Chapter 5: Chapter 5: Unidentified.

Listening to the soldier report. Both the police chief and military captain face turns serious. Because without authorization spaceship can’t go near the city.

 

“Captain, should we shoot it down?”

 

Before the captain can give an order. The red hair stur, come out from the door again. But this time with the other terrorist and hostage. “If you shoot our ride, I will kill the hostage!” 

 

The captain gets angry, after listening to that. “How dare you!”

 

The police chief quickly tried to persuade him. “Calm down, calm down, we need to save the hostage.”

 

After several minutes they can hear an engine sound from a spaceship. The spaceship begins to hover near the building. The spaceship the size of a two double decker bus, can’t land because of the vehicle below.

 

For landing on the building roof, the lift already gets destroyed because of the explosion. Actually they can go up the roof by using the stairs, but to go up the roof with all the people here will take more time.

 

The red hair stur, pointed his gun at one of the hostages. “Move your vehicle!”

 

Hearing that the police chief and captain after some hesitation, order the vehicle to move. The spaceship slowly landed in front of the building and opened the door behind the spaceship. Pointing their weapon on the hostage, the terrorist enters the spaceship. Closing the door, the spaceship flies and goes out of the city.

 

Seeing that the spaceship is flying away, the captain orders his man. “Quick call the general and send a scout to follow the spaceship!”

 

The police chief also began giving orders. “Send in the police and medic.”

Entering the building, what they see is horrifying. Human corpses are laying everywhere, most of them are the bodyguards.

 

After being checked by the medic and a few questions by the police they all are let go.

 

Walking far away from the scene are the three people that have been ordered to protect madam Daisy. Right now their face is ugly, because they failed to save her.

 

“Have you called the HQ?”

 

“There is no reply from them yet.”  

 

In front of them a man and woman are running toward them. Nearing them the woman asks. “What to do now?”

 

“Sigh, we can only wait.”

Planet CP1423, named Gaia. Zloria city, tall futuristic buildings are everywhere. The vehicle is moving on the road and air, but mostly on the road because only the rich can buy flying vehicles. For safety the flying vehicle requires to be installed with the latest artificial interference and shield.

 

The building also has been installed with an automatic defense metal shield. That will come out to cover the glass window when detected danger.

 

At one of the tall buildings, inside a working room. A middle aged man with light blonde hair is working on his desk. Suddenly he receives a call on his phone.

 

Looking at the phone number, his face changed. Answering the phone, he can hear a nervous woman's voice.

 

[Sorry for disturbing you Mr. Adrien, we have something to inform you.]

 

After the woman from the other side of the phone finished telling everything. The room went silent for a while. “Make sure she is safe.”

 

[Yes, Mr. Adrien.]

 

Adrien ended the call and leaned back on the chair. Closing his eyes, he can still remember what happened 22 years ago.

Both the father and daughter look at each other silently. If people from outside seeing this their thought is, both of them don’t have a good relationship.

 

After some hesitation Eleanor speaks. “Father, I want to join the colonizer organization.”

 

“I understand; I will talk to your mom.”

“Thank you.” After saying that she leaves the room. Adrien's daughter has the same personality as him. The colonizer organization is created by the powerful family and human federation to conquer resources of other planets. But not all planets have a lush resource, after spending a lot of resources, human and money it turns out the planet is useless.    

 

Looking at his daughter walking outside the room. He suddenly remembers what happened to Daisy. He grabs the phone again and dial a number. Several seconds later the line is connected.

 

A rough woman's voice coming out from the phone. [Hello Adrien, why do you call me?]

 

This time Adrien explained what happened.

 

[Sigh, they failed to protect Daisy. Don’t worry I will handle it.]

Standing up from the bed, Elena begins to move. She decided to visit her old friend. Although the distance between here and Planet Otune is far. But with spaceships that have warp engines or hyperdrive, she can arrive in few hours.

Kaross city, after I arrive, my mother already entered the terrorist spaceship. If I have my previous power, I can fly and pull down the spaceship to the ground. Right now the only thing that I can do is follow them using shadow movement to move fast.

 

Fortunately, I have put a tracking device on my mother, don’t get me wrong. I do not have a mother complex. I am afraid that people of the underworld will one day find out about my identity and kidnap my mother. To be safe I put the tracking device on my mother's favorite hairpin. 

 

Suddenly the tracking signal went off near the mountain. Their base must be hidden inside the mountain or they have the device to block any signal. Since I know where the signal is gone, I decided to meditate to gather vital energy. Slowly my energy begins to recover.

 

I slowly open my eyes; my energy already recovers. Right now I am wearing dark hooded clothes and a gas mask on my face to hide my identity. For weapons I had two guns and several hidden daggers.

 

“Okay let’s go, enhance sense.” I cast a spell, with this my 5 senses can pick up any irregularity.

 

After half an hour, “The trance gone near here.” I look up at the sky because I see a light. Using my shadow movement, I hide near the tree. After a while several flying drones are coming here. Although it's already night time, I can’t get near the flying drone because of drone infrared detection.

 

Seeing that I move far away from that area to prevent getting detected. The flying drone must be from the military, to search the terrorist location. The terrorist must have something that they want, the problem right now is the safety of my mother. If the negotiation failed, the terrorist will begin killing the hostage.

 

Looking at the ground, I put my palm on the ground and close my eyes to detect any vibration or sound. Opening my eyes. “nothing.” I stand up and do the same thing in other areas. After a while, I smile and open my eyes. “Found it.”

Inside an underground hangar, several stur and the bodyguard that betray the Federation bank CEO are gathering together. The red hair stur speaks. “How it’s the negotiation?”

 

“They need to discuss with their higher ups first.”

 

The red hair stur looks at the spaceship that holds the hostage. “Starting tomorrow, if there is no answer, send the human one of the hostage fingers.”

 

“Yes, leader.”

 

The bodyguard looked at the red hair stur. “Don’t worry Dread organization will back you up, if anything happens.”

 

Suddenly the light from the underground hangar turned off.

 

“What happened?”

 

“Does the generator break again?”

 

While everyone was panicking, the red hair stur shouted. “Don’t panic, turn on the spaceship light and go check the generator.”

 

Listening to their leader's order, the group begins to calm down.

15 minute ago. After finding out the terrorist hideout and the hideout air vent. I cast a spell, a small fireball appears floating on my palm. I begin controlling the fireball to melt the metal to make hole so I can enter the hideout.

 

Falling down from the vent I enter a chamber with a machine. The machine is an electric generator. I decided to check the area first before destroying the generator. Using my shadow movement I explore the terrorist hideout.

 

What I found out, most of the terrorist is still at the hangar. For the hostage they are still inside the spaceship. Seeing that I headed back to the generator room and turned off the generator switch. Because I still need to open the underground hangar later. If I destroy It, the rescuer needs to destroy the metal door to enter this place.
