It was his fate to die in his early twenties. Harvey thought he will be happy if he dies.
The man covered with blood dragged his limbs towards Harvey. This person was no longer considered a human being. His all body was smeared with blood except for his white eyeballs. That monster screamed, "Death!". Harvey heard the man so he quickly opened his eyes. He wanted to step back but it was a corner anymore.
The monster was still dragging his feet toward where Harvey was. It was very near when suddenly that bloody man stopped. His white eyes changed into normal eyes when that monster felt something dominating. He knelt on the ground and lowered his head. It was intimidated by something. Harvey noticed the man's actions so he held his breath to avoid being noticed by what the monster was afraid of. He didn't dare to move even blinking his eyes.
Later, that kneeling bloody man was split in half by some invisible energy. Harvey witnessed that gory scene and he sweated violently which drenched his whole face. He didn't dare to move even slightly. Half of the bloody man's body was suddenly shredded into pieces and its contoured limbs were being plucked out. Harvey didn't breathe while watching the bloody man. He didn't see any person in his place except himself. Before, Zion told Harvey that thousands of monsters will haunt human beings. So, he hypothesized that maybe this bloody man and that invisible energy may be one of them. There were lots of dangerous ghouls that humans will be going to encounter. And life was not guaranteed even if someone had a keeper. Harvey felt disappointed that this world was unsecured. He sighed heavily and slapped his face. He wanted to hurt himself until he will die. But, he laughed thinking about that method, how he dies by slapping his face? So, he just calmed himself for a while without looking at that bloody man. He gazed at his handprints and scanned them carefully.
Before, he remembered that there was a feng shui expert that visited their office. Each of them had offered palmistry from that woman. Harvey was still young and didn't fully aware of what his future be like. So, he tried and the woman surveyed his handprints. She said your luck was good but always unfortunate. What did it mean? Harvey was perplexed so he clarified. The woman stared at him smiling and answered that death was always around him. He was dumbstruck after he heard about the feng shui expert so he was intrigued about what should he do. The lady said, "You will know that in the future. I can't tell."
While reminiscing about his meeting with that feng shui expert, when suddenly there was a black hole appeared before him. It was very near his body. So he was taken aback and moved sideways to avoid something risky. However, there was a hand from that black hole that grabbed Harvey inside. He wanted to resist but that arm was strong.
"No, who are you? Don't grab my hand.", Harvey insisted but that arm had no torso to be seen. Who was he talking to? So, he just stayed silent while shaking his arms to escape.
"Hahahahha.", a burst of laughter came from the black hole.
"Who are you?", Harvey asked the voice.
"Naughty. You forgot my name again.", the voice answered.
"Zion?"
"Hurry. Don't shake your hands. My arms became numb.", Zion laughed.
"I can't see your body here.", Harvey said.
"Oh, you want to see my body? What type with clothes or bared?", Zion misunderstood.
"..."
"Okay, I will not joke anymore. Hold my arms and come here."
"What place behind this black hole?", Harvey interrogated.
"You will see. Hurry. People here were confused."
Harvey held Zion's arm waving in the black hole. His sweaty hand slid onto Zion's arm so he tightened his grip. Then he entered the black hole.
The netherworld was quiet and solemn. The keepers were not present since they were having important matters in the real world. Below the high stade, the monsters were watching above as waiting for a fortune to fall from the heavens. Hundreds of ghouls were there stalling themselves. Their faces were ghastly so they were placed below the platform. They were hidden below the high stade.
Harvey was stupefied after he went out of the black hole. He thought that this world is more haunted than what he had encountered before. Zion was already sitting on the cathedra staring at him with loving eyes.
"Come here. Sit with me.", Zion beckoned Harvey who was still unmoving while scanning his surrounding.
"...", Harvey ignored Zion.
"Fine, if you don't walk with your own feet. I will carry you then.", Zion spoke and laughed.

Harvey sensed that this man was not joking, what he said was always what it meant. So, he quickly approached the cathedra and took a sit beside Zion.
"I think you like piggybacking.", Zion jested and laughed loudly again.
"What are you laughing at?", Harvey who was beside him rolled his eyes.
"Nothing.", Zion said dismissively.
"What's there to be glad of in here?", Harvey mumbled.
Zion stood up and leisurely walked around the high stade. He uttered, "My boyfriend is sulking again. Okay, let's tour around."
Harvey heard the word 'boyfriend' again so he quickly interjected, "Could you stop using the word boyfriend in your talk? It is gross." He thought that this manly man loved to pair himself with another man. Is he had something?
Zion gaggled after what Harvey said. He was pleased when this man scold him. There he stopped his walking and approached Harvey, who had an ugly expression. Zion grabbed Harvey's arm and pulled him to stand. But, he deliberately stumbled on his feet and there Zion fell into the ground with Harvey. Zion was laid flatly on the reddish ground while on his top was Harvey.
Harvey's head fell into Zion's chest. He can hear the other man's heartbeat which made him freeze and be unmoving. At the bottom, Zion fell silent too. He didn't know how to react after what happened to them.
Suddenly, one of the keepers was screaming as he entered the stade. He witnessed the two men on the ground so he immediately covered his mouth. He stood there silently and thought that their Kahuna, an inevitable man in the netherworld was there on the ground having fun with a human. The two men saw the keeper and they quickly straightened up and tidied their clothes.
Zion stood up and returned his kingly attitude as he spoke, "What are you doing here? Do you really know the rules here?"
The keeper lowered his head and answered, "Yes, Kahuna. But, the golden-clad keeper had taken his life."
"What do you want me to do? Cry?", Zion uttered with a glum expression.
Harvey who was near the cathedra earlier had a blank expression but now he heard that Zion's attitude. He interrupted, "What do you mean by taken his life?". He faced the keeper with wanting eyes as he wanted to be answered. But Zion told him, "Don't talk to him."
"Why? Is it wrong to talk with him, huh?", Harvey was angered.
The silent keeper had filled with thoughts. This man dared to confront their egotistic Kahuna. Even the keepers were intimidated by him and those monsters will bow their heads when the Kahuna appeared in the stade. But this man was unique and Kahuna fell quiet. He listened to this man's blabbering.
Harvey who was confused approached the keeper standing on the right side of the stade. He faced and asked, "What do you mean by what you said?".
The keeper still kept quiet since he knew the consequences when talking to humans in the netherworld, especially in the stade. Well, except for their Kahuna who had the right to punish them. Harvey looked at the keeper intentionally but he didn't get an answer. So, he decided to ask hundred times until the keeper uttered a word, "He is dead." The keeper stared at Zion pitifully because he was scared to be punished. Zion watched him with glaring eyes and said, "Get lost. Don't break my rules again.". The scared keeper quickly hurried his steps toward his designated black hole and disappeared.
Harvey watched the keeper rushing away. So, he faced Zion and confronted angrily, "You gross. I want to leave now. Don't bother me anymore. You're annoying."
Zion fell silent and his head was lowered. He was staring at the ground as he lost his charm to the man.
Harvey looked around the high stade and mumbled, "Where is the way out?". He saw the black hole behind the cathedra and there he entered without saying goodbye. Zion quickly gazed at him while entering the black hole. He sit there with a blank expression and fell quiet for a long time.
The environment turned calm after Harvey was gone. Zion felt uncomfortable and distracted. He threw the frankincense into the platform and it fell to the monsters' lair. The monsters that were watching above were surprised as the burning thing was thrown. They quickly gathered around the burning light as they were having an eye on prey. Zion threw everything in the stade. He was irritated by himself. There he did not know how to go on in the future with Harvey. He was still the egotistic Kahuna in the netherworld and can't deny it. He was the one who brought death to the world and Harvey.
Zion quickly drew something on the reddish ground and there he stabbed his heart. The blood was surging until it weakened his soul. He wanted to die to forget what happened. That feeling of being injured was the only way he can escape his memory. He wanted to bypass all his encounters with the man he wanted to live with. Zion lay on the circle he drew and fell into a deep sleep.
