Chapter 47: Don’t move, five minutes.

The moment Hu Qianxi fainted, Sheng Nanzhou immediately ran forward from a short distance away. He took Hu Quanxi from others and picked her up, running toward the hospital.

In fact, when Sheng Nanzhou sent her to the campus gate, he noticed Hu Qianxi didn’t look too well, so he planned to quietly watch her go back to the dormitory to avoid any accidents on her way.

Unexpectedly, something really happened.

After Sheng Nanzhou brought the fainted Hu Qianxi to the hospital, he registered and got her an infusion. When Hu Qianxi finally lay on the hospital bed and received the infusion, everything was fine.

The doctor called Sheng Nanzhou into the office. Sheng Nanzhou looked tense and asked, “Doctor, is she okay?”

“According to the current situation, it’s nothing serious, low blood sugar,” the doctor pushed the glasses on the bridge of his nose, ” But after she wakes up, she needs to do a physical examination.”

“Okay, thank you doctor. I’ll go out if there’s nothing else.” Sheng Nanzhou stood up and said politely.

As soon as Sheng Nanzhou stood up to leave, the doctor’s expression changed. He pointed to the seat and asked him to sit down. His fingers held onto Hu Qianxi’s case file and began to speak:

“Don’t you know what’s going on with the patient’s health? Letting your girlfriend lose weight for you? What kind of society is it now, and you still pursue thin beauty standards?”

“No, I’m not—”

Sheng Nanzhou was about to explain but was interrupted by the doctor. He tapped the table with a pen, his tone a little angry: “Besides, that girl is not fat. Her face is just a little round, isn’t that quite cute? If my daughter finds such a boyfriend, I would beat him to death…”

In the end, Sheng Nanzhou sat down. He was taught a lesson for more than ten minutes and had to go along with the doctor’s words: “I’m sorry, it’s all my fault.”

“Are you still human?!” The doctor questioned.

“No, trash.” Sheng Nanzhou took the initiative to scold himself.

The doctor’s expression eased a little. He tapped the blue folder with a pen and said in a serious tone: “I really don’t want to see patients entering the hospital because of excessive weight loss.”

“It won’t happen, I won’t let my girlfriend lose weight again.” Sheng Nanzhou looked repentant.

After the lecture, Sheng Nanzhou walked out of the doctor’s office with a grumpy face, and the anger that was ignited was suppressed when he saw Hu Qianxi palely lying on the hospital bed.

Sheng Nanzhou called Hu Qianxi’s roommate to come over and watch her, and then the young master rushed back to Hu Qianxi’s school. He found Lu Wenbai’s class and asked a classmate, “Where’s Lu Wenbai in your class?”

Seeing that it was a handsome guy, the girl smiled and said, “He’s in the lab.”

“Thanks.” Sheng Nanzhou nodded his head.

Sheng Nanzhou walked in the direction of the laboratory without even thinking about it. After walking for more than ten minutes, he casually raised his eyes and gritted his back molars in glee. He really caught him.

There was only a dull thunder at noon, and it started to clear again after a shower. At 2:10 in the afternoon, the sun came out again, and it was scorching. The sun slanted past the red laboratory building, and the shadow formed a geometric shape as it hit the side of the opposite wall.

Lu Wenbai sat on the shadowed steps. On such a hot day, he didn’t take off his white coat and didn’t sweat. He was sitting there with his back straight, his pale fingertips tearing open the wrapping paper, while slowly eating kimbap with a bottle of mineral water beside him.

Sheng Nanzhou wanted to walk over, but after walking a few steps, he found a girl standing in front of Lu Wenbai not far away, and he stopped.

The girl was wearing a red velvet skirt, revealing a little ankle as white as suet jade. With the sway of the skirt, it made people’s throats itchy. Her hair was loosely curled, revealing her slender and fair neck.

She has a bewitching face.

Appearing like a delicate yet exquisite master from top to bottom.

She was holding a can of Coke in her hand, tapping on the side of the can with her blue cat eye nails. “Dong Dong Dong,” charming and bold, but it was a pity that Lu Wenbai didn’t even lift his head.

The girl didn’t care. She looked at him and said, “Brother, really don’t want it ah.”

Lu Wenbai was chewing on the seaweed rice; his face was agitated, and he regarded the girl as air. Seeing that the two of them were done, Sheng Nanzhou walked up and said in a hostile tone, “Lu Wenbai.”

The girl followed the sound of the voice and whistled immediately after seeing Sheng Nanzhou’s face clearly. Seeing that the crew-cut guy has a style, she raised her hand and threw the drink in her hand to Sheng Nanzhou, who subconsciously caught it.

“Since he doesn’t want it, I’ll give it to you handsome guy.”

The girl left with her hands behind her back without turning her head, leaving behind a burst of soft fragrance. The air smelled of L’Artisan Parfumeur’s most famous thief rose perfume.

Lu Wenbai stopped chewing and raised his thin eyelids, looking at the back of the leaving girl. His face was terribly gloomy.

Sheng Nanzhou didn’t bother to care about the affairs between them. Instead, he strode forward and grabbed his collar, throwing him a punch with a sullen face. Lu Wenbai’s entire body was thrown on the steps, faint blood oozing from the corners of his mouth.

A new kimbap placed next to the steps was immediately stained with dust, becoming inedible. Lu Wenbai’s black eyes which were like white glazed pearls were filled with traces of hostility.

He struggled to get up and punched Sheng Nanzhou, the two wrestling together. The anger became more extreme; people who suppress their emotions in their hearts fight more fiercely and exert more force.

Soon, Sheng Nanzhou gained the upper hand in the fight. He was on top of Lu Wenbai and punched him one after another. In the beginning, Lu Wenbai would fight back, until he angrily shouted:

“I don’t like you, why don’t you fucking make that clear?”

“Do you know that she is the only one in the world who is so stupid and listened to your nonsense to lose weight, finally passing out and being hospitalized!”

Lu Wenbai was stunned. He slowly let go of his hand that grabbed Sheng Nanzhou’s fist, and his entire body laid on the ground like a puddle of mud. With a hoarse voice: “You hit then.”

Sheng Nanzhou sneered and looked at the sickly pale person lying on the ground from top to bottom. The anger in his heart ignited even more.

“Apologize to her, or I’ll continue to beat you,” Sheng Nanzhou panted slightly, sweat dripping down the corner of his jaw, and paused in the thought of something, “Go to the hospital and tell her clearly if you like her or not, you better use a nicer tone.”

Lu Wenbai struggled to get up. He spits a mouthful of bloody saliva on the side, and a smile suddenly appeared on the corner of his red lips: “What if I like her?”

Sheng Nanzhou’s eyes froze, and he pretended to be nonchalant for a moment. His voice was so quiet that only he could hear it: “Then treat her well.”

Lu Wenbai sneered and said nothing. He took off his white coat and walked away. Halfway in thought, he seemed to have remembered something and turned back, snatching the can of Coke and throwing it into the trash can not far away with a “bang”.

——

Lovers always become sweeter after a quarrel, and Xu Sui and Zhou Jingze were no exception. She felt that Zhou Jingze had changed. When he was asked to go play, he bluntly refused.

The other party asked: “No way, Boss Zhou, what else do you have to do after training is over?”

Zhou Jingze pressed the cigarette against the flower pot, and with a “zi”, the fire was extinguished. His tone was frank and shameless: “I have to study with my wife. ”

“Tsk, unlike you guys, have nothing to do and idle around.”

“I’ve never been so speechless in my life.” The other party hung up the phone angrily.

The number one prodigal in the gaming world still has the face to talk about others?

Every time Xu Sui doesn’t have any class in the afternoon, she will study in the library. Every day at 5:30 in the afternoon, when the sunset is the most beautiful, and Zhou Jingze finished training, he wore a black T-shirt and carried a sandwich and strawberry smoothie, walking slowly and appearing on time on the fourth floor of the medical university’s library.

He would bring different food every day, sometimes it was custard buns and Hong Kong-style milk tea, while other days was the spicy noodles she liked, with a lot of green onions and cilantro added; there was no more vinegar.

On Friday, when Zhou Jingze showed up in the library, he brought an English book for the first time. Xu Sui glanced at the words on it and put down her pen: “You’re going abroad?”

“Kind of, our module is three years and another. Senior year we have to go to the U.S. air force base for one year of training before becoming fully qualified.” Zhou Jingze hesitated and said, “But we’ll be back really soon.”

In fact, Zhou Jingze’s English is fluent and sounds authentic. But he did this because Xu Sui was too focused on studying, not allowing him to kiss or touch her; he just sat by her side like an idiot with nothing to do, so he had to find something for himself to do.

Xu Sui nodded and picked up a pen to mark notes on a book, continuing to study. Zhou Jingze stepped lazily on the horizontal bars of the table and read for a while, before feeling bored and then playing two games on mute.

The sky darkened unconsciously, and the light of the setting sun outside the window scattered on the table like sugar wrapped in honey. Zhou Jingze idly leaned back on the chair against the table and turned his head to look at Xu Sui.

Xu Sui was wearing a loose apricot sweater, and her hair was tied into a bun. Fine strands of hair fell on her forehead as she held the book and recited it silently.

Because of her unconscious movements, the two peaches were squeezed into different shapes, and the white lace bra under her collar flashed by.

Zhou Jingze’s eyes darken, and without thinking, he reached in from the hem of the knitted sweater. Xu Sui was reciting seriously, and as the cold fingertips and silver ring of his index finger moved against her skin, the temperature of her cheeks rose sharply:

“What are… you doing?”

“What do you think?” Zhou Jingze raised his eyebrows. His tone was slow and hoarse, “Continue studying.”

They sat in the corner, surrounded by the sound of pages being flipped through, quiet but carrying a feeling of divinity. Zhou Jingze turned sideways, squinted his eyes, and sighed in satisfaction:

“Little small, but it feels good to touch.”

Xu Sui blushed to the point of bleeding from his comments.

On the surface, it seemed that Zhou Jingze was explaining the problems to her, but in fact, he was doing something no less than a beast, rubbing while sucking her fair ears, with a serious and upright expression on his face.

“From the perspective of neuroscience, the human body…” Xu Sui stammered, and in the end, she was defeated. She lay her head down on the table, and the coldness of the book pressed against her skin, which somewhat cooled the heat of her whole body.

As the heat resurged, Xu Sui felt that her ears became sticky and slippery. Wherever he passed, it was itchy and numb, as if he stepped on her nerve endings, nervous, afraid, and unable to control her reaction.

Zhou Jingze teased her with an evil look on his face and leaned forward to test her: “Baby, the human body what?”

“No… more, too many people.”

Xu Sui tried to push his hand away, and with a “pa” sound, the whole school suddenly lost power, and everything was plunged into darkness, further fueling Zhou Jingze’s arrogance. He raised his arm, and Xu Sui was brought onto his lap.

The surrounding was filled with noise, stools moving and books scratching. Xu Sui collapsed, moving back and forth on his thighs, her voice was extremely soft:

“You stop playing, The power is out, and my competition is tomorrow. I plan to reread the book one more time.”

Zhou Jingze’s Adam’s apple rolled, his voice was difficult to suppress, and his eyes were a little red: “Don’t move, five minutes.”

After he finished speaking, Xu Sui realized that he had reacted. In the darkness, she felt that she had fallen for a long five minutes, sitting in Zhou Jingze’s embrace. Her hand was held by a large hand with clear bones, and he tried to extinguish the scorching heat through a layer of cloth.

Xu Sui was so flushed that she didn’t want to look and covered her eyes. But her sense of hearing was instantly magnified, and she heard Zhou Jingze’s suppressed panting, right next to her ear. It was low and grainy, and she tried her best to hold back the small moaning sound; her hands were also hot.

Her fingers were tense, afraid of being found out, and felt flustered.

The security guard took a flashlight and scanned one by one, shouting in a rough voice: “Students pack up quickly. The school has a power outage, and the library will be closed immediately.”

Finally, before the security guards arrived, Zhou Jingze was willing to let her go. A beam of bright lights shone over, and Zhou Jingze stood in front of Xu Sui.

The security guard poked his head out of the window and asked, “Why haven’t you two left? I have to lock the door soon, and you’ll have to spend the night here.”

“Sorry, coming out right now,” Zhou Jingze smiled apologetically, looking too serious and proper, completely losing the rash and unrestrained appearance just now.

Seeing that Zhou Jingze looked like a good student, the security guard made a gesture to him: “Five minutes ah.”

Xu Sui almost became allergic when she heard five minutes. She straightened her clothes behind his back. Zhou Jingze grabbed her hand and picked up the water on the table, washing off the white stuff on her fingers. He bit a pack of tissues and took out a tissue to wipe her hands clean.

In the end, Zhou Jingze led Xu Sui out of the library. Their surroundings were completely plunged into darkness, and the hidden moonlight emerged from the clouds. There were water stains on the ground, ambiguous and charming.

In the corridor, Zhou Jingze led her downstairs with the flashlight on his phone. Xu Sui had a bitter face: “What do I do if there’s a power outage ah? I still have half of the knowledge to review.”

“Go outside,” Zhou Jingze said.
