Chapter 14: Chapter 14: Master Powerhouse.

The journey to Itrisa city is going smoothly, maybe because there are a lot of people going to Itrisa city and the people that go earlier have subjugated most of the monsters and bandits. Of course sometimes there are monsters that come out to attack the Flaming Tiger party, right now the duo Ryan and Everly already get used to their power.

"Flame sword." Ryan swords cover with flame and slash the giant lizard, the lizard roars in pain.

"Twin arrow." The arrow release from the bow has aura on it that means the power and the speed of the arrow have been improving. The arrow hit the lizard one on the eyes and the other on his head.

"Ice spear." The ice spear flies toward the slash damage that Ryan has made before and it pierce straight to the other side of the Giant lizard and it finally stops moving the giant lizard according to the size and power of a rank 4 monster.

"Fuu, finally I am tired."

"You are right, I almost ran out of arrows."

"Shall we start cleaning the monster here, or I can store it inside a space pouch?"

"Senior I think we better clean the monster here and make camp." Both Everly and Sylas agreed and started dividing the job.

After cleaning the giant lizard, Sylas began to prepare to cook. He decided to make stew with the lizard meat. He cooked a little bit of the lizard meat and the taste was like beef. The beef stew or we call it Giant lizard stew starts to smell good after 2 hours, Sylas starts to put vegetables that look like potatoes and carrots inside. Ryan and Everly keep staring at the pot and swallow their saliva.

"Time to eat."

"Yaaa. Time to eat." Both Ryan and Everly line up in front of the pot and already prepare their bowl and spoon to eat. The reason Sylas is cooking is because both Ryan and Everly don't know how to cook, normally they just eat dry food or just cook meat on top of fire with salt. At first Sylas just quietly ate it but after a few days he got tired eating it. Since then if they have time Sylas will cook for them. Looking at them reminds Sylas of his own sibling.

Sylas already sends a message to Levi and Luna in Playphis Town, to come to Itrisa city because he needs their help if he wants to survive from the monster tide. The reason Sylas doesn't go by caravan and just walk there is because he wants to practice with the Flaming Tiger Party, their new strategy.

Verwood Town at this time Flaming Tiger Party decided to rest and restock supply. The town is full of adventurers and mercenaries. They both are not much different from each other, they just want money to survive but both sides think they are better than the other, because of that there is always conflict between the two guilds.

"Your adventurer is always chasing a dream, growing up and becoming a man."

"What do you mean by chasing a dream, your mercenaries only think about money and what do you mean become a man you are a woman."

"That is not the point, you need to think realistically, not live in your dream and what do you mean we only think about money. You guys also like money."

"Senior, they are so energetic." Ryan says.

"Leave them alone."

Everly agreed and left with Ryan and Sylas.

"You 2, why are you hanging out with mercenaries, don't you know, they like to kill humans?"

The Flaming Tiger Party stops and looks at the duo that the adventurer points out. The duo is a pair of men and women and have brown hair. Sylas recognizes them as siblings Levi and Luna.

"What do you mean we like to kill people? They are our clients."

Suddenly a terrifying aura comes out from one of the mercenaries, the aura is vast like an ocean, all the adventurer feels suffocated and almost can't stand. The mercenaries don't feel anything, instead they feel happy and proud because their leader has come out.

"My name is Ruby Master Barbarian mercenaries, apologize now or I shall kill you all." Ruby has an athletic body, brown hair tied in a ponytail and holding a greataxe.

All adventurers just stay quiet, although they are facing a Master they are not afraid because they know she will not kill them especially when they are in town.

"My apologies for disturbing you, can you stop?" Sylas walk toward Ruby,

Sylas don't say anything but mana more terrifying than Ruby aura appeared, vast like an ocean and more powerful. All the adventurers and mercenaries feel like they are going to die at any moment.

Ruby quickly takes back the aura inside her body and begins sweating.

"You apologize to the mercenaries."

"Yes senior, I am sorry, please forgive me, for calling you to kill a human."

"I forgive you." Ruby quickly looks at Sylas if he is satisfied.

Sylas nodded, all adventurers and mercenaries feel like the weight has been lifted.

"Thank you, for taking care of my disciple."

Ruby looks confused, after that he remembers one of her clients that joined together to go to Itrisa city.

"Teacher." Both Levi and Luna come running toward Sylas.

"We shall talk after this; Ms. Ruby let's have a talk."

Ruby looked relieved.

"Ryan, Everly lets go."

Both Ryan and Everly have turned frozen like statues because they thought Sylas is an adept mage and it turns out he is a master rank mage.

"senior, you are Master mage?"

"Yes I am, let's go."

Viywood Town restaurant, the sibling explains how there are together with the mercenaries, how Ms. Ruby have help them and what is their relationship with Mr. Sylas. Ryan and Everly look surprise because they thought that Mr. Sylas are just an adept mage but its turn out he is Master mage and alchemist. They both know, to become an alchemist the investment is expensive, he also has 2 student alchemist.

"Now we clear the misunderstanding, let's work together in Itrisa city."

"I agreed but I have another job to do before I go to Itrisa city. At first I want to accompany the sibling to Itrisa city, since the sibling teacher is here it's better if the sibling goes with you."

"Alright, let's see it again in Itrisa city."

Ruby and the mercenaries left the restaurant.

"Let's make preparations before we leave the city.
