Chapter 57: Chapter 53: Last Day of Vacation

 

As days had passed, the six youths who stayed on the Unknown islands has enjoyed their vacation despite having some quarrels.

"Hero, are we going home tomorrow?" Nishery asked Hero who was busy cooking something for breakfast.

"Yes. I still have classes on Monday and I can't take an absence." Hero answered as he served the omelet he cooked for himself.

"Hmm.. smells good." Rozkarl said as he look at Hero with an intentional gaze.

"Of course. I'm the one who cooks so it's natural for it to be delicious." Hero said with pride and confidence pasted on his face.

"Brother.. can I get a taste of it?" Nishery asked Hero teasingly.

"No! Just asked your dear boyfriend to cook one for you! Since you two seem to have had a good sleep yesterday!" Hero was annoyed by the couple who keep pestering him, seeing how those two smiled brightly. They might probably do something a couple would do, that's why they are in such a good mood, unlike him who just only got in a fight with a bitch.

"Hehehe... Why get angry? Relax." Rozkarl smiled at Hero before going to the stove and preparing cooking for himself and Nishery.

"Woah.. you wake up so early?" Tyron who seems to be still sleepy entered the kitchen with Sophia and asked surprised. He didn't expect Hero, who always woke up at almost noon to be sitting at the table, eating his breakfast.

"Tyron, what do you think of me? A lazy person?" Hero was quite annoyed by Tyron and asked.

"Well, isn't it true?" Sophia teased Hero before taking a seat as well.

"So, what's our breakfast for today, Sir Rozkarl?" Mikaella asked suddenly, startling the five youths inside the kitchen.

"My gosh, Mikaella! You almost scared me to dea-- pfft..." Nishery said to Mikaella as she look at her messy hair and funny face of Mikaella and can't help but suppressed her laughter. Drawing a mustache on her face, she looked like a Mister Sissy.

"Pfft.." the other four youths have suppressed their laughter as well, making Mikaella confused and doubt something.

"Hey, why are you laughing?" Mickaella asked seriously. She has just gotten up from her bed so her mood was quite a bit gloomy. And as the five seems to be laughing at her, her mood just became worse.

"It's.. it's nothing." Rozkarl said without looking at Mikaella since he can't hide his laughing face.

"Nishery, you better tell me. Is.. is something wrong with me?" Mickaella forced Nishery to face her and asked seriously.

"It's... Just look at the mirror." Nishery answered before pointing towards the lavatory.

Mikaella, who was told to look in the mirror, suddenly yelled angrily as she finally saw what was wrong with her.

"Damn you, Hero!! How.. how dare you do this to my face!!" Mikaella stomps as she walks towards Hero before slamming the table.

"Wha.. what are you.. talk--ing about?" Hero anxiously said but didn't back down from such a deadly gaze.

"Come on! It is you who draw this, don't you?!" Mikaella said angrily but strangely, she didn't pursue the matter furthermore and just ignore Hero completely.

"Ahem... Why do I feel something was wrong?" Nishery was surprised for Mikaella just sit on her seat and did not quarrel with Hero, which was the thing she had anticipated watching.

"Mikaella.. did you eat something wrong? Do you have a fever?" Tyron was like Nishery and asked Mikaella worriedly.

"Damn! Why are you guys being like that?! I'm fine, and I don't have a fever!" Mikaella was annoyed by such gazes thrown at her and just wait for her food to be served patiently.

"Well, then why are you not fighting with Brother Hero?" Sophia asked directly.

"So I am supposed to fight with him all the time?! Is that what you want o say?" Mikaella finds what Sophia had said quite funny... And can't help but answer sarcastically.

"No... I didn't mean that." Sophia realized her own question and apologize.

"Then why do you ask me that?! It is natural for me to ignore such an unimportant person who is trying to get my attention desperately, duh!" Mikaella said with irritation before looking at Rozkarl.

"You!!! Who.. who said I was trying to get your attention?! You're not that great for me to be desperate!!" Hero was angered by such a claim and can't help but yelled.

"Rozkarl... what breakfast are you preparing?" Mikaella ignores Hero and just asked Rozkarl as she felt hungry. Yesterday, she didn't get the chance to eat dinner because she doesn't want to see Hero, that's why she must have been hungry right now.

"Sorry, Mikaella. Just cook something on your own. I only cook for myself and Nishery." Rozkarl said feeling a bit apologetic.

"Huh? You're so heartless, Rozkarl! You know I don't know how to cook! Why did you forget about my share?" Mikaella felt like she wants to cry and complained to Rozkarl.

"If you want.. you can ask brother to cook for you. My brother is a great chef." Nishery said to Mikaella with an annoying look.

"Duh! I better die of hunger than to eat what Hero cooked." Mikaella said firmly.

"Oh.. Mikaella don't say such hurtful words." Tyron said to Mikaella as he sense what Hero might be feeling right now.

"Do you actually hate Brother Hero that much?" Sophia try to defend Hero and asked Mikaella.

"Yes. I do hate him just how he hates me. So don't try to make it looks like I'm such a villainess, Sophia. I really hate it!" Mikaella said truthfully and was about to leave the kitchen when Hero suddenly gives his food to Mikaella.

"Take it as my apology for drawing on your face despite Nishery being the real culprit." Hero said before quietly leaving the kitchen. He didn't know but he doesn't want to stay inside the kitchen anymore. It's better if he would just play on his computer rather than interact with the others.

Mikaella wants to reject Hero's food, but since the latter had already walked away, she didn't have a chance but just to accept the food.

"Damn you, Nishery! So.. so you're the one who draws this mustache in my face!!" Mikaella angrily said to Nishery but can't do anything now since she had already blamed the wrong person.

"Hahaha.. I'm-- I'm sorry, Mikaella." Nishery said before cautiously walking towards Mikaella and trying to hug her.

"Don't dare to touch me, Nishery! I'll kill you!" Mikaella threatened the other girl.. but as an arm has already wound around her, she just let it be above her body.

"Sorry, Mikaella. Sorry, okay?" Nishery said with a hopeful look, making Mikaella forgive her.

"Fine! Fine! Just get the hell away from me!" Mikaella said as she shoo away Nishery before picking up the spoon and eating the omelet.

As the food enter her mouth, she can't deny that it was indeed delicious.. and she began to devour the omelet quickly. Seeing how Hero felt down earlier, she was conscience about what she said earlier want to apologize to him. But apologizing to Hero is just hard to do.

"Is it delicious?" Sophia asked Mikaella as she was curious about how it would taste.

"Yeah. It's indeed very delicious." Mikaella answered truthfully as she continues to chomp on her food.

"Can I get a bite?" Sophia asked despite already stealing a spoonful of omelet.

"Hey! How dare you eat my food?" Mikaella was enraged by Sophia, but as the latter has already chewed the omelet, she can't do anything now.

"My God! It's so delicious! Brother Hero is a great chef indeed. It must be a blessing for Nishery to have him as a brother." Sophia was bewitched by the omelet and praised it honestly. Tyron seeing how Sophia seems to like it was annoyed by this.. and went to the stove.

"Hmmp.. I can cook better as well!" Tyron said as he arrogantly look at Sophia.

"Sophia... Nishery is also blessed to have me. I'm a greater cook than Hero." Rozkarl said as he served Nishery and himself the omelet.

"Yes.. You're the best boyfriend to have!" Nishery said as she look excited just like a child.

"Hehehe... That's good to hear." Rozkarl said as he pats Nishery's head before starting to chomp on his food as well.

"Hmmp.. to be honest, you're cooking is a bit worse than Hero's cooking." Mikaella critique Rozkarl.

"Hahaha.. of course, you would say that. We also know... Mikaella." Nishery said with a smile as she tease Mikaella once again.

"Nishery.. it's not like that, damn it! Why do you always think it like that?!" 

"Hehe.. just accept it, Mikaella. What's so bad about liking Brother Hero? He's actually a perfect person that's a lot of girls would like.. why keep playing hard to get?" Sophia recommends Hero to Mikaella.

"Then why don't you just like him instead?!" Tyron who was busy cooking said a bit annoyed.

"Tyron.. don't get jealous. She just praised my brother for Mikaella to see him in a good light. Why so annoyed?" Nishery said teasingly as she liked to watch the four the most.

The five youths then continue to stay in the kitchen before they went out to the beach to enjoy the last day of their stay on the Unknown Island.
