"Everyone, is over. Come and meet at the center once again, I'll be there, waiting." Suddenly, everyone on the battlefield that had already entered into autopilot mode and were moving around in searching for Demon felt their retinas buzz in a different manner as they then heard Yun Beishang's voice through their ears.
At once, they woke up and felt really tensely relaxed, a strange phenomenon that worked perfectly with the words that one could use to describe it. Hearing his words, everyone released a sigh of relief right after, some bent over and wailed a bit while others felt like they were finally leaving this nightmare.
As for those who did not partake in these few battles? They all felt that this was no longer a game, or a good game at that even, such a development was bound to cause so much trouble and lose of face for the Crestfallen Industry. Really, how could such a game carry such heavy weight on a person's psyche?
Then there were the people who still hasn't gotten to even try out the game and were still 'scouting' up ahead while living their usual, normal and daily lives. Some were deeply worried about it being too good, which would result in either becoming too addictive or enjoyable to play that they would cease to have a job, friends to please or upper echelons to really please this time.
But when seeing the last few events that occurred before the 2 weeks rest after the first event of the Warmonger expansion was over, and then, now seeing how today's Warmonger expansion was being basically covered up and became so awfully 'real'... it immediately drew away those who were 'scouting' for the game.
On the other hand, those who already played it were really concerned about it already, what if it dies? Such an upheaval, such a sudden outburst of awful things coming out straight from a flash-like war and how it even made its viewers outside of it flinch and frown upon. Could this get to be the end of Rising Essence?
But, as the Crestfallen Industry began to receive from thousands, to hundreds of thousands and to even a whole lot of a billion of calls or so every hour; something never seen before and totally crazy that was yet perfectly managed by the Crestfallen Industry and their reception as well as well-prepared cases of emergencies just like this one.
They reassured the people that this wasn't a game to torment with people's lives but, that it was instead one that wanted to 'teach' and not just simply 'tell'. If one were to say how amazing something was, it would be known as just how amazing something was told to be, but if one experienced it, lived through it and watched it happen...
Well, it ended with, at the end of the day, the Crestfallen being publicly criticized, questioned and asked to give but a 'real' explanation 'or else'. Naturally, from such a group of people ,the Founding Yun Clan was having quite the leading role, as they seemingly forgot of their own fucked ups just a few months ago.
But while these were having their fun and problems go on and on, the battle at the Wish Forging base had finally come to an end, with the remaining tens of thousands of players or so coming right at Yun Beishang's location as he was weaponless and with his dark and purple Great Petals of Destruction Armor Suit Set fully intact, even somewhat shining through the darkness of the night a few 'rooty' veins of purple blood.
. . .
"Tongqiu... your face-" Baston was the first to talk, which everyone was silent for the sake of waiting for the rest of survivors of the 'Main Kingdom Vanguard', when Delette suddenly pushed him apart and went ahead to hug Yun Beishang himself as Raoundozia also came forth right away with a pair of beauties held in each of his hands by their own hands.
Thud-rustle.
"..." Nonplussed, Yun Beishang's face showed just how silly he became, his eyes so widened and turning comical as he ignored Baston. Naturally, Baston wasn't a dumbfuck who thought that even the dust jumping from the ground to his wife's ankles were cucking him, he merely glanced at this perplexedly before somewhat understanding something as he relaxed his shoulders fully right after.
"Tongqiu, thank you for... er..." Raoundozia spoke before Delette could, but he wasn't as good with understanding people as her little sister, so he just remained silent after getting a bit lost in his own speech. Delette rolled her eyes mentally as her the right side of her forehead was still on Yun Beishang's collarbone.
She then stood straight back up and placed her hands on Yun Beishang's shoulders before smiling at him with her brown shadowy eyes, "Tongqiu, there's no need to thank you, I know. But I am speaking for all Jou-ahem, players right here to tell you that we support you. No matter what you wants us to do, we'll do."
Smiling even more brightly, she turned around to beckon her husband and 'little' brother to come forth as well before turning to look at Yun Beishang once again, separating from his body and opting to take a professional stance before continuing. "We are not done, 'this' may be done, but there hasn't been any notification from the system nor any player being contacted by the Guiding Voices."
"Who knows, they might even have discovered something else, but well, that doesn't matter." Delette took her brother's and husband's hand into her own and raised them to show their palms at him, as if making an oath. She then took another deep breath in before finalizing with a guilty tone, "Do you really think that no one noticed how you took out at least 3 out of 4 parts of the entire remnants from the Demon Race?"
"...Ah..." Answering at last, Yun Beishang scratched the back of his neck over his suit as he really did become somewhat embarrassing just now, he was even thinking to himself things such as 'are there really people like this?' and 'what a curious person', before attacking her back with some of his own in order to regain his foothold.
"So, 'Little Brother', by the way? He is almost a whole decade older than you, you know that, right?" Hearing his voice much more clearer than ever without any of his masks on, for as silly that sounded and appeared to be in reality, not only Delette but everyone else as well was feeling amazed and alive once again after chatting with Death so much that it even dumbfounded Yun Beishang to see them like this.
"Hm, Tongqiu. Your face is really nothing extraordinary, how did you get so many women at your si-aawwuwaaawuawuawuw, okay, I'm sorry. Ozea, darling, please let me go? We're in public...!" Baston was cut off amidst his 'venomous' slander as he grinned and stepped closer to his wife and Tongqiu himself. Only to be ruthlessly teached a lesson by his wife and in public at that!
"Eh-ahem, Tongqiu, nice seeing your real face at last. I have to say, you do look manly, ahem-cough, hehah... ouch!" Raoundozia joined in on the fun as he continued the conversation without much shame, only to be slightly stepped on his foot by Phetsia, her cute bright brown mushroom hair tilting slightly as she gazed upturned at him.
"Hoh... I see," at this moment, as Yun Beishang spoke once more, Delette took in the meaning of his previous words. She blushed a bit before responding as she glanced at Raoundozia with flickering eyes and nervously from time to time, "That's how I get to call him, though he always took care of me and protected me, I became too complacent and began to call him this. He's doted me so much that he even accepted that, so now, he became my Little Brother. But anyways, that's a story for a time not like this one."
"Mm, indeed." Yun Beishang said, though to be honest, felt more like a bit bored and not really caring that much from hearing this. At least in these times, but he knew they were having an escape from their previous mentality of having fought for so long like almost never before and in such ways that... were too much to describe.
"I'm sure there will be... something to tell us what to do in a bit, for now, just settle down and rest. But also, prepare to make a run for it in case it is urgent, it may really be urgent so just do take that in mind though." Yun Beishang spoke while stepping backwards a few times, his face serene and basically deadpan; expressionless.
"Mm, alright, we'll do just that. You do rest as well, okay? Wouldn't be nice bringing a fainted Leader to the next stage, you know?" With a bit of an all smiles expression with her eyes smiling, her nose smiling, her eyebrows smiling and even her ears smiling along with her lips, Ozea turned around and brought a silly Baston when the latter saw the former's beauty once again along with a tired and very mentally exhausted Mort away.
'Aaahh, so much interaction. Now, that is indeed tiring, ah.' Yun Beishang thought as he went on his own merry way to the back of the huge group of players to rest himself a little, once he walked a few hundred meters away, he stopped and sat cross legged on the ground as he closed his eyes and moved around his neck to relax.

"Katia..." Yun Beishang spoke to his little wife that was basically deep inside his being, to which Katia immediately said as she interrupted his thoughts and intentions to 'talk' right away, "Ah-ah, don't speak. It's alright, are you tired yet?"
"Mm, it's kinda draining. I feel so irritated, more or less." Hearing him once more, Katia pondered for a bit, but was more doing so for the sake of making her hubby relax before adding. "Then, take a break in the next battle. You will have a good time watching if you do, besides... it's better if you let everyone else 'die' before dealing with the matters at hand."
"..." Having fallen silent, Yun Beishang opened his dried lips up, taking a bit of effort as his lips were almost as if glued to each other. At this 'sight', Katia came out of her Space and directly kissed his lips with her own, grabbing his jaw with her small hands that were so much more covered in blood than his own even to this point.
"My Husband, as the Evil God, one does not have a job nor a purpose to fulfill. We need no faith and no followers, ours strength is far more than capable of what anyone nor anything can do. Our every step is to be heard, so that others tremble; we step on the ground, so that others understand what they are below of. And we create what we want, destroy what we must; so that we can show how we rule."
"Hm, that sounds reckless, counterproductive, and bold." Yun Beishang spoke, his words drifting slowly an everlastingly around as if they couldn't more far away from their nearby surroundings as he then licked his lips while she sat on his lap. "Then we are reckless, rash and bold. When I first massacred an entire city from some random Kingdom, I only did it with one hand as I aimed my Essences toward it, yet only used my own capabilities."
Finished saying that, Katia once more delivered her lips onto his own for a long time this time before separating as a thick and wide trace of saliva connected each other's lewd mouths. "You know, my children might be seeing this, how brazen!"
"..." Katia became speechless, before then going in for another round, after which she then only separated a single millimeter between the tips of their noses as she then said in a hushed but magnetic voice. "With my barriers around, even if my-my Master was around, and even with myself in this state, I would still block his perception, what mere you or your little darlings, hm?"
"..." Yun Beishang was not about to answer to her proud and smug words at all, her translucent, sparkling, beautiful green-azure eyes turned abyss-like darkness universe in movement as her hidden emotions were seemingly totally laid bare for Yun Beishang to see; oh so clearly. His voice rang out slowly in a voice that sounded calmer by each instant that happened, "Hmmh, let's have many little Evil God then, when I recuperate your body and all else. Let me grant you what I cannot do so for now, and have a long time watching them grow up."
"...Mn!" Unusual as it could be, Katia the Evil God, showed tears and a mirthful appearance as she sorrowfully obediently nodded her head with some of her tears falling on his cheeks, below his eyes and on his lips. Yun Beishang licked those nearest to his mouth as he finally calmed down, his mind un turmoil becoming peaceful, detached even.
"That's my hubby, now go and be the worst of all!" With a brightest of smiles that had tons of bravery to it, Katia encouraged Yun Beishang rather strangely with her heart wide opened. Seeing her so active and energized, Yun Beishang could no nothing else but hug her and cuddle for a good while, but not enough.
"Tongqiu!!" Raoundozia's voice ringed in his ear as Katia laid peacefully on his chest with her eyes closed, a few minutes had gone by, when Raoundozia and the other players began to stand up in awe and surprised. Raoundozia felt a light blue glow emanate from the center of his body as he and the rest of the players began to have all of their skills that weren't too complicated, had harsh triggering conditions and uses to be fully refreshed.
At the same time, they had their HP, MP, Stamina and even some had their mental fatigue recovered up fully and somewhat respectively. Even their weaponry and armory was fully repaired while some players were in the midst of repairing each of their fellow comrades' equipment while they waited for new and further instructions.
But now, as their whole lot suddenly became 'full of spirit' once again and even felt the will to fight be encrusted into their very minds right away, the Journeyers with a link to the Guiding Voices began to receive new orders at last.
'I see...' Once Yun Beishang was briefed of this, he slowly nudged at his wife's hair and then woke her up only to smooch her lips a few time before standing up. At once, Katia said nothing but helped him up, dusted his clothes, hers and accommodated his' before leaning in to take another pair of kisses to all over her face.
Once Yun Beishang was done with that, he saw Katia return to her Space as he himself took a deep breath in. Unlike the other players though, Yun Beishang received none of that, and furthermore, all the surviving players also happened to receive a boost of Raw Movement Speed+25% and overall damage of +10%.
Some even had HP+50% and Physical Defense+25% and Magical Defense+25%; while the best players that did the most merit since the beginning of the day received Damage Reduction+10%. Naturally, this would make many players content and glad they've been doing well, and though it was temporary, it would last for at least 3 days; which was more than enough.
At the same time, however, it also exposed what was about to come. Most likely, the end of these events at last!
Receiving a ton of resources back, and even some buffs to their overall stats with some gaining more here or there and so on, as well as having their full equipment perfectly restored and their skills' cooldowns reset. Yeah, for gamers, it was more than blatant obvious of how the next scene would bring about a huge battle, a final bout of sorts.
About what they would be facing, of course they couldn't know, not even Yun Beishang as he stepped closer and closer towards the other players so as to prepare to move out at once.
"Tongqiu, the Guiding Voices have-ah, would you-can I be the one to brief you?" A random dude appeared tens of meters in front of Yun Beishang and called out nervously, to which Yun Beishang rolled his eyes and silently indicated for the former to do talk about it with his eyes staring deadpan at him.
"Yes, of course. Then, Tongqiu!" The player made a lot of steps on the spot and then straightened his back before beginning to report, "The Guiding Voices have just now told us that the 'main device' has been spotted by their radars at the center of the White Snake Forest. We will have to move by foot to arrive there, but don't worry! With the new buffs, we will be able to catch up to you so that we don't have to forcibly slow you down."
"Just continue," Yun Beishang intercepted the player emotionlessly while he felt his surroundings, which were really strange and unusual. Though he couldn't see 'them', he could very well feel the gazes of being so powerful he couldn't fathom anything from them at all. Their mockery and playful glances at him more than ostentatious as they marveled at him in ridicule, deep and unrestrained, maddened ridicule.
'Heh, keep that up. I'll see if you are just as complacent when my little 'surprises' come to light, you miserable fucks!' Venomously uttered Yun Beishang in his thoughts to the ignorance of the hidden faces and looks, his gaze then lingering on a direction that he felt a kind of close calling.
"...and over there," the player, as if in great timing, pointed at the same place that Yun Beishang was looking at right then and there; before continuing with some more words to finalize. "We will approximately take half an hour to arrive there, so we must move righ-eh, eh? Oh, yes! Thank you Guiding Voices, mhm, I'm sorry-oh no, we are sorry, we'll move immediately! Yes! Yes, we will!"
Yun Beishang looked once more at the random player dude, his gaze indiscernible as he did before turning his eyes once more at where he felt that calling from before. His eyes then turning a bit somber and darker as an overextended, tiresome glint crossed them, as if he had been running a marathon for the first time and was about to reach its ending mark at last while sweating bullets like heavy rain down pouring on him for hours.
