The Incoming Fall Of The Myriad Beasts Division

Cloud Gates Region, Southern Heaven City. South of New Earth, inside the main building of the Yun Clan territory.

Yun Fei'er could be seen hurrying along the extravagant corridors of the immense main building she was in; she just finished sending off another guest that came from her nephew, and was now hurrying to her utmost faked tranquility towards a certain part of the building. Specifically, a room; and from her looks, it was easy to tell that she was utterly anxious, panicky and even had a frigid, solidified forced smile on her lips as she moved on. Her footsteps were quick, but too heavy and messy as well.

STEP-stepstep, step, step, step, stepstepstep-STEPSTEP!

'Father, mother, ah...' Continuing stepping forwards, Yun Fei'er didn't stopped for a single instant as her countenance became darker and darker the more she proceeded to get closer to her destination; as there were much less people around and her face could slowly turn to the nature that she was currently in. As for her husband? Probably on their bed, in a fetal pose and thinking of the risky future, indeed.

STEPSTEPSTEP...

Creak~~...

It wasn't that long before Yun Fei'er found the room she was so adamantly and hurriedly looking for, it was in quite the remote location, even when this building was at all times guarded perfectly and beyond expertly and even as every single room was more extravagant than even the richest mansions of all of the populated lands by the human civilization on New Earth. However, this door was just of a wooden grey color, and small. Compared to just the wall, it was ugly and minimalist; but it was even worse inside, it could not even compare to an ordinary housing, let alone an actual room. This was the place where the current Yun Clan's Clan Head grandfather was living, along with her wife of course; never did they ever come out since the 'small' accident almost 11 years ago.

And, as of right now, this was the first time that she ever went on her way to look for them. These were her own parents, as Yun Xiao's parents died long ago already, they were also the only grandparents that both Yun Yun and Yun Beishang have ever had and could have only seen before and in the future, if nothings goes 'wrong'; that is.

The door to the below-regular of the ordinary of even the simplest of citizens of a room opened, and a little but beautiful woman's head peeked in to look at the darkest room of the entire building.

"Mom? Dad~." Calling out in her sweetest, but also undeniably creepiest of voices as she has had not used such a tone for almost more than 110 years, Yun Fei'er took some time to call out before realizing that there was no one responding at all. Her senses also told her that she wouldn't get any response, so she came in completely into the dark as hell of a room. Taking a few steps forwards, her mind flashed with numerous possibilities, slight fear but more than anything, anxiousness; was completely evident on her expressions as she furrowed her brows slightly and as her mouth opened up involuntarily, taking deeper breaths in.

As if realizing of something, she took a few steps back in a quick succession to which she then looked for the switch of the lights to turn them on. As this was one of the 'punishments' implemented after her parents threw a tantrum when Yun Beishang was seemingly killed, it had even things that only those people of the Ancient Earth could have, switches to turn on and off the light as the only means to light or turn them off.

Switch.

With her right hand hugging the wall to her back and at the right side of the entrance, she finally found the damned, useless and fucking impractical thing; the room lit up fully but not efficiently in an instant as she saw a bunk bed whose height reached less than a meter yet it still had somehow managed to hold two mattresses as they were both thin but had each a couple of slightly thick sheets. Even then, the ratio between the mattress below and the one above was diminute, they probably only slept in the same one that was the one below since they could fall off if they slept on the one above as it had no railing whatsoever to avoid accidents.

"Dad?" This time, only one word came out of her mouth, her face became much more somber as the slight apparent fear on her face became instead a little bit more true. She held both her hands in front of her shapely but modest breasts but her thoughts right now were that of 'gone; forlorn. Abandonment.

With her right hand holding her left wrist in front of her chest, she approached the bunk bed, she obviously saw no one and her parents' bodies weren't thin even though they've even seemingly stopped eating long ago. Even then, she reached out to the thick sheets and removed them, oh so slowly; as her left hand trembled and her legs flailed.

Rustle... rustle! Rustle! Rustle!

"AAAAAAAAAAH!" Her screeching suddenly sounded out powerfully even on the surrounding rooms, as the walls of the room she was in cracked furiously, and enormously. Even then, it wasn't as if the building would've falter from her incredible strength. That was not possible even if she wanted to, after all, this place has many years of history and hence; many improvements.

'Where are they? Where they... how could they leave, how could they just leave? No, it must not be.' Yun Fei'er began hyperventilating, her chest rose and fell rapidly an unimaginable amount of times when suddenly, the steps of someone coming in sweetly to deliver something which had a great aroma resounded.

'What?! How much time, d-d-did I lose from just now? Ah, t-this-' Yun Fei'er's thoughts were now erratic, surprise and terrible shock filled her entire being as she realized that she lost herself there, not realizing how much time passed since she delivered that sudden screech. She did so, because there was no one here. It was fine if they were hiding, it was only normal for someone even as powerful as her to not notice a person 'hiding' peacefully while in sleep. But the room was too small, the only place that could be their hiding spot was their small bunk bed, because besides that; there were only a couple of chairs that were on different extremes of the room and a piece of furniture that was even smaller than the bed bunk and only slightly wider.

But she found none of them, not even the slightest of their image. On the other hand, not only their sheets but even their clothes were all there, where could they have gone now?

But then, her thoughts were abruptly stopped, and as she heard the steps already reach the doorstep with only a slight amazement to see the door already opened and even the lights on, the person outside still continued her steps into the room. That was when both women saw each other at last.

"Ah, a-a-auntie? Wha-" Before the girl could respond, Yun Fei'er's eyes flashed powerfully. She thought of why would she suddenly appear here, all sweet and filial to the room of Yun Fei'er's parents with a tray filled with delicious food that was perhaps the girl's very own food. Taking several steps forwards, the sight of her auntie coming straight for her allowed the girl not to realized of the immense cracks at the sides on the walls as the tray on her hands was taken by her auntie's right hand and her wrists were then also similarly taken by her auntie's left hand.

Yun Fei'er suddenly, and strangely, turned sweet out of nowhere as her voice went down quite a few volumes with her eyes also going calmer and calmer. "Little Xue?"

Yun Fei'er's head tilted to her right while her voice questioned in a peaceful tone towards the young woman in front of herself. She was of a pale blonde hair, pitch-black eyes and an exceedingly, graceful face and looked to be basically 20 years old. Even though her body was 'just' modest at best, she exuded femininity and charms of a beautiful woman like no other could, and passively at that. As it could be simply and easily understood that she was just a young woman that was just like the girl next door; she was also very amicable and only the most putrid of beings would harbor ill intentions towards her.

"What are you doing here? Aiyo, were you coming to..." Yun Fei'er slowly engaged her little niece into a nice chat, and as for the young woman who just entered and slowly realized that her beloved grandaunt and granduncle were no longer there; she was Yun Fuxue, Yun Yun and Yun Beishang's cousin and also one of the only people who would ever have contact with them before. As for her story, she was alright and no person ever dared or even though of taking her for their own; be it either entertainment or as a family, for her parents were pretty much dead. Lost in an operation almost 2 decades ago, a story of her past simply.

"Auntie this... why-w-what happened to my grand-" But before Yun Fuxue could speak more than just a few words, Yun Fei'er stopped her by slowly moving towards the door, obviously intending to go outside. In the same manner, however, her eyes flashed and her thoughts worked hotter than a train's motor. She said, in the same sweetest of voices as before, "Oh, Fuxue, how have you been? Hm?"

"I've been good, auntie..."

"Very good. Oh! Actually, I have just a simple matter to be taken care of, interested? I would like for you to make a single visit outside the clan. Oh, and don't worry, it's not right now. Some time later will be when I need you, how about that?"

"Mn, okay auntie. I think I can do that."

"Oh, how are you always the sweetest, hm, Little Xue? Ah, talking about another matter... you see my parents are not present here anymore right? Well, tell me, could it be that you were bringing them food all the time...?"

As they stepped out of the room, Yun Fei'er gave the grown up Yun Fuxue quite the motherly looks filled with signals, allowing Yun Fuxue to feel like a type of acknowledgement and to feel respect from the Clan Head of the Yuns; this invaded her little heart warmly enough as she slowly opened up to her auntie and further on they started talking of that 'visit' for the 'later on' from now.

Rising Essence. Carmesí Vermilion Bird Sub-Division, inside its Main city.

"GOOOO! Take those guards out, there's only a few more of them!"

"HELL YEAH!! Where are my Little Phoenix Maiden fan club brethren?!"

"HERE WE ARE!"

"EAT SHIT, CORRUPT NPC ASSES! And where the fucking hell are my Angelic Zyv fan club brethren?!"

"HERE WE ARE!!"

CLINK CLINK-clank! Clank, clank, clank!

Bvreee-Vwlsht! Bvreee-Vwlsht~, bvreee-Vwlsht!

"Bwahahaha!"

"HAHAHAHA"

Chortles and uproarious laughter resounded amidst the still ongoing battle that had started more than 24 hours ago; initiated by the Angelic Zyv fan club, followed by the addition of the Little Phoenix Maiden fan club. As for why there were hundreds of thousands of players, playing to overrule the utmost center of the Main City of their 'beloved' Sub-Division? Oh, well, that one is simple to explain. Zyv was the first one to show up; on her fan club as she mentioned the ugliness of the Azure Dragon Sub-Division from when she visited it, and how the NPC armies of the rest of the Sub-Divisions from the same Division joined to be just as despicable and how they looked at her with weird eyes, her fan club went insane.

It was to the point where those outside the Carmesí Vermilion Bird Sub-Division hired many players from the forums and paid them off via the Marketing Area to fight for their Matron. It was to the point when, Little Phoenix Maid herself also made her comment of these acts and how she did not even felt shocked by the very-well-deserved-death of the very same 'City Lord' and was instead glad. It was then that people finally got the answer on to why Zyv suddenly decided to join not only just an Association, but to that of the man she has had been seen before; 'The Order'!

As it was more than obvious and clear that Tongqiu had finally made a comeback and not just the kind of 'single' handedly as before, creating his own Association; and as there were the very lots of players that either payed extreme importance to the Leaderboards or simply acted as wards to check on them for any news, this change was shocking but also disdainful at the same time.

If such a influential individual was to create, to found, an Association; then why found the one that has less member positions of them all? Didn't he knew that a League could only hold so many damned less amount of people? Even those that were already at the 3rd level of a League, those real big players, were already dispirited and disappointed while some even threatened the devs to dissolve it and to bring their friends to force the rest of Associations to dissolve as well. That was, of course, with the exception of such Leagues like the Black Lotus League and the Eviscerate League.

And even then, even if the League Association branch had a hidden, mysterious power up that was as novel-like as it could get, why didn't he accept anyone? Anyone at all?! Of course there were people flooding in to join him, but even as so many weeks went by, no one saw the numbers raise higher than 50!

Thanks to this, Tongqiu was taken as a laughing joke and thought him to be 'sponsored' and converted into a rich person or even that of a Founding Clan's person as their newest little pet. If Leagues were already detrimental and a target for bullying before, then Tongqiu made it an even worst of a choice for anyone deciding to build their own little family, or company for that matter.

"Bah, my brethren! Do not fret! Tongqiu may be capable of fooling our Angelic Zyv, but we're not doing this for him. We are doing this for our Angelic Zyv and Little Phoenix Maiden! For a gaming world where our goddesses can feel safer!" Lifting his left fist that was just then placed on his left chest, at his heart; a player that was in the middle of tanking the miserable, desperate attacks of countless guards from what few remained, shouted to the sky as he heard the murmuring of 'his' kind falter at their religion.

"FOR A GAMING WORLD WHERE OUR GODDESSES CAN FEEL SAFER!!" The rest of the players followed suit, and their imaginary buff of All Stats+200% aided them morally in the taking of the short building of a fortress of the utmost center of the Main City. The city lord's family had already either died or evacuated, as it did with the lots others of NPC civilians.

Right now, the only danger of the overruling of this place, was simply the troops of the NPC Sub-Divisional army. They were sure that, if their goddesses helped them up, this would be an easy feat. But they would never reduced themselves to such a point. They would rather accomplish this mission for their goddesses themselves!

At first, there was a war to the taking of civilians, just like it happened that day on the Azure Dragon City. But then, as the guards felt the overwhelming and increasingly danger of the situation, the rest of the also greedy and power lusting officials of the Main City changed their roles to that of defense rather than to the offensive or even trying to take the initiative. They were waiting for their troops in the shadowy-like portals to arrive and reinforce them from the back; while also waiting for the response of the other -the rest of the- two Sub-Divisions of the Myriad Beasts Division of the Bright Sunset Region. But alas, there was no longer a city lord, and only the royal clan could appoint one.

Alas, there was also not a single message nor 'announcement' coming from the Royal family of the Bright Sunset Region. Right now, they were just waiting their biggest fear, the fact of what it became to have so many players inundate their troops and guards; the inevitable. Not even the royals where confident any more in taking the duty of defending their own territory, let alone themselves. Half of the Myriad Beast Division, would finally be gone off Main Kingdom.

Right now, the troops rivers of troops going through all of the streets and plazas of the City where continuously moving and marching to different positions and locations. Buildings were affected, the corners of their foundations were cruelly gashed deeply and extensively as well while their walls were either set ablaze or had become a sorry sight to behold. Deserted of NPC civilians, only players reviving and troops and guards forever dying were the only thing happening right now. At some point, some players tried to take upon their shoulders, the weight and task to save the City. Only to find themselves running away unrestrainedly at the sight of crazed members of two of the most reputed fan clubs of the game.

Meanwhile, amidst the ranks of fan clubs members that joined one another to fight the same enemy, the player who shouted off first to clear the minds of 'his' kind, thought to himself with his left fist pressed even harder against his chest. 'Leader, I've done my best. Only a few more hours and the city will be yours.'

The streets were deplored from the previous battlefields, especially as Elementalists came into the fight, while Witches and Dark Mages took the frontlines whenever their cd's and resources went all up to quickly fend off some NPCs. Tanks would always remain unmoved even after death, some of them had a skill that allowed their bodies to act like a puppet AI and to keep on defending the frontline, giving their comrades more time to react, rest and recuperate. It was hellish, and, the best part of it? It wasn't exclusive to just this Sub-Division from the Myriad Beasts Division of the Bright Sunset Region.
