The man stayed calm as he said, "Young miss I am unable to heed your orders, this subordinate requests your understanding."
"Rejected, get out of my house. You guys really shouldn't take it too far, my family is done with you all and mother made that clear years ago."
Emmy didn't particularly like this other family of hers, not because she had a reason to but rather because she was mimicking her mother's aversion to them.
'Mum is nice, so why would she have a falling out with these people?'
The man didn't respond at all, no... Rather than saying that he didn't respond, it would be more appropriate to say that he was incapable of responding.
Right before him stood the Young miss of the best warrior clan in Inazuma, Emmy Edgar or more notably known as...
Kujou Kamiko.
Third young miss of the Kujou clan and a possible candidate to inherit the mantle of Tenryu–Commissioner.
The man bowed deeper, "Young miss, the master said that she will be initiating a clan meeting in three months and would like for you to attend."
The masked figure didn't hold back at all and rapidly, he spat out all the things he was ordered to say upon his arrival to Mondstadt.
The room fell silent, as both Emmy nor the guard spoke for a long time. Though it was Emmy that made the silence drag out as she was the one who was supposed to be speaking right now.
She didn't however and that made the atmosphere even more unbearable for the poor guard. He kneeled in silence as he awaited the answer of his Young miss.
Inwardly he sighed, 'Out of all the heirs, I had to be assigned to miss Kamiko, who is the youngest. It is rumored that the eldest miss ran away with a foreign mage long ago and she is the result.'
There was one problem though...
"Hah? That old geezer? Tell him I'm not going, didn't mom separate from you guys long ago? Now scram, my house isn't a charity, you're taking my precious air."
...And that was it came to them the Young miss had an extremely terrible temper, it didn't matter what they said or did.
The Young miss would find something to fault them for and ruthlessly disassemble them.
Her eyes were cold and her tone was harsh, it presented itself as a worthy contender to the cold of Snezhnaya. An expression that represented the young girl perfectly.
Emmy crossed her arms, "What is your name?"
Although her mother and her family had bad relations, they both agreed to guard Emmy in the shadows when her parents went on adventures.
That was the reason there was none to supervise her, all of them stayed hidden.
That leads to the question...
How did Emmy know this?
'There are a lot of things that mom and dad don't know about me,' She often snooped on their conversations because she had nothing to do.
This person in front of her was merely one of the many shadows that followed her around the place, she was unable to sense their presence even with the knowledge that they existed.
That was until she got the system and her latent combat potential awakened, allowing her to do many things she had the talent for but not the required training to execute.
"Inu."
"So I cannot get your real name? Fine then, it matters not to me. So, what is the real reason that you are here?"
"Young miss, the commissioner requests that you move to Inazuma due to your parents being away and that is not safe for you to live alone any longer," Inu said.
"I am fine as is, I do not need any more help from that man's family than what I have already received."
That man's family!
'Indeed the 3rd young miss is bold, daring to call an elder with such a tone. Is there any child on Teyvat that does this?' Inu felt like he was in a nightmare.

Even after guarding the girl for five years, he still felt a bit sad.
Why was it him that had to supervise her, why couldn't slug or tiger take up the mantle? Everyone knows that the 3rd young miss is the most apathetic.
She did not care for them at all.
Well...
All except for one person.
Inu gritted his teeth. Was that thing the only option left?
"Young miss... The madam wishes to see you—," as those words left his mouth, Inu immediately felt like the room got heavier and the temperature dropped by several degrees.
A faint pressure coarse through the air and Inu immediately felt the ground itself tremble beneath him.
He started trembling, not from fear but excitement, 'Indeed, the young miss is not to be underestimated. This young and yet she could exude such strong pressure!'
"The Young miss is exceptional, at this age and able to release such a strong killing intent. As expected of the young miss."
While excited, he didn't forget why he was there and the fact that the girl didn't hold any particular liking to them. So, he quickly tried to coax her to go with praise.
"What did grandma say?" Emmy said, her voice a mere whisper as she looked at the guard with a cold expression.
She pursed her lips, she didn't like it when she was threatened but her grandma was another pillar that she held in her heart along with her parents and Fischl.
She was also the one who made her eat a sunsettia, her favorite fruit by far and it could even be said to be her favorite food. Thus her connection was strong in her mind.
Inu fixed his mask, "Madam said that... She said that you should come as a special family member is being introduced—"
"You're not speaking the truth! Grandma would never use the word 'should' or any word that implies the force of any kind."
That pressure that eased during the conversation was ramped up even more than before.
Inu cursed and activated his vision along with his art.
Inu immediately blurred as he dodged an energy ball aimed at his head, the ball dispersing as it made contact with the ground. He eyed the girl who now looked like she wanted to murder him.
Her face, as usual, remained in a passive state but her aura on the other hand was flowing out of her body and released a mild killing intent in waves.
Emmy or rather Kamiko spoke, "For you to lie to me about some simple orders. I bet it's that old man who sent you and told you to say that. No wonder mother doesn't like him."
Inu didn't speak, he stood there by the table and made no moves to defend himself as the girl charged up another one of her Energy balls.
This time however the ball lit on fire, and the cold room was now plunged into a fiery heat wave. Strangely, however, the heat itself seemed to not affect most of the room as the floor, ceiling, and walls were not caught on fire.
'What precise elemental control!'
Even when faced with such a threat Inu didn't move as he had a faint inkling that he wouldn't die and even if he was...
He couldn't touch the young miss or hurt her under any circumstances.
Such was the fate of a loyalist.
"Now, I'm going to ask you a question and you..." Emmy said as the heat grew more intense, "Are going to answer truthfully."
Even as he nodded his head at the question, Inu couldn't help glancing at the girl and a thought crossed his mind.
'How is she able to control the elements in such a manner?'
