The new movie was finalized very quickly, half a month later Liang Xincheng successfully joined the crew, most of the filming was in the suburbs of film and television city. He also followed the crew into a hotel near the film and television city.

The movie was titled ‘Wanted’ and it was a very serious suspenseful crime-solving film. Xie Qinfeng acted as the male lead; a criminal police captain while Liang Xincheng acted as his little apprentice, a rookie police officer who has just joined the job and was a bit ostentatious.

Xie Qinfeng’s schedule was so full that he didn’t make his first appearance in the crew until the first day of filming. He was very young, only twenty-seven years old. He was born as a child actor with more than 20 years of experience in the industry and he was full of aura. Even when he greeted the director and producer, the smile at the corner of his mouth was faint and not enthusiastic, but no one would accuse him of anything. After all, he had enough capital to be arrogant.

The actors in the same crew all went to greet Xie Qinfeng. Some of them had ideas and also made efforts to get close, but all of them were dismissed by Xie Qinfeng with decent and polite words. Liang Xincheng didn’t have any ideas that he shouldn’t have. He didn’t take Liu Fan’s crazy words seriously at all, so he went to greet the senior in a business-like manner.

“Hello Teacher Xie, I’m glad to have the opportunity to work with you. I’m Liang Xincheng, who’ll be playing the role of Bao Xiaopeng in the film. Please give me your guidance Teacher Xie.”

Liang Xincheng’s words were sincere. He had watched a lot of Xie Qinfeng’s films and he really admired this Movie King. Xie Qinfeng didn’t answer. He only glanced at him, nodded, and turned to talk to his assistant.

Liang Xincheng awkwardly retracted his outstretched hand, smiled at himself before turning and leaving.

Although he didn’t understand where he offended the Movie King, since the other party didn’t want to see him, he naturally didn’t bother to stick his hot face on his cold ass.

Fortunately, this unhappiness did not affect the next filming. Xie Qinfeng was a very dedicated person and had high professional requirements. His acting skills were really good. Although Liang Xincheng felt it was very difficult to act with him and often couldn’t keep up with his rhythm, but he had gained a lot. He watched the replay repeatedly in front of the director’s small screen many times, and watched Xie Qinfeng’s performance style, so that he learned new and different things.

Therefore, Liang Xincheng felt that his film was worth taking. Even If the box office could really sell well, even if he would still not be popular, so what? Anyway, he didn’t have many friends in this circle, so it didn’t matter at all.

One month after joining the group, it was Liang Xincheng’s birthday. On that day, a small group of fans came to visit the set and gave him cakes, snacks and birthday gifts. Liang Xincheng happily accepted them. He talked to the fans for a while and asked the assistant to take the food to the set to share them. The director also asked someone to prepare a big cake for him and held a small celebration party on the set. Even though it was just doing face-saving work, Liang Xincheng was quite happy. The director even gave him half a day off.

The fans sent him a lot of snacks that all of it couldn’t be finished even after he had shared the snacks with the crews. There were still some left so Liang Xincheng simply asked his assistant to take them back to the hotel. Although he made a lot of money now, he still couldn’t bear to waste it. The habit he had developed since he was a child still made him reluctant to waste it.

On the way back to the hotel, he accidentally met Xia Yuanhang. He was filming on the set next door. It was an ancient costume film. He had been in the crew for more than half a month. The two had never met before, nor had they visited each other’s classes, because it was not necessary. Xia Yuanhang no longer wanted to continue to hype their CP, and Liu Fan was also eyeing a new goal. In the future, they would no longer have to act as good brothers in front of the camera.

Perhaps it was because he was in such a good mood today, Liang Xincheng didn’t know if he suddenly had a brain twitch. He would be able to live in peace if he just nodded and passed by, but he asked too much: “Do you want to eat cake?”

Xia Yuanhang seemed a little surprised and subconsciously glanced left and right. Liang Xincheng smiled without embarrassment: “There is no reporter to take pictures… Today is my birthday and fans came to visit the set and sent a lot of cakes and snacks. Don’t waste it.”

As he spoke, he took out a box from the assistant’s hand and handed it to Xia Yuanhang: “Please eat, you’re welcome.”

It wasn’t until Liang Xincheng and his assistant walked away that Xia Yuanhang couldn’t help frowning and handed the cake to his assistant: “Here, ba.”

The little girl complained bitterly: “Hang-ge, don’t you know that I want to lose weight.”

“Then you throw it away.”

The little assistant looked at the brand logo on the cake box, feeling a little pity: “This brand of cake is so expensive…”

“Feel free to deal with it, no need to ask me.”

“You don’t have to do this. That person invited you to eat cake on his birthday but is not appreciated, you are really heartless ah.” The little girl only dared to whisper, Xia Yuanhang pretended not to hear. He didn’t dare to accept this affection. Who knew if it was poisonous or not.

Back in the hotel room, Liang Xincheng ate the cake and sent a post thanking his fans, then opened the note in his phone to record his twenty-fourth birthday wish.

“Work hard to improve your acting skills, and make a masterpiece that truly belongs to you as soon as possible, Liang Xincheng, jiayou.”

On the second day after his birthday, an unexpected person came to visit Liang Xincheng and Xie Qinfeng’s shooting scene. It was Ding Yao, the prince of Shengxing Entertainment.

He came alone, wearing a hat and a mask, keeping a low profile. Few people recognized him. Liang Xincheng saw that very gentle and bright smile on Xie Qinfeng’s face for the first time. Xie Qinfeng pulled Ding Yao intimately and hugged him on the shoulder: “You are really here, why do you have to come to visit in such a hurry?”

“It’s okay, ah. I’ll be here for three days to shoot advertisements so I won’t be in a hurry. I just came to see you. I went to see Yuanhang-ge next door just now. Your studio is quite close.” Ding Yao smilingly clung to Xie Qinfeng to talk, handing him the food he brought.

Xie Qinfeng frowned when he heard the words: “Didn’t you come to see me specifically? Did you go to see someone else first?”

“Don’t be so petty. Yuanhang-ge’s is close to the gate, so I just went over and said hello first.”

When Xie Qinfeng and Ding Yao were talking, Liang Xincheng stood not far from them drinking water, listening to their conversation sentence by sentence, and finally understood the reason why Xie Qinfeng had been picking his faults right and left the whole month. It turned out to be related to Ding Yao again.

Having said that, Ding Yao had been filming the previous movie in another place during this period of time. He came back to Beijing to shoot an advertisement and even came to visit the class. Moreover, listening to this intimate tone, his relationship with Xie Qinfeng was quite intriguing, but this was not unusual. Xie Qinfeng had been a signed artist of Shengxing before, and he only left to open an independent studio five years ago. It was not surprising that he knew Ding Yao.

Liang Xincheng lost interest in gossip and turned around. He was about to leave when Ding Yao suddenly stopped him and jumped over to greet him: “Hello, Xincheng-ge, we meet again.”

Liang Xincheng smiled helplessly: “Hello.”

He could not even understand if this kid was really stupid or pretending to be one, but why?

The two of them exchanged pleasantries before Liang Xincheng was called to go shoot a scene. Xie Qinfeng pulled Ding Yao back to his side and reminded him: “What did you get close to him? Did you forget what he did on the Internet before?”

Ding Yao squinted his eyes and smiled indifferently: “That’s nothing. It wasn’t all his fault in the first place. I understand it quite well. I’m still feeling guilty about this. I don’t want to grab other people’s roles. He was forced by uncle to apologize publicly. Forget it. It’s not easy for everyone. Besides…He looks really good ah, don’t you think?”

Xie Qinfeng raised his hand and knocked the little brat on the head:“You are the only one who foolishly judges people by their appearance, wait until you get screwed by him again.”
