Harvey decided to enter the manor house. The ambiance was particularly haunting since monsters aboded in that place. The space was exceptionally wide but decorated with coffins. The ceiling seemed painted with blood. When someone will walk into the floor, every step seemed like a cracking bone. It was a haunting environment. Earlier, Harvey was amazed by the architectural style of the manor's facade but now he was disappointed. He felt a sense of life on his first step but now he was wronged.

The decaying man was giving him the way and introduced the manor's interiors. Well, there was no beauty in that death style. They walked in the wide hallway after they reached a big demon-designed door.

"We are here.", the decaying man uttered and opened the large door.

Harvey watched the decaying man who was opening the large door. He wanted to laugh when one of the flesh of that decaying man was stripped and it revealed worms after exerting too much pressure on his decaying body. The decaying man looked at him with a twitched face as if in embarrassment.

The large demon-designed door opened revealing a dreadful scene. There were butchers inside holding bloody choppers. Harvey was taken aback by what he saw. This place was slaughterous and blood bath. The monsters were in havoc as they enjoyed butchering something in that place. Harvey had no time for observation so he quickly ran away. The door was still open so he rushed for it. At his last step, suddenly there was roaring and howling from inside. He wanted to see what was it but he anticipated that it was dangerous. He didn't spare any eyes on what was happening behind him. The wide-open door was now shut. Luckily, Harvey had gotten out of that slaying.

He breathed heavily after he went outside. His sweat flowed intensely after he witnessed that scene. That was the real monster's lair. Harvey thought that that place was loveless then why did the netherworld's villager say that was also a love lair? Where's the logic on that? Everywhere in that place was killing and selflessness. This netherworld was disastrous for human beings. What was their purpose in bothering humans? Harvey was filled with his thoughts while observing the big door.

Inside that door, there can be heard screaming, and what they were shouting was 'death'. Harvey was trembling and he can't imagine what will happen to him if he didn't escape that instant. He will be butchered too by that big choppers and will be eaten by pieces.

Suddenly, there was a voice behind him and it was approaching, "Welcome, Harvey Cruz."

Harvey turned around and checked who was that person. He was familiar with that man so he quickly replied, "You are the keeper at that time."

The keeper smiled and uttered, "Yes. Follow me and don't roam around. This is not the world you are used to living."

Harvey asked, "What is that door?", and pointed to the demon-designed door.

"As I said don't roam around. It is very dangerous.", the keeper replied and walked away.

Harvey followed him behind. While walking, Harvey observed the surrounding. There was nothing peculiar except the death-style interiors. They entered through a large door but there it was not decorated or carved. It was just a plain door. Harvey was complacent now since his companion was a keeper. It was also a human but he can't ensure that it was true.

Inside, there was a bedstead and black flowers around it. Harvey was surprised about the existence of black flowers. He didn't know that flowers will also exist. The keeper walked straight to the bedstead and beckoned Harvey who was still on the foot.

"Come.", the keeper invited him.

Harvey slowly paced toward the bedstead and approached. He saw the person laying down on that bedstead. It didn't move and there was a hole in his heart. Harvey can't recognize it since the face was covered with red cloth.

"Who is he? Why he was lying there? Is he dead?", Harvey posted questions.

The keeper fell silent. He didn't know how to start this conversation. This Harvey was some honorable person. He was ashamed to talk with this man. The sweat ran down his face and then he wiped it with his hands. And he started, "Harvey, who was the last person you met?"

Harvey was surprised so he answered, "My friend. Why?"

"The more unforgettable one?", the keeper questioned while wiping his sweat.

"What do you mean?"

"The one that was sentimental to you.", the keeper said.

Harvey was astounded. "Tell me directly. I hate swaying statements.", he said coldly

The keeper quickly answered, "That person lying on that bed was the one who treasured you."

Harvey fell silent and stared at the keeper with a confusing expression. As far as he knew, the only person that feel sentimental to him except his mother, was Zion. His heart beat rapidly after hearing what the keeper said. He hurriedly came nearer and pulled the red cloth that covered the man's face. He was surprised when he saw Zion on the bed with closed eyes. His mind was paused for a moment. He didn't know how to act and respond. He regretted what he did at their last meeting. Maybe, he was just overwhelmed so he did it. He is just so impulsive with his emotions and

there he even hurt a person. His heart was enigmatic and his mind can't tell what he was feeling toward the man. He even said to himself that he will forget everything. Now, that he was facing the man again, it slowly reminisced. Is it what they call love? He was blank and fell silent while staring at Zion.

The keeper watched him with sympathy and he can't bear it anymore so he uttered, "This is the first time kahuna did that.", he cried while speaking.

Harvey listened and replied, "What do you mean?". He was puzzled from the beginning and he wanted to be answered now that he was with a keeper.

"The netherworld already existed a long time ago. Kahuna was already living hundreds of years. He achieved immortality so he had no death. Kahuna was very fortunate since that immortality was just given to good keepers..."

Harvey interrupted, "He was an immortal?"

"Indeed. He doesn't die. But....", the keeper wept again.

Harvey seemed confused. Immortal? but then, there he was on the bedstead, no longer breathing. He was filled with lots of questions so, "Immortal then he died?"

"You don't understand. That immortality was a curse.", the keeper wiped his tears.

Harvey was taken aback after hearing the word curse. That was the biggest achievement but then after having it, it was a curse.

"Curse?"

"Yes, the only way to break that curse is a human.", the keeper with teary eyes stared at stiff Zion.

"....", Harvey was left speechless.

"The human's soul and body.", the keeper continued.

Harvey was in silence. During that first meeting with Zion, he asked then Zion replied "I want your body and soul". Before, he thought it was all hoaxes but now, he understood that there had a purpose. Zion was accompanying him just to be free from that cursed immortality. He felt embarrassed after he had known the truth.
