Rain is disappointed to see his stats, as a normal human has a average stat of 10 in any category if they trained a little. But the trashy stats might be because of his scrawny build and he looked quite young. Maybe rerolling is not a bad option in my case even though the spawn location and race is rare. Maybe i should decide after getting a job class he thought and started observing his surroundings again.

It looked like it was still morning and the building around him looked medieval. He appeared to be near a market place most probably for begging as the body was looked like a beggar. He walked out of the alleyway to see a bustling market with many people moving towards a particular place. 

"RAIN, Why are you still around here?" He hears a shout from his side only to see a giant orc with a butcher knife pointed towards him. "Move and get to the temple quickly if you don't want to stay jobless for the rest of your life." The orc continues pointing towards where the people were moving. Rain not knowing what to say and starts running towards the place that looked like a church which the butcher had called a temple. He weaves around the crowd and enters the temple.

Rain wondered what kind of place he had entered as he looked at the buffs this place provided. The view that he saw made him stand there dumbstruck. It was a huge hall supported with large pillars and beside them were statues of demons holding various weapons with various looks. Some scary, some gentle, some looked cruel, some laden with gold, some decorated in jewellery. They showed many walks of life.

In the centre stood a large podium with many demons children standing on it surrounding a gentle and old looking elder. The elder saw him and gestured him to come closer. As he got closer he felt the cold and hostile gazes of many children directed towards him. He knew they were the reason of his injured status. "Rain, you were the last to arrive. Come closer we should get started now." The elder said gently to Rain. "Children,Pay your respect to the ancestors who will evaluate you and guide you from this moment forward. Now let us commence the inheritance." As the elder said that, all the statues and children started shining and some sort of object or symbol started appearing before everyone. Infront of Rain a shield covered in dark vines and some sort of flower appeared. He could feel a sharp and strong pressure coming from the shield.

He looked in despair as his job class was automatically chosen. He planned to take mage and attack from back line as to not get hurt because he did not like pain. But now he was a literal punching bag against his own will.
