After Kaan, one by one everyone jumped out and while they were jumping out Kaan got rid of the two zombies but still many of them were coming to their side.

"What are we doing now, Kaan?"

Thar asked as he quickly come next to him and attacked the incoming zombies.

"There are two ways, we can open a hole in the wall or clean the zombies in front of the main entrance and leave from there."

Kaan answered him.

"Let's go with the entrance, we will need to face the zombies anyway it's better not to drag them by causing too much voice and we can loot some XP to level up."

Emily said as she moved towards them.

Everybody agreed with her and they began to clean the zombies and move to the entrance.

The zombies were not much of a threat right, they'd already gotten used to their movements and they were able to easily clear and find their way to the street. The cars crashed on the street and were closing the road. He could see the corpses of dead people and zombies mixed on the ground; The ground was painted with a mix of their dirty black-red blood.

'It's worse than I thought.'

Kaan was finally able to see the city. The location of dormitory was close to the outer parts so it was in a much better location. The city centre looked ruined, most of the buildings were damaged and smoke was rising from every part of it. Kaan could also see zombies coming to the outer parts of the from the inner parts of the city as Emily said.

'What exactly is happening in there?'

He wanted to know what was happening but there was no thought of going there in his mind. He could just speculate things in his mind.

After they hit the street, they moved on the lead Emily to the supermarket. On the road, they saw a few survivors but avoided each other. Everyone they came across looked scared to talk and flee or give them a threatening gaze saying, 'stay away.'

When they reached the entrance of the Kaan was already level 3. He used his ability point on the 'Fire Bolt' and chose the 'A fire should burn' and increased its fire properties.

The entrance of the supermarket was broken. The glass pieces of the broken door were spread everywhere. The most conspicuous thing was a young man, probably between eighteen and twenty-two,  pinned to the wall next to the entrance of the supermarket.

Its legs were already eaten by the two zombies under his corpse and they were trying to reach for more. It was easy to understand that it was made by people because he was tucked into the wall with two black javelins, one on each shoulder' supporting him in the air.

Everyone looked at the dead body hanging on the wall for a while and then Emily and Thar moved near to it together with disgust on their face but Kaan had to admit it was giving the massage very well.

'It's a warning for the ones who want to go inside.'

"Which motherfucker did this…"

Thar mumbled to himself in anger as he got closer. On the other hand, Emily became more silent as she inspected the corpse and surroundings more carefully, ready to react.

Thar got rid of the zombies quickly and turned to Emily.

"Are we gonna do something about it?"

He asked pointing at the corpse.

"What can we do about it?"

Emily answered him as she looked at the javelins tucking the body on the wall and then moved to Thar looking at the body with an angry gaze and putting her hand on his shoulder.

"It's already too late to do anything, Thar."

Thar looked like he wanted to do something about it but then just tsked and they returned to Kaan and Dean.

"I think we'll find trouble inside and we might encounter people and might have to take care of them them. Of course, I think we should avoid it as much as we can but I am just saying. So what do you think, do you still okay with going in?"

Emily asked Kaan, he nodded his head and then Dean also agreed.

"Okay then. Let's move in."

She said and you moved into the supermarket. The group was in silence now and only their footsteps could be heard but the air was very dense. Emily's words were normal but everyone knew what she meant by these words.

'We might have to fight with people or even have to kill them.'

Even thinking about it was enough to make one tense. Killing zombies was one thing, they were dead, to begin with, and he couldn't see any emotions or mimics on their faces also it was like kill or be killed kind of situation; Humans were different, they would show their emotions and mimics and people still do have ethics in the apocalypse.

'But in the end, even if some people may think differently about it, it's also a situation of kill or be killed.'

Yet Kaan knew that accepting a thought and its execution could be very different and right now they were just giving taking very quick decisions even though he was trying to put much thought into them he was not sure they were very rational. As they walked in the dark corridor, between rayons, of the hall with the light of their phones and flashlights he could feel that a hard time was waiting for them.

The rayons in the supermarket were mostly empty but still, they were able to find some useful stuff so they take whatever they can. Dean looked at Kaan and saw him picking up a few packets of baking powder.

"What'll you do with it?"

"It can come in handy, want one?"

Kaan extended one packet of backing powder to him, and Dean accepted even if he was unsure how it would come in handy.

Kaan was able to find some batteries, and a few tapes and also took a flashlight in there as they headed to the canned food section.

'It's too quiet in here.'

Kaan was thinking about it from the moment they entered the supermarket. He would understand if they saw a few survivors or just zombies but there was nothing here other than themselves.

"Be careful, we might encounter dangerous people."

As you got closer to the canned food section you saw a body lying near a rayon inside a blood puddle. His body was on the ground and his head was lying on the rayon. His body was pale and motionless, he was dead. One of his arms was missing.

'It looks like it was caused by a cut. Must be the same group or person responsible for the thing outside. We're dealing with psychopaths.'

Kaan thought as he looked at the dead body. Killing someone was one thing but tucking them into a wall to threaten people? That fuckers must've gone crazy because there was no one to stop them.

The way it was dead, just looked... so desperate and sad.

Kaan put thought himself in the same position as the guy. As the blood gushed out of his cut arm he was probably looking for help but there was no one to help him and when he understood it he just lay there and wait for death to get him.

Kaan felt the stifling feeling inside his body and he felt angry, he wanted to punish the ones who were responsible for this but then quickly saved himself from this thought.

'It's not something easy and also it's not my fight.'

Wanting to kill and killing were two different things he would see how he will act when it's needed.

After everyone saw the dead body, they looked at each other in understanding and a silent agreement was made, they all got ready to fight.

When they reached to canned food section they saw three people standing there; All of them had swords as their weapons. Two of them were chatting with each other happily, they were wearing simple clothes and looked at their twenties and behind them, there was a guy wearing nothing on his upper body and a black jean; he looked like he was in his forties. He was reclining on the wall, the moment they walked into the area his eyes were focused on them.

Kaan looked around and saw the traces of fights, also there was a cut arm lying there on the ground near to section. They must've also realized it because he tightened his fist as he looked at the trio with anger. Two groups looked at each other without saying anything for a while but then Emily and Thar nodded each other and Thar moved towards the Canned foods.

"Stop there."

One of the guys in his twenties said as his smile disappeared quickly.

"What?"

"Are you fucking deaf? I said you to stop."

The guy said and his voice became louder, trying to establish his domination on the situation.

"Why would I stop, you think you own this fucking mall."

Thar said to him without effect.

"Yeah, we do. Everything here belongs to the Fang group, so get to fuck out of here."

The guy said as he took a few steps towards the Thar, directing the sword in his hand lightly towards Thar in a threatening manner.

"What if I don't?"

Thar said without stepping back as he took one step towards the trio.

"I would tell you to ask the owner of that…"

He said pointing to the arm lying on the ground.

"But I think he is already gone."

He raised his hand to his throat and moved it horizontally like he was cutting his throat with a grin on his face.

"Thar, come here."

Emily said to Thar.

"Yeah listen to your girl, like a good boy.

The guy tried to taunt Thar as he grinned and Kaan could see it was effective from Thar clenching his hand around the club ready to attack the guy but he just gave them a threatening look and turned his back to them and began to walk towards them.

'How idiotic, he must be really thinking of it as a game.'

Kaan thought about the guy talking to Thar. People really had different reactions to cope with the situation they were in right now and these guys' approach really annoyed him.

'He must've been thinking he's better than any other because he survived by trembling on other people. It would be easy to break him.'

As Kaan was in his thought the other guy moved quickly and ran towards Thar with the sword he held in his hands tightly, aiming at his neck.
