Kaan watched the dead body fall to the ground as the smell of burning flesh spread around. He felt a hand touch him and saw Emily standing next to him and turned his head towards her.

She was looking at him with a concerned and a little bothered look.

"Are you all right?"

"Yeah, I'm fine."

Kaan answered quickly as he turned and look at the abomination on the back. When their eyes meet Kaan saw him tremble in fear and wait without making a voice.

He looked like he wanted to run away as fast as he could but he didn't, he wasn't that brave. He was thinking of looking for an opening to run away but after seeing their strongest dislike this, he understood his fate was in their hands.

"Kaan."

He heard Emily'a concerned voice once again and turned towards her.

"What?"

"Are you… are you smiling?"

'What…?'

Kaan brought his hands under the mask and touched his lips; he found them curved up. He quickly got rid of that smile on his face.

'Is it how I cope with this?'

He thought and smiled bitterly to himself and sighed.

'How did she see it?'

He found her truly surprising.

'It shouldn't be that easy to understand someone is smiling under a mask.'

He thought as he looked at Emily who was still looking at him with concerned eyes.

"Let's help Thar."

He chose not to answer her and brushed off the matter. Emily also didn't pry on this matter and they together moved towards Thar. When they reached there Kaan could see Dean was already next to him with a worried and sad face. There were both standing, Thar was looking at the two of you while Dean was looking at Thar.

Dean was muttering, 'I'm sorry' again and again as he looked at Thar without knowing what he should do.

"He's bleeding too much!"

He said with a desperate voice to them when they got closer.

"Calm down Dean. It's not something he cannot handle."

Emily said reassuring Dean that Dean finally look a little bit better.

"It doesn't mean that it doesn't hurt."

Thar said with a joking tone and with a grin on his face, he looked exhausted and blood was all over his clothes yet he still had a relaxed face on him.

"I'm really sorry Thar. I just, just…"

Thar stopped him in the middle of his sentence.

"It's already over Dean. I know it's not something easy to do and I don't blame so don't think too much about it."

Thar said and give him a reassuring look. Dean then stopped talking and just watched them, Kaan could still see the guilty look on his face. He didn't know what really happened but it was not hard to understand.

Emily put out a cloth and then ripped it vertically.

"Give me your arm."

She said and Thar raised his arm in front of Emily.

"It'll hurt a bit."

She said and quickly wrap the cloth around the injury and tightened it. Thar groaned in pain for a few seconds and then it was over.

"Really, all of your touches feel so nice, my love."

That said as he sighed. Emily gave a look as if asking 'are you being serious right now?' but Kaan knew she was the most worried one while looking at the injury on Thar's shoulder even if she didn't show it.

Thar put his uninjured arm around Emily and whispered something making Emily smile and gave her a kiss on her cheek making her blush lightly and Thar grinned seeing it.

As they were flirting with each other Kaan turned his head and then walked towards the abomination on the ground while dragging the sword in his hand to the ground.

'Now what should we do with you?'

He had many thoughts as he looked at the scared guy in front of him but in none of them, this guy was leaving this place alive.

When he raised his sword the guy bend over in front of him and began to plead.

"Please, please let me live, please…"

He pleaded with desperation but didn't see any emotion in the cold eyes looking at him so he could only continue his plea but then heard the emotionless voice of the guy in front of him.

"Lie on the ground."

Kaan said to him and saw that looking at him in a confused state.

"Are you deaf? I told you to lie on the ground."

The guy trembled with the words of the Kaan and quickly threw himself to the ground in fear and lay on his face. He wanted to stop trembling but he couldn't.

Kaan looked at saw that Thar and Emily get closer to him, Thar's hand was tightened around Emily's waist as they watched what happening with different expressions; Dean also watched the scene with his fist clenched.

"Turn to me."

Kaan said and the guy quickly obeyed his words. When he turned towards him, Kaan once again put the tip of the sword on his throat, the guy continue to plead towards Kaan, begging him to stop as he couldn't hold back his tears.

"Shut your trap, pleading won't help you."

When the guy heard the angry sound of the Kaan he immediately shut his mouth but couldn't stop crying.

Kaan put the sword to his throat and looked at the guy viciously.

'Shall I just finish him off?'

He thought as he pressed down the sword, he saw his hands trembling out of his control.

'Again?'

He sighed even know he knew it would be like this.

"Let me do it, Kaan. You've already done enough for today."

Thar offered help seeing that Kaan was struggling.

"No, I should be doing this."

Emily said and walked towards to

"Em…"

Thar was going to say something but when he saw the seriousness he just let it go and looked at the guy on the floor with anger. Emily continued to walk towards Kaan but she stopped by the sound of the sword hitting on the ground.

The guy flinched at the sound eerie sound and the impact of the sword hitting the ground next to his head.

"What you can offer me to let you go?"

He asked as he bent over a little looking into the eyes of the crying guy. He removed the sword a little bit away from his throat giving him a little opening, a little hope to encourage him to speak. Kaan saw the eyes of the guy moving quickly as he tried to think of any information that can help him as Kaan wanted.

"T-T-There is a guy. He is very strong, he uses a red sword and a black leather jacket with black jeans. H-he told is creating a g-group he called 'Fang'. He told me t-that if I and my friend if we follow him and do whatever he says h-he'll make us s-stronger."

The guy quickly blurted information and then stopped for a few seconds and began to speak fastly as if he remembered something important.

"H-he also said he'll be the king no matter what because the g-god has chosen him a-and also h-he was collecting w-woman and, um…'

He stopped for a second, unsure how he should say it.

"Speak what you think."

Kaan said to him.

"He, he uses them as he wishes. He really cares about collecting them but I-I don't know why he is doing this."

"Tell me how he looks."

"H-he has red short h-hair. He also has a scar on his l-left check."

"Anything else?"

Kaan asked him and saw him thinking as hard as he could.

"N-No…"

He said and then looked at Kaan with hopeful eyes.

"You really did know something valuable."

Hearing the agreeing words of the guy looking him right in the eye relieved him a bit.

'I might survive!'

But this thought left his mind as he started to hear the laugh of the guy.

Kaan couldn't hold it back anymore and just laughed.

"You really think that we will let you go after everything you told to us?"

Kaan was sure the moment let this guy go and tell everything that happened here to that fucker he talked about yet he still thinks that they will let him go? He just laughed at this joke.

"Y-You said you will let me go…"

He said meekly as he felt crushed under the laughs of the guy, no, that guy in front of him was not someone normal that he could call just a 'guy'.

Kaan stopped his laugh suddenly when he heard the words of the guy looking at him in dread.

"Yeah, I will let you go but will they?"

Kaan lift his head and looked at Emily. He didn't need to say anything to her to understand what she needed to do.

"Dean, your sword."

Dean handed her sword to Emily and began to watch what was about to happen. Kaan could see that Dean wanted to turn his head away but he was forcing himself to watch what was happening with anger in his eyes. As for Thar, his eyes were focused on Emily.

Emily grabbed the sword and slowly walked towards the weeping guy.

The guy begged them to stop but no one listened to him. Emily got next to Kaan and they gave each other a look then Kaan pulled the sword he was holding next to the abomination's throat.

The guy understand that his end was coming and tried to stop Emily but it was already too late. Emily without any hesitation cut his throat with a quick and silent slash.

The only sound around now was the sound of the guy drowning in his own blood.
