Seeing the girl struggle, Han told the maid, "Bring her orange juice and then continue to change the drink for each refill. Let her get exposure to the different items we have."

"By your will," The maid turned to him and bowed.

"My Lord, you needn't provide us with such luxurious drinks," Tom stammered, his eyes wide.

Han chuckled at the man's response.

"It's not something that luxurious. I admit that it might be uncommon for the average person, but for me, it's not anything major." Han dismissed the concern.

Both children looked at their parents, concerned about the interaction. Despite the concern emanating from their parents, their eyes periodically glanced at the remaining food.

"Even if things get stressful, children will still be tempted by what they're interested in -- often delicious food," Han laughed to himself.

The parents noticed the behavior of the children.

Tom looked at his wife, signaling that they should allow the children to eat.

Molly looked to Han, "Thank you for your generosity, My Lord. We greatly appreciate how you've shown us such care and consideration."

She gently told Samantha, "Don't eat the food too quickly."

Samantha was already attacking the pile of food, not waiting for permission from her parents. It didn't even occur to Samantha how she may have appeared, devouring everything like a starving beast.

Seeing her daughter act in such a manner, the mother looked apologetically at Han.

“Miss, please do not concern yourself with table manners. I am quite pleased to see your daughter relishing the food prepared. The chef, I am sure, would be quite overjoyed to hear that his dish is being lovingly eaten.” He tried to pacify Molly.

The mother could only bow her head, looking like she still didn't believe the current reality.

She nudged her daughter one last time before looking at Han, giving him a small smile, and started eating the food.

-----------------------

Molly still felt anxious.

Thanks to Tom's business, she had the opportunity to meet nobles. The experience helped her to know how to appropriately interact with them -- without the risk of offending them.

She'd learned a long time ago that nobles were prideful individuals. Such pride would cause them to lash out at those they feel had tarnished their honor -- something they held the utmost importance in their life and society.

But this is why she felt unsettled by their current circumstance.

Nobles were often people who had powerful abilities, able to defeat groups of soldiers at one time. Still, there wasn't a noble she'd met that was able to heal a person in such a manner. At one point, she'd been injured and bleeding from a, likely, fatal wound. Then she was made whole.

It didn't even stop at her leg but also with how she felt.

Molly felt as though she were years younger -- feeling more alive than before.

Then there was the carriage itself.

"How is this thing so much larger than it looks from the outside?" Molly wondered.

She tried hard to not allow such emotions to be revealed.

Wanting to avoid offending the noble by not eating the food he provided, Molly moved closer to the small table with a plate on top.

Thankfully, her experience included formal table etiquette.

"It does smell delicious," Molly smiled.

Her mouth began to water just from the anticipation of eating the desirable food.

The gravy was nice and thick, covering the mound of thickly sliced meat.

Molly looked at the vibrant colors of the vegetables --each of the greens nearly emerald in color.

Dark orange carrots contrasted wonderfully against the green of the other items.

She even saw some reds and yellows from what looked like peppers. There were some scorched marks on the exterior. If it wasn't for the fact of where she was currently, Molly would've thought that the chef had burned them.

Gracefully picking up the fork and knife, Molly gently cut into the meat.

Immediately, her eyes widened upon seeing how the meat easily broke apart due to it being so moist and tender.

Molly swallowed the saliva accumulating in her mouth.

Getting a piece of the meat, she didn't notice how her hand trembled in excitement.

Her lips hesitated slightly as she slowly breathed in the steam. Gradually she parted her lips and opened her mouth -- her tongue partially out to catch any drops of meat fluids.

The explosion of flavor and the juices squirting into her mouth, flooding her mouth with experiences she'd never had before.

Her tongue instinctually caressed the meat, cherishing how it was smothered with thick gravy.

-------------------------

“Father, this meat is so tender! How did the cook make the meat melt in my mouth?” The boy, Jake, exclaimed.

Jake was eating the food at such a rapid pace that the maid was continuously going back to the table to pile on more meat and vegetables.

The father, Tom, was also desperately shoveling food into his mouth.

Brittany lovingly cut up the meat into bite-size pieces, feeding Han.

The meat was succulent, the grease occasionally leaking down the side of his cheek.

Without hesitation, Brittany would lean down and slowly stick out her tongue. She sensually licked up the fluid on Han's face -- ending it with a kiss on his cheek.

Eating the food, Han looked at the family, Elis, Queen, and Helania.

Han was happy that there was such a cheerful mood, no one caring how the other was acting and only enjoying the moment.

He could understand -- the way the family reacted.

Even on Earth, Han wouldn’t have been able to eat such quality food on his own. The only time he'd have the opportunity was always thanks to someone else.

"I could barely handle the workload during school while fighting off the existential dread of being unable to cover the daily expenses. After all the suffering, I was lucky to acquire a professional job... It really did feel like everything was accumulating towards a larger goal... until it didn't." Han slowly drifted along with his memories.

“Master...,” Helania, Queen, and Brittany said, looking concerned.

Hearing their voice, Han was pulled out of the waters of his past.

He hadn't noticed that he had zoned out -- not paying attention to his surroundings. Seeing them worried about him, Han smiled to let them know everything was okay. With one hand, he placed an arm around Brittany's hip, lightly patting it to reassure her.
