Born as a villain older brother

A fatal accident happened in one of secret sectors in the underground building completely levelling the entire underground base. beneath the rubble young man was lying bloody as his hand and half body crushed by tons of rubble. he was losing his vison and senses.
"I wonder if this what a family bond feels like. thank you for everything doctor."
with not a change of expression tears were flowing in his final breaths.
"I wish I had another chance at life. A fair chance"
He thought he died. yet he was breathing after his eyes opened again. slowly waking up to find himself in world completely different world. A world of impossibility and magic
