I think I will have to edit up the starting chapter after this volume(world) is complete. Someone pointed out that it was confusing and chaotic... well, I don't know why, and how, as I had tried to keep it as simple as possible. Anyway, I might do it after this world is completed. As Chairman appeared, he started to give out his speech, and as his speech came to an end, the whole crowd started to cheer in amazement.

'A easy way to motivate mass and brainwash them.'

Ryo though as he saw the effect of the speech. After living hidden in safe place underground, the people had become a lot number and had started to lose their emotion. So when the Chairman gave a super effective grand speech which could make one feel their blood pump inside their body, the mass started to feel an unintentional responsibility over them, making them brainwashed.

'A pitiful sight.'

Looking at the numb crowd cheering unintentionally, Ryo reminisced how the normal human were in his previous life. The gifted ones were treated specially while the normal mobs were trapped in an constant loop of living a repetitive life. Making them look like a mindless zombie horde going to do their work to survive.

It was truly an ugly and pitiful sight, Ryo concluded when watching the ceremony coming to an end.

As the ceremony came to an end, the holographic image of the Chairman slowly disintegrated while the 'Adults' continued to cheer for a short while. And as the cheering died down, the platform slowly started to return to it's original position.

Looking at the Plantation surface, the 10's stood there motionlessly, except Zero Two and Ryo, who stood more relaxed after the ceremony. Although they were relaxed during the ceremony, they still did their best to act disciplined as it would be bad hit on his reputation for both Zero Two and Ryo.

If they leave a bad impression on these 'Adults', they might think of them as an nuisance and will try to look at observe over their movements and will even spread rumor of them. Although it might not affect them much, but this will make others, specially the main characters who Ryo will need them to believe in him.

He has various plans to make them dispose of them. This will a great way to make his UP sky rocket.

As they waited for a few minutes on their position, a pair of man and woman approached them. Ryo recognized that they were the same pair of humans who were standing by Franxx during the ceremony.

If Ryo was correct, they were none other than the supervisor of the Plantation 09: Siren, who looked after the daily life and activities of the Parasites who were staying in the bird cage and protecting the Plantation, the Squad 09 of the Plantation.

"It is a pleasure and honor to meet you, Special Team 10's. My name is Fujimori Toru. Me and my partner will be temporarily taking care of your living for a short time till your stay in the Plantation nine, Siren. By my side is my companion is-"

"Hello! I am Minami Ayumi! You can call me Ayumi if you wish to!"

Cutting off Toru introducing themselves to the 10's, Ayumi cheerfully said out her introduction, making Toru sign to her actions.

Unlike Arato and Kiara who are veteran and professional, to Ryo. the people in front of him looked like clown inn his eyes, not that he mind. But he felt that Ayumi's personality was much more than what eyes could meet.

'Toru looks like a gloomy introverted guy who is like a loyal dog to the higher ups while Ayumi looks cheerful and rebellious in nature, but it cannot be pinned right now as I am feeling a bit off about her personality, it feel a bit forced, but, I do not have much of an interaction with them. People have hidden personality, the side which they hide from the world.'

Toru had an emotionless smile, it looked forced while Ayumi's expressions looked unnatural while some of her actions looked suspicious as she looking at both him and Zero Two, with a bit of deeper tracing, Ryo realized that she had been starting at their horns.

Observing the behaviors of his new temporary caretakers, Ryo assumed their personality. He has his fair share of encounters with psychopaths, but it was of no importance for Ryo to try know them personally.

He will soon be reaching the end of his research and will be soon leaving the world, so doing something this pointless like uncovering some rando's hidden personality. Just a few days and his main project will be bearing fruit, so there was no point of wasting time to these random mobs.

Although seemingly ignoring her, Ryo started to play and stroke Zero Two's hands which were intervened with his own hands, making Zero Two smile and counter Ryo's hands tickling her hands. But during this, Ryo kept his ears out for any potential unique information.

If there is anything important to one, it will be either money, power or information.

Information is one of the three fundamental source of domination. Furthermore, having more information on what out there is, for Ryo was important as it will be helping him gain UP if it is related to the plot.

On the other hands, Alpha looking at Omega(Ryo)'s and Iota(Zero Two)'s actions decided to ignore them as to him, they looked like barbaric clowns, doing whatever they want without any sort of thoughts about the consequences.

"As you know, due to decrease in Magma energy, we will doing a small Magma transfer from the Fuel Tank which will be arriving via space station, but this will also lead to Klaxosaurs out there, which will be attracted to the energy source to come attack the Plantation. Since usually the energy transfer is usually in moderate amount, the Gutenberg-class has been the highest we have ever seen. "

"Although this has lead to a lot of causalities of Parasites, with the involvement of the '10's'-Special Unit, it will be an easy task in defending the base. Furthermore, this will be used as the training as this will be the first time you will be officially going to fight Klaxosaurs in real life."

With the normal introduction done, Toru informed about the plans of the Seven Sages had for 'The Tens' Special Forces Unit.

Since the Special Forces is a grand trump card that the Seven Sages had for their fight against the Klaxosaurs, they had been taking extra protection measures for them. As all the members especially the Omega and Iota had super-human abilities compared to even the veteran human parasites, death of anyone from the Tens Special Unit could lead to a serious harm to the teams firepower.

This made them sending the Tens Special Forces Unit to the Plantation 03, the Siren, to get a hold of the real fights and adapt to the real fights.

Furthermore, since the Siren has been having a lot of causalities in their Parasites during the Magma Transfer that they do every five or so years, they decided that sending the Tens will kill two bird with a single stone.

The Plantation 09, the Siren will be able to stabilize itself while the Tens will get the experience they needed for their next battle which will be the deciding factor for the fight between Humans and the Klaxosaurs, the Battlefield of Gran Crevasse.

'If it is as I have planned, I will be able to earn a large influx of UP while reaching the peak of this world. Hehe.'

Thinking about it, Ryo controlled himself from laughing out loud, as grin formed on his face, making others look at him strangely, of course except Zero Two who knew his attics and knew that he had some plans in his mind or he will be doing something weird stuff again.

Knowing that others were looking at his strangely while Zero Two looked at him with an gaze of inquiry, Ryo returned to his expressionless face again as he thought, 'Phew. I can understand how the Villains feels when they have grand plans and everything is going according to his plans.'

"Please follow me, I will lead you to your dorm where you will be resting. The Transferring Drop take place tomorrow. Till then, you can understand the terrain more to plan for the battle that is about to take place."

{Note: I did not use the Plantation Kissing term as the Magma Energy Transfer that was happening is different. Since this is not a large scale transfer, they will be using Aerial Magma Tank to transfer the fuel, this will not attract large Klaxosaurs as the fuel is less than Plantation Transfer.}

Saying that, Toru invited the Tens toward their dorm while Ayumi tip-toed with them in an excited way.

Ryo observed the room they were assigned to. Each of the parasite were given personal room, but because of his and Zero Two's conditions, they were assigned to an twin bed sharing room.

The room looked mixture of traditional Japanese Bed but with futuristic gadgets and looks. the walls of the room were curved, without any corners while a lamp hanged at the center of the ceiling. In the center of the wall by their beds in the room was a 'Real' window from which they can look out to watch the outside, although there was nothing much out there to see.

"Huep!"

With a yelp of excitement, Zero Two climbed over the bed and after a bit of testing of it's durability, she started to jump in excitement, "Darling~ Let's jump on the bed! It's much more bouncy compared to our bed!"

Looking at her calling him out loud, Ryo looked deadpan at her and with a sign, he signed and decided to join her with a helpless smile. He knew what her plans were and he didn't denied it that it was childish. Although it look childish, these childish acts was one of the things that can make him feel relaxed and happy.

The positive energy and activeness of Zero Two makes him feel himself becoming more... happier.

'How many years since I have become such carefree?'

Although Ryo knew that there are a lot of things out there for him to do in future, he knew that it would be counter measuring if he didn't enjoy the joyous moments of his life when he can. What if this was the final moments of his happy life?

*Thump* *Thump* *Thump*

Jumping on the bed with happiness, Ryo felt refreshed as a small chuckle left his mouth as both he and Zero Two held each other's hands and jumped over the bed as the poor bed creaked under their pressure. {RIP Bed-chan.}

*Bam*

Then as Ryo had expected, the bed finally wasn't able to hold much of their merciless attacks and broke, making both him and Zero Two fall over the mattress safely. Then looking at each other as Zero Two laughed out loud and Ryo chuckled a bit.

Zero Two wanted to destroy the bed as it will be not of any use for them as they usually sleep in same bed. So for fun, she decided to destroy it, as it was funny.

'Hmm. I am feeling bored... Since I cannot go to Franxx right now as Alpha and others will be observing me, why not utilize this time for something better.'

After a short time of resting, Ryo though for a while as he looked toward Zero Two, who was lying by him on his bed while hugging him while staring at his face peacefully thinking about something that he couldn't comprehend.

Although he knew that she was thinking about something, but he didn't knew what it was. When he tried to ask what she was thinking, she just hummed and smiled a bit in mystery, making him feel confused, although... he was able to smell a constant smell of her being in 'heat' whenever he was around her.

'Does she wants to have sex...? Although we have done everything to satisfy each other, we are yet to cross the line as if I did it right now, I... won't be able to control myself and make her pregnant.'

Ryo worriedly though.

He do have to say that Zero Two was the most beautiful person he had ever met and one of the most caring and important person to him. So he knew that if they both tried to have sex, they won't be able to stop during the releasing part and this could cause Zero Two to get pregnant, which he want to avoid the most.

Signing, Ryo though for a while and asked, "Darling, let's go explore the place. This is the first time we are outside that place."

"Really! Yes! Let's go! I want to see the Sea and Ocean that was always mentioned in the books. I want to see why it was mentioned the most beautiful sight the main characters had ever seen in their life!"

With an excitement, Zero Two straightened herself and looked at Ryo in excitement.

With a deep breath, Ryo made his body stand up and after a bit of stressing, he rubbed her head and replied, "Darling, there are no sea and ocean left on this world.", but as soon as he saw her face turn a bit sad, he continued, "But we can find a pond out in the bird cage. Additionally, I will find a way to take you see the sea and ocean."

"Really!? Promise?"

With a bit of unsure face, Zero Two looked expectedly to Ryo. Although she knew that what Ryo said was true, but she believed in her darling.

Knowing full well that Zero Two was skeptical about it, Ryo pinched her cheeks softly and after stretching them a bit, he replied, "I promise. What are sea and ocean? I will bring you a star if you want."

Thinking that Ryo was boasting too much, Zero Two slapped his hands away from her cheeks softly and with a pouting face, she hmup-ed, "We will see about that. Whether you will be able to fulfil your promise or not, time will tell."

With that, she escaped away from Ryo, who tried to squish her cheeks again.

*Blegh*

Showing her tongue, Zero Two taunted and escaped from the room while laughing, making Ryo smile in helplessness.

Although he knew that it might look cheeky for him to say something so cringey sentences, he was sure that after he is strong enough in future, he will be presenting a sun to her. After all, although he never believed in promises, he will be keeping the ones that he wanted the most.
