Jay opened his eyes, feeling a presence in front of him, towards the door. His eyes fell on the middle-aged man with a kind face and dark lines, spiky silver hair reached in the middle, tied in a ponytail.

"I am supposing that it's you that's bringing the people together?" Jay got on his feet.

"I am. From what I heard, you are trying to make ninjutsu usable?" The middle-aged man curiously asked.

Jay raised his two fingers, smiling, moving them towards his lips, chanting, "Ram, Horse, Snake, Dragon, Rat, Ox, Tiger, come together to bring out fire."

He took a deep breath, exhaling a flaming breath from his mouth, which spread upwards, burning down the roof, creating a massive stream of fire.

Jay stopped, letting out a breath, falling down on his knee, "Damn it...I am hungry again."

He wasn't sure about other things, but he knew why it was happening like this.

"You actually did it," The middle-aged man looked at the fire embers that were disappearing, "That chant..."

"It's easy, right?" Jay crossed his legs, taking a deep breath, "The nature of this world is different...I tried a few things...but chanting seems to suit it the best."

"What about chantless actions? Like controlling chakra to climb on things?"

"The energy is different. Get used to chants, and you'll slowly learn of the properties, like this," Jay raised his palm, collecting spiritual energy, trying  to make Rasengan which burst apart, "In time."

"What about Jutsu's, which need a high amount of hand signs?"

Jay chuckled, "I'd say...find Second Hokage, and he might be able to help.    I can barely use low-level ones. So...who are you?"

"Oh, right...I am Sakumo Hatake," Sakumo bowed, making Jay blink and look at his silver hair.

"Kakashi Hatake?"

Sakumo's eyes lit up, "My son."

"Oh," Jay chuckled, "It's strange...I always imagined you wearing a mask."

Sakumo laughed, "That boy...he always disliked when someone pulled his cheeks. How old was he when you saw him last?"

"Well, old enough to get married and become one of the Hokage candidates."

Sakumo started frowning rather than being overjoyed, "Hokage?"

Jay let out a breath, "Don't worry. Danzo is dead, elders and the Third have lost their powers. Under the leadership of the Fourth, the village is a much better place. Moreover, he's the disciple of the Fourth."

Sakumo let out a sigh, "The way you say those things...does everyone know? Does...he know?"

"I didn't tell him, but then...he's intelligent. He might have figured it out at some point."

Sakumo sat down, nodding, when Mabui appeared in the room, holding a bag in her hand, "Here, food for you."

Jay looked towards the bag, looking up at Mabui's breasts, "Is there dessert?"

Mabui didn't reply, while Sakumo confusedly looked at them, smiling, "I heard about you from Mabui. Since you can figure this much out...then do you know why our stamina is so low when our spiritual energy is high?"

"I think it might be because our bodies are made of this spiritual energy. Or maybe spiritual matter is a better word," Tsunade sat on the wooden chair, looking at a few tools that Naori might have used to create them. There was also the voice of Renji and Rukia eating large fruits, making her gaze at them with a smile.

Naori shook her head, "How does that affect us? Why is our stamina so low?"

"I used the word matter for a purpose. Since it's matter, then it has density. We are new to this universe, and the spiritual matter in our soul is barely there, which makes it hard for the body to take the weight of our own spiritual pressure. It needs time, the more spiritual matter we consume, the shorter the time we'd need."

Naori blinked, confusedly looking at Tsunade, "Density...you mean the one that is in water?"

Tsunade held her head, "Right, you are from the Warring Periods. You didn't have schools then. Basically, the more food you eat, the faster your body will grow stronger, and the more of your original strength you'll regain. There is only one person I can think of...who can regain his strength much faster than anyone else. He might have even reached near his peak by now."

"Who?" Naori curiously looked at Tsunade.

"Hashirama Senju...My grandfather."

Seireitei,

Hashirama walked around the streets of Seireitei, watching the Shinigami pass by, "This seems like a peaceful place."

"Yes, it is," Juushiro walking beside Hashirama, spoke with a warm smile. Behind him was his lieutenant, Kaien Shiba, who was curiously looking at Hashirama's back.

Hashirama nodded, again and again, maintaining the smile on his face, "Then why are the Districts so poor?"

"About that," Juushiro sighed, "Gotei isn't the ruler of Soul Society. It's the noble families that rule. The best we can do is protect them and keep some order. This is how things have been since ancient times."

Hashirama looked into the distance, "I am from the Warring Periods, the war between clans was ever going, and I lost many who were close to me. So I asked my friend, my greatest rival. To put down our weapons and create a village. So we talked to other clans, asked for their help, became allies. Laying the foundation of the village. The last time I was brought back to life, I heard these clans became something similar to noble clans. Taking high position, resources, and ruling positions...so I understand better than anyone else what is going on."

Juushiro hesitated, sighing, while Kaien looked away as if he had eaten something bitter.

"Things are changing," Kaien spoke, "More people from Rukongai are joining Gotei 13."

"I am sure...but most of the ninjas from my world are bound to have Spiritual Energy, and they are bound to need food. I understand why there aren't enough resources, but I need to take care of my people."

Juushiro nodded, smiling, "We understand. I will try my best to provide you with anything I can."

Kaien raised his eyebrow, scratching his cheek, "I am from a noble family as well. So I can provide you with some help as well."

Hashirama laughed, "Hahaha, I am so grateful."

Juushiro coughed, "If you want help...then I have a suggestion about who can provide you with help."

"Oh, that is something I am interested in hearing," Hashirama's eyes shined.

Juushiro smiled, "Byakuya Kuchiki, Captain of Sixth Division, The Head of One of the Five Great Noble Families, Kuchiki Family."
