Everyone in the room was taken by surprise after witnessing the gathering of many of my children. Especially the vassals, they had such a sort of look in their eyes that didn’t bode well with me, as long as the royal family wasn’t hurt in any way I truly just ignored it. I didn’t have time to keep an eye on a bunch of old humans.

The king and queen gave congratulations to their son for being able to bond with Draxkus as I congratulated my own child for his bonding with a human. We all went outside to the royal garden to walk and talk to the dragons that still stayed as they enjoyed being around my new form.

It was nice to spend time with everyone to be a big happy family. I hummed softly as I walked further then the others. I felt the wind softly caressing my body

I could feel the wanting and yearning of flying coursing through my body and my back. I turned my head and peered down to my back area of the dress seeing that it was slightly showing some of my back but not all of it. It was enough for me though as I gathered the magic I felt in my horns and moved it down to where my wings should be.

I felt a pinprick of many tiny needles emerging from in between my shoulder blades, I could feel bones forming and feathers growing outwards as my wings extended out from my back. They soon then dragged behind me as they crossed over another when I tucked them close to my back.

I smiled softly as I lifted them up in a swooping upwards motion while stooping down slightly bending my knees, my body tensing up as a powerful rush shook through my being. I jumped up as I pushed my wings down then outward, before stretching them upwards once more repeating the motion until I was way off the ground.

My body lifted from the ground weightless like. I looked below me grinning as Drogan laughed and ran circles around my small shadow still bound to the ground beneath me. My wings flapped softly and soundless in the brushing wind. I blushed deeply as I took in a strong breath of fresh air, I felt so free, I felt alive!

I giggled as I soared around and twirled in the sky. It felt so lovely to be able to fly without causing wind storms or being so large to have cast a long shadow against the ground even from a great height.

I felt the light of Solair shining down warming my skin, it's light making my skin sparkle and shimmer with iridescence as it reflected on my tiny scales.

I softly landed back to the ground smiling bright and big. Queen Starla chuckled as she came over reaching her nimble and slender fingers to my hair, fixing it back into place as some of the braids got unhooked from my horns.

I nodded my head thanking her as I twirled lightly in places the dress billowed outwards as the long fabric flowed in my makeshift wind.

I didn't have a heart like them as I just had my starforge but it was close enough to a heart that I felt a feeling swelling in it as I watched everyone smiling and laughing around me.

I felt warmth, love, and belonging. I watched them as the day went on, soon turning into night, then a new day. I spent time with them having fun, eating new kinds of food, sitting in on the king's meetings with his vassals, and learning about their daily affairs.

As promised by the queen I was given many different tutors from different backgrounds that would teach me different etiquette and some education on the kingdom, so I would have some knowledge about the kingdom before attending the academy in two years time.

Viscountess Arabella, a lovely woman with reddish auburn hair she always had in a neatly tight bun, was a woman of remarkable prestige. She taught me how to sit ladylike, how to eat like a royal, and how to talk and act like a noble lady.

Duchess Lousie, a remarkably smart and  auspicious woman that loved her flashy outfits, taught me how to walk like a lady, how to dress to impress the masses, how to dance, and how to hold and use a fan.

Govern Serian, a bright and talented aid to the king, taught me economics, history, mathematics, and politics. He was a handsome young fellow who was gray haired at birth. He taught me a lot of information. Each subject was more unique and slightly complex than the next.

Day after day I'd learn and study, and each of my teachers would be moved by how talented in my studies I was, telling me they've never had someone learn something once and be able to perform so perfectly.

Of course as a goddess I was very gifted in learning and taking in information. It's useful to know what one is doing when trying to build a world full of intellectual beings.
