansion where he had previously already seen the pool, he arrived just a minute later and laid his gaze on the crystal-clear water that sparkled and shined brilliantly under the illumination of the lamps on the side of the pool.

Not hesitating much, he promptly jumped into the tempting looking water, which due to his enormous weight splashed as high as 20 meters and formed a fountain of water. "Haha, it feels so refreshing and relaxing!" Thiago exclaimed at once after coming into contact with the water that was being at a perfect temperature, not too cold, but also not too warm, it was simply being perfect. "Ahh, when was the last time I had such a refreshing bath? It was probably when I visited my grandparents when I was a child and swam in the lake next to their home on the countryside." Thiago reminisced, back to when he had so much fun swimming in that lake back then.

'Haha, how time turns, now I am taking a bath in a luxurious swimming pool located inside of an even more luxurious and expensive mansion which I could have never afforded back then, but in return I am in a completely different world in the body of a tiger, Haha. That sounds just as if some drunk author had written it in a web novel series, in view of the fact that no sane person could come up with something like that, Haha.'

Suddenly Thiago thought of that, and figured how mysterious fate and destiny truly were sometimes.

Then he cleared his mind of these various thoughts and decided to just relax for this moment, which he did right away.

If anyone were to be present inside the mansion at this point of time and laid his gaze upon the pool area, then they would see a rather funny scene where a black tiger leisurely swimming his lanes one after another inside the swimming pool.

Well unfortunately nobody was there at the moment to see Thiago swim so elegantly, not that Thiago would have liked to be watched while swimming, because he was no pervert at all.

30 minutes later, Thiago had swum enough and slowly walked the staircase out of the pool where he actually did the same thing that dogs always did when they had wet fur, he shook his whole body so that water droplets were flying away in every possible direction with him being the centre were they all had originated.

"Haha, that's really a cool feeling and also quite practical, shaking off almost all the water at once. Now I understand why dogs always had done that." Thiago laughed in amazement posterior to his first use of this method of drying his fur.

"Alright, I think I have pretty much seen the important places in this mansion, now only my human form is left until I can make use of this villa to the fullest." he muttered while already starting to leave his inner world again. Just as he had thought about leaving the inner world, he appeared outside in the cave again.

There he saw that nothing had changed since he had visited his inner world, which made him heave a sigh of relief. When he made his way towards the place where Faye usually slept, he unexpectedly saw her awake and not asleep as usual.

'Has the sun gone up from the west today, or what's going on with her, Haha.' Thiago wondered inwardly as he saw such a scene happening in front of him. It seemed as if Faye was trying to cultivate with the same posture she had copied from when she had seen Thiago practicing once, albeit he had only practiced for a very short amount of time then.

Unfortunately, she did not know, that one could not cultivate just by copying the posture of someone else, because the cultivation technique had deep influence on the inner workings of the body like the meridians and each technique used different meridians and different combinations and simply said different paths in the body.

Therefore, it was sheerly impossible to practice cultivation just by simply having the same posture as one who had a cultivation technique in use.

But Thiago did not care that she did it wrong, he only cared about her motivation to cultivate that somehow had finally appeared in her.

This made him more than happy, because even if he had given her a technique later on, if she showed no signs of wanting to cultivate, then that was of no use either.

He was just a little curious about what had changed and why she had suddenly begun showing signs of wanting to cultivate. The reason was actually, that Faye, although she could not speak yet, was not unintelligent, so she had also subtly felt Thiago's gaze whenever she had been lying on the floor and how he wasn't happy with that.

After several times she had also guessed the reason and owing to the fact that she did not want him to abandon her, she had tried to copy Thiago's cultivation posture in order to start cultivating by herself.

Although Thiago did not know this exact reason at the moment, it did not matter for him. Just as he was about to walk back to his place in the cave, to open the [System Shop], he remembered the great ability he had gotten just a short time ago and which he had already tested on his way back to the cave, the "Eyes of Eternal Truth".

He promptly decided to use this ability on Faye, because there might be some unexpected information that could help him choose technique better fitting for her.

Seeing that Faye was not disturbed by him, he silently activated his "Eyes of Eternal Truth" by thinking of the name inside of his mind. His eyes once again took on the pale golden colour as before and some small illusory patterns and sigils appeared on parts of his eyes.

Now moving his gaze onto Faye, he immediately was shown information about her on a panel appearing inside his mind.

This panel was different form the Systems panel because it had Defacto nothing to do with the system, it was just the "Eyes of Eternal Truth's" ability's manifestation of the display of information and could be displayed in many different forms depending on the user.

It just had taken on the form of a panel since the first use by him because Thiago was the most familiar with that form of information display.
