Chapter 3: The hundred headed demon

"Alright looks like it is another great group." The elder looked happy as he looked at the group of children." Alright Children as you have been chosen by an ancient demon you may consider them as your god father from today onwards. Even though you may never use what you obtained from them be happy as you are blessed to have them.Now, You may search for the statue of the demon who chose you and stand infront of them to gain their knowledge. "

Rain instinctively knew where he had to go to find the statue of 'The hundred headed demon'. As he moved towards the statues he realized they were all carved in different sizes. A giant statue represented a demon lord and the medium ones around him showed the war heros or general under him and the smallest ones showed the soldiers. They were basically separated by ranks in war. 

He came near a small statue which showed a demon with three horns carrying two shields on both of his hand. He knew it was 'the hundred headed demon' but something piqued his interest. As he looked around the statue it was standing alone and facing against a general who stood among his soldiers. The only other statue standing alone was the statue of the demon lord 'Sun chaser' who during the great war chased away the sun god ra who tried to interfere  between the clash of small demons. It is said that sun chaser took an arm from ra before leaving him go. If Rain remembered correctly there was someone before demon lord sunchaser 's statue. 

"I see another sacrifice to the war has come before me." Rain turned around as he heard a voice in his head only to see the eyes of hundred headed demon shining red. "Child as you have come before me today,I will guide you till you die. But I hope you master the techniques I teach you. Now, Speak child will you do as i say?" 

Rain started contemplating but soon realized that he had no other choice. He replied with a yes.
