Meanwhile, the Patriarch that had rushed forward to attack was pushed away by an invisible force, his body shot backward at a fast speed, which crushed the nearby buildings and got embedded in the Spring Mountain.

The mountain that was used for sect meetings and places where their ancestor resided were crumbled due to the huge collision, shocking the entire sect. Even the pinned-down disciples and elders widened their eyes and sucked in a cold breath.

The rocks from the destroyed mountain were flying everywhere, some of them destroyed other important sect buildings in the Upper Area while some of the rocks turned a few of the disciples in the Lower Area into minced meat.

"Noo! Run!" The screams could be heard from everywhere, people were running for their lives, avoiding the big stones that fell from the sky; some of them could be seen crying or just giving up and accepting their death.

Blood and human organs were scattered everywhere, the majestic Thousand Illusionary sect had turned into a merciless battlefield in just a few minutes. Pills and herbs from the Pill Room were scattered, becoming useless while the books containing the Thousand Illusionary Library techniques were ripped apart.

In this particular cold midnight, a disaster befell on one of the large sects in Xi Ning Province. The people who were severely injured and pinned on the ground could only helplessly watch this situation while biting their tongues. They looked at Xia Wei with a mixture of fear and hatred.

"Gah!" After a few moments passed, a dry and weak cough could be heard coming from the Spring Mountain debris, where the Patriarch was buried under the rocks. Within a few seconds of waiting, the debris slowly moved to the side revealing an injured figure of a middle-aged man emerging out.

He then kneeled on the ground with his long hair messed up and clothes barely covering his bottom and he kept coughing blood. He was the bravest and mightiest Patriarch of their sect but had now turned into a weak middle-aged man whose Qi was unstable and unable to circulate between meridians.

While the crowd was in a state of shock looking at their Patriarch, a young man slowly walked towards him, with each of his steps ringing in the entire tranquil sect.

"Block him! Don't let him come closer !" the elders shouted from the top of their lungs at the outer disciples who were still confused. However soon, those disciples understood the situation and ran immediately to protect their Patriarch.

"Don't do anything stupid or you will become like him, " a figure suddenly emerged from behind Xia Wei, speaking to those outer disciples who were looking at Xia Wei dumbfoundedly.

A weak-looking old man with a height of over 180cm, wearing a long majestic-looking dark robe, with a white dragon embedded on the front of Hanfu stood behind Xia Wei and looked at the remaining people with a threatening glare.

"Who is that?" One of the disciples mumbled among his friends. All of the disciples, including those pinned down and still heavily injured, were confused by the sudden appearance of this old man.

It was normal for them to not understand as their cultivation had not even reached the Core Formation realm, only the elders who were at the Nascent Soul cultivation realised the power of the old man, they all sucked in a cold breath while looking at this old man.

"An- An Expert! A mighty expert!" one of the elders screamed in fear and wariness, he ended up coughing a few more mouthfuls of blood before fainting with the expression of regret.

"So he truly comes from the Upper World! We've offended the wrong person, hahaha!" another elder who was still pinned down on the ground laughed crazily and then fainted on the spot.

This strange phenomenon caused the disciples to become even more confused and their gaze focused on the rest of the elders and the weak-looking old man with a hint of curiosity and slight fear.

"Sigh, I've lived long enough but this is the first time I saw an expert in the Void Amalgamation realm," one of the elders sighed and blood started coming out from his ears. His eyes looked like a dead fish as he gazed at the kneeling Patriarch with mixed emotions.

While talking, one by one the elders and the disciples were popping pills into their mouths, slowly recovering their Qi and healing their bodies.

However, the minds of those disciples could not calm down upon hearing their elder's words. Those that had deep hatred for Xia Wei and were looking for an opportunity for revenge were now cowering in fear.

The world's strongest existence in this lower realm was a Void Amalgamation cultivator!

Even in thousand years, there was no sign or record of them appearing in the lower realm, which means if one appeared they could dominate the entire lower realm!

….

Meanwhile among the outer disciples, Qian Ya was one of them and froze upon seeing the situation. The young master that she thought was poisoned by their wine and should be dead by now was casually strolling on the way.

In addition, looking at this situation, this young master really did come from the Upper World. She did not know what happened to her young lady but she was sure she and her young lady were the cause of this sect's destruction.

Her small and delicate hands were trembling, her lips turned pale and her heartbeat started pumping vigorously. Nodding her head like the other outer disciples, she tried to sneak her way out of the sect but was startled upon seeing Xia Wei's stare fixed on her.

"Should I kill her, young master?" Meanwhile, Xia Ping or Old Ping asked while locking his gaze on Qian Ya, with eyes full of killing intent. If not for his young master's breakthrough, and his sudden command to stay closer to him, the worst scenario that he couldn't even imagine would have happened.

Therefore, knowing Qian Ya and Miss Bai were the root of the problem, he did not hesitate to destroy and flatten this sect back to the ground! A mortal dared to plot and even have the intention to kill his young master!

"No. Keep her alive and pull out her memories as evidence. I want to clear my name and also I need to find a place for my breakthrough," Xia Wei stopped his steps and glanced at his guardian, Old Ping with a faint smile. His words caused the Old Ping to freeze a moment and look at him with disbelief.

"B-breakthrough?!" as expected, Old ping nearly shouted with joy and worry. He looked at his young master and wanted to say something, but was a bit hesitant, fearing his words may offend him.

Meanwhile, instead of focusing on Xia Wei's breakthrough matters, the disciples and elders were following the line of sight of Xia Wei's guardian and found Qian Ya, standing on the spot, trembling with her head lowered.
