When Jess woke up next to a sleeping Noah, the corner of her lips automatically curved into a smile. She gripped the blanket covering her naked body and slowly got up from his side.
She went to the bathroom to do her morning business. Her body was sore from letting Noah have his way with her. To ease her sore muscles, she quickly jumps into a warm shower before going to the kitchen to prepare some breakfast for him.
When she got into the kitchen of their penthouse, Lucille was already there, smiling brightly at her, wearing a pink apron that looked adorable on her.
"Let me take your photo. I'll send it to uncle Luke."
Lucille, hearing it would be for her uncle Luke, posed cutely and Jess became an instant stage mom? Or stage… What could be her label? She chuckled inwardly with the thought that was running through her head.
"What are we going to cook, Little Miss Jessie?" She brimmed at her, fixing her apron.
Jess has to control herself not to pinch Lucille's cheeks with how cute she looks!
"Uhm, I'm thinking of a vegetable omelet and some toast. Fruits and hot coffee."
She gave her a thumbs up and asked, "What is my task?"
"Can you help me cut the vegetables? We'll use tomatoes, mushrooms, and some bell peppers."
She scrunched up her little nose. "I think bell peppers are yucky!"
Jess laughed. "You can have yours without bell peppers then."
"No. I want the same thing with you and daddy."
"You can put fewer bell peppers in yours," she told her as she beat the eggs in a bowl while Soraya helped Lucille cut the vegetables.
Meanwhile, Noah was awake when Jess sneakily got up from the bed. He didn't let her know that he was awake because he wanted to know what she had on her sleeve. He was thinking she was into something. But when she hurriedly got out of the bedroom after being in a bathroom for less than the usual hour she spent in there, his suspicion deepened.
What could Jess be up to? He grinned as he squinted his eyes as he watched her close the door behind her softly, probably not wanting to wake him up. She's wearing a long sleeve with soft fabric and he couldn't smile smugly. He knew the reason why she's wearing such kind of clothing. He had too much fun having his way with her last night. His shaft twitched with the memory of last night that flashed in his eyes.
He lay down on the bed, waiting with anticipation for Jess to come back but it has been more than half an hour and she hasn't returned. He got tired of waiting that he got up from bed and headed outside.
Before he reached the door, he heard a faint ringing of laughter. He gently opened his bedroom door and took a peek. From where he was standing, he couldn't see them but he could clearly hear their laughter.
The conversation has been punctuated with Lucille's laughter every now and then. He heard Jess's familiar giggles and his heart has never been full. He leaned himself against the door frame and listened to the conversation of his girls outside. His heart swelled with joy, 'his girls'. He grinned foolishly.
When he heard the giggles subsiding and they attempted to be quiet, he closed the door of his bedroom and dashed back to bed, and pretended to be asleep. He waited for them to enter his room like a child waiting for Christmas morning when he could open the presents he received from Santa.
He didn't have to wait long for his door to creak and a stifle of laughter to break out. He had to exert a lot of effort not to open his eyes to see what the two misfits were doing for them to giggle too often like they were too happy to do the deed.
When he felt a weight on the foot of his bed, he bit the inside of his cheeks in an effort not to smile, especially when he felt a presence hovering over him.
He heard Jess and Lucille counting in whispers which he could hear quite clearly. It took him a lot of effort not to burst out laughing at what the two were doing. He snorted when before they reached the count of three, Lucille screamed, "Surprise, daddy!"
He felt a pinch on his shoulder when he snorted and when he opened his eyes, Jess was giving him a look, ordering him to go with the flow. Which he did by feigning surprise. "Oh, what do you guys have?" He was such a bad actor that Jess pulled his ear.
"We prepared breakfast for you!" Lucille proudly announced as she jumped on the bed then dropped herself next to his side. "Got up now, daddy. Let's all eat together!"
"I thought you were going to bring them here in bed," he smiled, ruffling his daughter's silky black hair that she got from her mother.
"Silly! It's not good manners to eat in bed." She shook his arm. "Daddy, hurry! Get up now."
"I'm still sleepy," he faked a yawn that earned another pinched from Jess. "Little Miss Jessie, what did I do to deserve a surprise?"
"You were working too hard and this is the first time we all go on a vacation!" Lucille answered him before Jess could open her mouth.
"Oh, but didn't we all go to San Lucas before?"
Lucille cocked her small head to the side, staring at Jess. "Yes, we did. Why that one wasn't counted, Little Miss Jessie?"
Noah grinned. "Yes, Little Miss Jessie, why wasn't that one counted?"
Jess could sense that Noah was trying to put her in an awkward situation with Lucille. She turned her head to Lucille and smiled sweetly. "That one didn't count because I went to San Lucas with Uncle Luke."
"Oh! Then, let's all go back to San Lucas together!"
"Good idea, sweetheart!" Noah exclaimed before Jess could react.. He winced when Jess buried her nails on the soft skin of his ear.
