Myriad Beasts Division, southern gates of the Divisional City.
It was an enormous difference when one compared a Sub-Division from a Division itself, its terrain was many times more vast, even though a Sub-Division itself was already about that of larger than a Region of New Earth. Or at least from one that is populated by the human race; a Division also had an obviously much stronger quantity and quality in terms of mobs and all sorts of items around.
Now, if one Sub-Division was so large, then a Division was only more than ten times larger than it. It could only be seen of how much did he and many other players took their time to reach the Myriad Beasts Divisional City, as it took even a month for him to reach there. As for his people, they were having a blast inside his White Space, or about to enter it, using him as a taxi with the right heart.
The walls of the Divisional City weren't taller like crazy when compared with the ones of the Sub-Divisional Cities, nor were they thicker or the like, but they indeed had a ton more of better graded items used to construct them. Something that Yun Beishang needed to not even use his own Sub-Class tools from several different his Mining and Builder Sub-Classes to differentiate so easily.
It did looked much more luxurious though, and the brightness coming from the walls was already so authentic and resplendent, let alone the southern gates of the walls. As of right now, Yun Beishang was right before them and had his casual equipment but with his Eccentric Wolf Mask on, for he wasn't hiding himself at all.
"S-s-s-s-s-s-sir! Please! Come this way! Respected, venerable, young noble and magnanimous sir!" At this time, as Yun Beishang was admiring with his naked eye the sights of the walls and the gates themselves, a not at all young but middle-aged man shouted out toward him with an almost high pitched and screeching tone.
Lowering his chin, Yun Beishang's eyes caught the sight of a guard standing a few meters away from his previous position trembling and shaking as he sweat lots and lots thorough all behind the shiny and stylish armor of his. It wasn't that heavy, but looked expensive and good to look at, with some pristine navy blue glow coming off from it as the sunlight hit on it.
"Ho?" Making a simple gesture with his lips, Yun Beishang almost made the middle-aged man faint and then die, he stepped forth once and the middle-aged man almost felt his entire world crumbling apart. But after gulping very harshly down once and shaking his chest, the guard could barely get some encouragement out of nowhere, as if he had found his long lost strength and then said out loud toward the demon.
"Esteemed Tongqiu, I have received o-o-or-or-or-orders, please allow me to grant you the opportunity to guide you to the portal!" Feeling like he was too rushed, but then fearful and that he was not quick enough, the guard was getting really anxious for no reason when Yun Beishang also spoke out once again.
"Are you hurrying me? So fast? What if I wanted to do something," Yun Beishang ambiguously said, the moment the words 'do something' came out from his mouth, the rest of the guards around the gate stiffened their bodies and were about to pray for the last of their lives, when Yun Beishang's following words put them at ease. "Like buying, selling, sighting..."
"Oh, that's right. Do you guys have many princesses in the 'Royal' family? Wanna meet them!" But his words then right after were even worse than they thought, which prompted them to open their eyes wide and then unnaturally relaxing them before blurting out anxiously nonstop one after the other.
"Buoh! Wait a moment, please, young noble!"
"Pleas-pl-pl-pl-please don't, esteemed hero!"
"Cou-c-co-c-could you be joking? Ah, venerated Tongqiu, please."
"Heng~!" Yun Beishang became immensely disdainful, and he showed it in his tone as he saw his reactions. He crossed his arms and made a dramatic pause of 2 seconds before casually barking out, "Forget it. I don't even want to meet the dog of your so-called 'King' of the Myriad Beasts Division, quickly do your thing, just bring me to the portal."
'...It is not that we didn't wanted to, we did! Everyone does! Get out of my home as soon as possible, you fiend!' Thought 'kindly' one of the nearby guards as he tilted his head simulating to 'understand' and also apologetically, as he then took out a few keys all put together in the same key ring and passed them to Yun Beishang before once again putting his hands into a bag that was similar to his own space bag.
"Here, Venerable Tongqiu. These are gifts es-e-especially prepared for the Royal King of the Myriad Beasts Division," as he said that, some pride could really not be concealed as he uttered them with his own chin high. Towards this, Yun Beishang carelessly and indifferently glanced at the guard that then took out a few well decorated with them even having a few tiny gems here and there on the small chests.
[A king's gift]: Type: Chest, Grade: King's, Properties: One is required to open this chest along with its key, which is also needed to be granted by a king's orders to their respective new owner. This chest includes several King's grade items, quite a few Resplendent graded items and tons of Luxurious graded items; besides some incredibly lots of lesser graded items.
Though it did not specify, as long as it had several King's grade items, it was already worth it. Now, since it also had items of any lower grade, it was even more incredibly useful as Yun Beishang would need these to grow his walls into the perfect, impenetrable city he's been working so hard for every day since some 'little' time ago. Of course, he wouldn't just use them right away, and would wait to 'grow' and 'cultivate' them along with his Minimal Growing Elixir and Basic-Universal Fertilizer Panacea instead.
Besides that already being incredible enough, the fact that there were about 12 of such chests made it even more amazingly relaxing and soothing for the playful Yun Beishang who wanted to cause more chaos with his words. However, the guard didn't look pained, and though he knew that in the inside, the guard was feeling like dying already; he really wanted to demand for more.
But when such a thought emerged from his head, another one took charge as it was the image of Natalia and her pouty face when seeing him bully people for no reason whatsoever... not too much of a reason anymore; that is. And then, that image turned blurry as the clothes were seemingly lost, then it was all but a naked Natalia inside his head and...
"Ahem! Okay, alright. I'll accept them. Now, just bring me there, no time needed to be wasted." With a no longer dragging out voice, Yun Beishang spoke as he immediately opened all the chests and took the items into his White Space to the oblivious guards who thought he had stored them inside his Master's Bag.
"Mn...mn! Follow me, sir, I will lead you to the portal." Right after saying that, another guard from among the group stepped forward and declared out loud valiantly. As for his comrades around, they all looked at him, feeling as if they've just witnessed the sacrifice of their sworn brother, brother in arms, brother of holes even.
Step, step. Step, step, step...
The guard and demon-no, Yun Beishang stepped away directly after once the things that shouldn't have happened didn't happened. Each time that Yun Beishang took 2 steps forward, the 1.9 meters tall guard leading him into the city through the tall as hell Divisional City southern gates would take 3. Sometimes, Yun Beishang was even close to being bumped onto by the 'slow' guard.
. . .
Myriad Beasts Division, Main City, at the northern central area of the city.
Yun Beishang was shown the great Main City of the Myriad Beasts Divisions, the first and only Divisional City of a Region that he has ever visited as of yet. Though the walking was slow at first, the guard could no nothing but comply to his questions and inquiring matters, especially those that concerned the Royal family, be it the way they 'worked' and how their history was.
Reluctant at first, once he was given a single glance from the demonic Yun Beishang, the guard shut the just words and spoke out like a singing lovebird. Then, the tall guard brought Yun Beishang to buy quite a lot of stuff, but from which only 1 of each was taken. For an example, Yun Beishang bought 1 Perfect Red Potion, 1 Wise Blue Potion, 1 Perfect Antidote potion, 1 Paralysis Potion, 1 Perfect Healing Potion and so on.
More than obviously, Yun Beishang was planning to study them, not for the sole sake of creating 'new' things that may or may not help, but also due to the desire of knowledge. After all, though he has done 'basic' potions of higher and higher grades before, which were nothing like those from the Forge and Create Sub-Class branch.
If he could understand the basic crap that all players bled for and cried for to amass and use at raids, levelling and pvping; then it would make a bit more of sense to him when he created the extremely rare, weird and difficult potions later on. There was still some little bit before he got the King's level at his other Sub-Classes, but there was no rush, and he was never lazying around any of them. He even wrote a novel for his children, it was cute.
Later on, he even bought a few Powerful, and very bad-awful at that, weapons and equipment as well as some Valuable Accessories since Common and Useless were the same as decorations. Oh, he also bought many dolls and stuffed toys among other children's toys, about hundreds of them, to be exact.

In any case, when the random buying time was over, Yun Beishang and the guard arrived at a special cathedral-like building that had a length of about 150 meters and less than half of that amount in width. They've been traveling in different forms, sometimes walking and some other times on a carriage. And since this was a magical world, they were of course speedy and not bumpy at all.
When Yun Beishang descended the carriage, there were many people in long robes, looking like dresses more than anything from how silky, smooth and fabulous they looked; both male and female. Most of them were older than 40 and also had either extremely shot haircuts or were bald, for both genres.
When he stepped on the streets before the cathedral-like building, dozens of people with those characteristics were already around the carriage, as they then immediately knelt and prostrated themselves before Yun Beishang who wore the already known Eccentric Wolf Mask. And if that wasn't enough, at the cathedral-like building's gates, a few more dozens of such came out and waited for him at the door...
Yun Beishang: "..."
. . .
Step, step, step, step.
Once having entered the cathedral-like building and having gone through the cringy customs, Yun Beishang spent 2 minutes walking at an ordinary person's speed as he barely listened to a few monk-like people talk to him about the place. When they finished walking, Yun Beishang found himself in a small room where a stairs that led downward with width enough for only 1 person to go through at the same time.
After not even nodding at the people that brought him here with such hospitality, the most gracious and benevolent Yun Beishang quickly descended the stairs as the stifled smiles on the faces of those people behind him finally relaxed as their sweat finally went cold and as they could feel themselves able to breathe once again.
Step, step, step, step, step, step.
Quite a long time after from going down the stairs, Yun Beishang came to step onto a floor that was extremely well polished and quite flat, with not a single crack nor bump on the ground. Naturally, this place has to had been built rather recently, and just as he set his feet on such floor, he began walking towards a certain, unique direction without even hesitating a bit.
The floor, walls and even torches around as well as the ceiling; were all of the same crimson, obscure and somewhat orange-ish color as even the flames of some torches were unnaturally dim yet their flames were dancing wildly and strongly at the same time.
Step, step... creak~ step.
At some point, Yun Beishang found a single door obstructing his way, this one had an ugly dark, wasted color and was of about 4 meters tall while only 1.5 meters wide. With a light push, Yun Beishang opened it and went through it, allowing his Eccentric Wolf Mask to be basked in a magical, electrifying blue as soon as he did.
Swishswishswish, crack. Swish!
As the not really that loud of a sound coming from magic and energy fluctuating, and whatnot if by actually working together, came into his ears; Yun Beishang saw a smallish gate that was denominational to that of teleporting devices. Unlike the single door or the color from the walls and everything else, the 'gate' was of a darkish purple color.
The gate itself consisted of two 'legs' that were like those of a spider, but robotic and which looked to be made of well refined and polished marble that it almost looked like perfectly spotless and durable clay instead. They were positioned in an inverted 'V' shape, and were also positioned in front of what seemed to be the core of the teleportation device.
At the 'core' of it, was a small cylindrical-like mass of energy which was literally the support of both 'legs' and that was being fueled by something, and whatever that was, it came from below as it was being transmitted from somewhere else.
The entire room's space was hella big, possibly about 500 meters large and wide and about 200 meters tall. While the legs themselves were of 'only' about 70 meters long but appeared to be 30-40 meters long from how they were positioned. After glancing a tiny bit at all of this, Yun Beishang then looked to his right.
He was merely 3 meters in front of the single door, and after moving his head, his body followed the direction in which he turned to look at, quickly arriving at a blatant and unnatural square drawn on the ground of about 3 meters for each side. As Yun Beishang tilted his head and looked at the square before tapping it lightly with his foot, which he encompassed lightly as well of his Mental Power.
Futsch-pooof!
After some king of mechanism was activated, the entire square suddenly floated up and allowed for Yun Beishang to see another stairs that went down for at least a dozen meters more, he could already see some light coming from the room below, whatever it was.
Step, step, step.
Step, step... step.
"Hm..." With a light toned but derisive snort coming out from his nostrils, Yun Beishang saw all of what has been happening around here for who knows how long. With his suspicious being cleared out, he intended to leave but then was spoken by one of the onlookers of the same thing.
Yun Beishang obviously wasn't alone, as long as one toured a few meters around once having entered the room, they would be able to notice the square drawn on the ground, they would then touch it and make someone from below to come up and personally take them down to see.
And, as for what to see that was? It's rather simple, towards anyone that came below out of curiosity as they waited for the portal to charge up, they would encounter any normal race's being who was the being drained of their flesh, then blood, and finally all of their hair before their bones and organs were 'absorbed' as well.
These people being 'absorbed' were being brought one by one every time the previous one died, they came from an even lower room and from a certain part of the small room below the huge one that they were currently in.
They all had tags on their backs and front; but the faces and demeanor of each of them was definitely nothing but aggrieving and heartrending. As for the tags on their bodies, they were all labeling the people being sacrificed as either being the Demon Race's spawn and offspring, mixed from humanity or other races.
Some were purebred of their own Race, but they had crimes such as 'aiding the Demon Race's campaign' on their bodies, those were the ones who disappeared silently, unlike the rest that cried out in anguish and pure desperation while eyeing furiously and even more desperately at the onlookers. Some extended their hands towards them, some wanted to talk but had their tongues instantly ripped off right away.
In short, a 'magical' slaughterhouse of sorts. And just as Yun Beishang was about to step back up after his derisive snort rang out, he heard a voice call out to him.
"Tongqiu? Are you here as well to take part in the pre-quest to the event as well?" Turning his head, Yun Beishang glanced unsurprisingly at Raoundozia, who was holding a Phetsia who didn't want to listen nor see any more of what was happening at the center of the large, but not tall and definitely not wide enough room. Hence, why her head was being embraced by Raoundozia, and not her waist or arms.
"Mn, yeah I am. Bye." Said Yun Beishang, after exchanging words and glances merely once.
"..." Speechless, Raoundozia blinked twice before looking down once again at Phetsia who was slightly trembling. He then looked back up at the disappearing feet of Yun Beishang as he went upstairs, and followed right after, feeling content at finding a chance to get out smoothly.
